Asked if it was possible to have it diagnosed by the next day atleast & was willing to pay extra for rush service. Was assured that he could do it & would call me with details. Never called, wouldn't answer the phone the next day. I went in person to find out an update & he couldn't be bothered. Looked like he was busy surfing the net. Well, my phone is now fully operational (yay!). The owner contacted me personally to please stop by the store and have him take a look at my phone and/or one of his "senior" techs. If he wasn't able to do anything, he offered to obtain a "new" (refurbished) phone with the same specs. I work with my phone all day throughout the week and had little time to stop by within the week that he called, but he called again to make sure he had a chance to look at my phone and so on Friday when I finally had time at around 6pm, I stopped by. He took a look at it, had his other tech look at it, and worked with the phone a bit. He stayed until after hours trying to figure out the issue with the phone and the Touch ID not working. He said that he'd like to keep working on it but didn't know how long it'd take and isn't want to have me wait any longer so I left it overnight to pick up the next day. He called at night to let me know the phone was fixed ready for pick up the next day. I picked up my phone and it's working greatly!! The tech said that they had to try different screens and changed the battery for me again. I appreciate the owner stepping up and ensuring that I left satisfied with the work done on my phone. read more

I called the place this morning after I dropped and broke the screen of my iphone6. Of about 4 places I called, they were affordable and straight forward with the price. I went in, and the lady took care of my phone repair at the quoted price. They had the opportunity to cross sell a protector and they didn't. That was a relief! I got my iPhone screen replace on 6/23/19. I complain to Phil my vibrator motor is making a buzzing noise. Instead of replacing the motor he put double sided tape all around the phone to secure it. I can't even begin to tell you how great this place is. This is not just some generic phone repair center. This is a top-notch diagnostic and expert repair department for all Apple products from iPods to iPhones to Macintosh computers. The technicians at this location clearly have a love for their work and are the best in the business. I have brought in many repairs and I have been exceedingly happy with the results on all of them. The repairs have been done quickly and the price has always been fair. I have brought in iPhones with cracked screens, MacBook Pros that have had thick smoothies spilled into the keyboard, and various water damage devices. These things are just too expensive to replace. The best option is almost always to opt for a repair. Even if you have the tools at home to open up a Mac or an iPhone, there are many things that are not easy to do at home without the expertise and the expensive equipment that a repair center such as this has. This morning, I dropped off a MacBook Air that had been thoroughly soaked with a tall cup of water. I was able to open the case and disconnect the battery and clean up as much of the water from the inside as possible. I let the computer dry for hours and then when I tried to use it, the keyboard and the trackpad did not work. When I drop the computer off at this location, I was told that there was a possibility that it could be the keyboard and / or the system board that had been damaged. Tonight, I received a call that the diagnostics were complete and it turned out that there was nothing at all wrong with the computer. The technician had done a thorough internal cleaning of the computer and had run full diagnostics throughout the day. When I went to pick up the computer, the owner was there to give it back to me. I was able to get the computer back fully functioning at the end of the same day and he charged me only $25, the minimal diagnostic fee. Imagine how great that is to have your computer seemingly non-functional and you drop it off at a repair center and it turns out that all it needed was a bit of cleaning and care for only $25? And now, it works like new! I am so grateful to have had so many great jobs done at this repair center over the years. I highly recommend them. read more

Very helpful staff and technicians. Consistent and proactive updates throughout the repair process from the moment my Macbook Pro laptop arrived to their repair center, until it was returned. Originally, I sent my laptop in for just the retina LCD replacement. But they (Miriam) let me know after the LCD replacement that there was a faint mura (white spots) after replacement. They had a technician give me a call to explain this before they returned my laptop and Miriam took numerous videos/pics to help give me peace-of-mind and understand what they were exactly seeing. I was under the impression that this discrepancy with regards to mura (white spots) was not necessarily my fault, being that it was NOT in the same locales as the damage (spots appeared in areas other than the one pressure point where the LCD exploded), nor was it there prior to the repairs. They couldn't confirm nor deny which party may have been at fault, but they took it upon themselves to provide a used LCD assembly (to eliminate the mura white spots) without me having to ask for it. This is what I consider GREAT customer service and as promised, I wanted to make it a point to post this review. I highly recommend them for their honesty, transparency, attentiveness, communication and understanding. 5 stars in my book. read more

These folk do good repair work! Yes, the offices are odd, they do not call you back when they say they will and you have to pester them calling in - but at the end, where it matters, the work done is good and prices are very reasonable. They were able to fix things Apple would not touch with a 10-foot pole on a device out of warranty, perhaps even in warranty, such as my sister's dropped and bent MacBook pro Ethernet port. If you are not covered by Applecare, these folks are your best bet. read more

I found these guys through Yelp and I am really happy with my visit. My (iPhone 6) screen was broken in multiple places and also had a bleed in the lower right hand corner. They were able to fix it in less than an hour (about 35 minutes or so). My phone looks great, works perfectly. The track pad on my MacBook air was malfunctioning so paid my first visit to Fix Apple Now yesterday morning. I arrived a minute after opening at 10:01 and was greeted immediately by Brain. I explained the trouble that I was having and Brian took my machine into the back work area. He emerged within a few minutes and showed me exactly what the cause of the problem was, and suggested a simple, affordable solution. I was on my way within 20 minutes, with the Mac operating perfectly. I'll be back to this establishment again as soon as I need service on any of my Apple products. I much prefer to give my business to these people than visit a mega Apple Store for repair service. I was treated like a valued customer.
