I had a 5 star experience here at Techy! I called around 5 pm to get some initial information and spoke with Ruben, who was really excellent. He was so polite and friendly, and invited me to come in that day before closing at 8 pm. When I arrived I was greeted by Ruben himself and he was just as helpful in person as over the phone. He assessed the pc and after a few minutes in the back, he came back with a reasonable price for the repair. I agreed, and he gave me an estimated date of completion. The repair was not completed in the expected time frame and after waiting an extra day or two I called to follow up on things. Again I spoke with Ruben, who was so nice and he made sure the repair was completed by the end of that day. I was blown out of the water with this place. I was visiting Miami from afar last week when my phone had issues. I took it to TECHY Kendall and spoke to Vanessa, a wonderful employee and, I believe, one of the technicians. My phone was fixed in less than 5 minutes. They did not charge me so I needed a new charging cable which I bought from them and included a nice tip. You just don't see customer service like this in Miami anymore. I should know...I moved away due to traffic AND the poor service. If you all don't use this wonderful store for any TECH repairs, it's your loss. I had Techy in Winder, GA replace the battery in my iphone 15 pro max. After I received the phone back I left and later that same afternoon I went to take a photo and found the lens (all 3) had water on the inside. I took the phone back that same afternoon and they did not know how water got inside the lens and said they did not have water on the bench where the battery was replaced. I had a cracked screen with bent corner and they fixed it in a few days while I'm still waiting on my two computers and another iPad I'm confident they'll be able to help me even when at the Mac store they turned me down or tried to sell me a new one of each. Ruben is super helpful and he knows you by name. What's all the customers that I saw came in seemed like regulars- so place has a solid clientele and reputation. It's clean and techy neat. And there's some Belkin products and other brand-name accessories to buy, tho a limited amount and variety but enough to browse while you're waiting. There are also lockers available for Amazon pick ups which is so convenient called blue crab look for it for delivery. Oh and you get a 10% discount if you use their lockers. Got 2 batteries replaced in phones. $85 for both One worked out fine. The second one they broke something and now 1/3 of the screen is dark. Wish I could show in a screenshot. Offered to "send it to the lab" will be gone for 2 days. Basically the cheap comes out expensive. Lo barato sale caro. So use this place at your own risk. If I had it to do over again I'd just pony up the dough and pay the $90 per phone from apple and I'd have 2 working phones not 1 and 2/3. I'd never go here again. read more

Needed a last minutes repair of my son's iPhone screen that was broken and I remember seeing this store while shopping at the shopping center on Kendall & 107 -Avenue. We walked in and the young man was friendly and took care of us right away and within 10 minutes my son's phone screen was like new. Took my laptop here because my battery was dying. I've been trying to avoid getting the battery changed because I was scared it was going to be a giant hindrance. Not the case! I ended up dropping my laptop off late (my fault) so I had to pick up the next day, but it would have been done same day had I been able to make it earlier. You need to pay before your service so they can order the battery. When the battery is in they'll call you and you can drop off your laptop. It takes about an hour and then you can pick it up. All things considered it costs about 105$ which is a steal since I was considering a whole other computer. I wanted to get my cracked I watch fixed but it costs nearly as much as a new watch so I'll just get a 6 when that comes out. That's the case everywhere I've called though so I'll just have to eat that cost. Super happy I came here! read more

I brought my Macbook Pro after it stopped working when I accidentally spilled water on the keyboard. After about a week I got my computer back and it is great working order. I am really happy! My story is not over yet as I asked them to take a look at my prehistoric iphone 6 which is constantly depleted of power, and just what I thought the problem was... the battery, they replaced it and now it is a new machine. Needless to say that I am not shelling out money to upgrade my device anytime soon. I must also say that the professionals I met at the store were remarkably pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The availability of this shop is amazing! It was a Saturday and almost everywhere was either close or appointment only. Luckily I kept looking and stumbled upon this gem of a shop. The customer service is impeccable and the speed at which they work is lightning. My GF phone was have some weird issue after falling in the shower, the problem was worst then what we originally anticipated. The crew at Dr phone fix had her phone fixed the same day!!
