First place I review in a while that's not food related lol. Stoped by this place because I needed my series 1 iwatch/Apple Watch fixed, same difference. I had cracked the screen a few months back and instead of fixing it right away I went and bought a new series 4. Fast forward a few months later I see the broken watch on my night stand and wanted to have a separate Apple Watch for the gym so that I wouldn't end up messing up the new one and decided to go get it fixed at this place. The storefront is very clean and professional looking and the staff is also very profesional and have quick turnaround times. I came back a day and a half later to pick up my watch and so far I am satisfied with the work my only gripe is the prices are a little expensive $130 with tax to fix the screen. You can get a new one for $190 to $200 dollars and I decided not to get rid of this one because of sentimental value. read more

Person who worked on my phone spent 3 minutes going through all my pictures. I was suspicious of things like this happening so i turned on my screen time before bringing my phone in to repair screen. Checked it once i got my phone back and the only app they had opened was my picture app and the analytics say they were on it for 3 minutes. The charging port went bad on my Samsung S4 phone. Of course this happened late at night and when I was already at 10% power. Next day no phone and no phone contact with anyone. I took my phone to AT&T Service the next day after work but they would have to ship this and do that and no phone for at least a couple of days. They were nice enough to recommend DrPhoneFix, and the guy even called them to check if they had the proper part. I drove to DrPhoneFix as fast as I could, and within ten minutes I walked out with a fixed phone. I was helped by Elier and he was awesome. The funniest part of the whole story, is they are less than five minutes away from where I live. I have seen them before, but I guess it never stuck. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. Chris was just amazing and was able to fix the screen on my iPad, which got rid of the "ghost typing" problem (tablet goes crazy and opens windows on its own). I had almost trashed my iPad before going to Dr Phone Fix. My iPad screen had cracked in the past, and I made the mistake of taking it to a kiosk at a mall. Chris asked me where I had repaired the iPad before because they had used tape and glue inside the iPad when they made the repair. No wonder my iPad was not the same! I found this store on the Internet, and I went to it today after having a terrible experience at another repair business. They made my day. The minute I walked in, I was greeted and taken care of. I took there two ipads and two cellphones to check and/or repair. Ruben was the team member who helped me, and he was extremely caring and honest. He took the first ipad in, which was not charging at all, and I expected it to have a serious damage, and he came back a minute later to tell me it was nothing serious, that he has cleaned it a little bit and was charging already. He replaced the screen protectors for my two iphones, explained in detail to me the issue with one of them, and placed an order to replace the damaged screen for the second ipad, which was the only one with major damages. They were very honest about my electronic devices, didn't charge me for what I didn't need, and told me what I was to expect on the repair process. I could feel a positive vibe and great costumer service on this store, not only to me, but to many other costumers that stopped by while I was there.
