I dropped my brand new IPAD 3 & the screen broke. I purchased a new glass on amazon & had my friend fix it. The swipe no longer worked. I brought it to a place in Broward (same type of fix it now store) they charged to put the screen on the right way & it still did not work. Was going to mail it away, Charged to mail it, kept it 6 wks and it never was even sent nor repaired. Went to Apple store in Aventura, they said make an appt and they will replace it, Appt made for Galleria Apple store next day. Went there they said they cant do anything since 3rd party touched it. Called Apple cust svc & after 1 hour they said return it and they will replace with new one 1/2 price, After they received it, they called and said it cant be fixed. They sent it back. I have been heartbroken since (October 2012). I heard about fixapplenow from my dr in rehab and called and explained my situation to Mikhail & he said bring it in. I brought it, he called me the next day & said it needs a new connector & he needed to order it. He informed me there is no guarantee though he would try. At this point I had nothing to lose. He called me as promised & was SUCCESSFUL. I picked up the IPAD today & it looks & works like I just purchased it. I called with a problem on Saturday afternoon with one hour left before closing time. My situation was that I needed to get my Toshiba laptop charging port to work properly so I could use it to help me find funding for my dogs cancer. They where kind enough to do this free of charge. I would like to thank Joidee and Chris for their compassion for an old man and his dog,that they had never met before. While I was waiting, several customers had come and gone. It seemed to me that they all got some kind of break and everyone was happy that they had come here. I know I was. It was well after closing when the repair was finished. Like I said, no charge! After having a bad experience at another store who claimed to do "Apple" work for less, I was hesitant. My iPad screen shattered and it HAD to be replaced. Once again this store went above and beyond! The same laptop I had purchased from them began failing when charging. I took it in and within less than 24 hours not only did they fix the problem but they went out of their way to get supplies and fix the very root of the issue. Excellent service! These guys are very nice and simply want to help; I trusted them with my iPhone. They will not overcharge you for anything and may even throw in an accessory to make the transaction even sweeter. They are very affordable and honest. When they could not unlock my iphone after trying (it was not their fault; carrier issue), they fully refunded me with no questions asked. I took my iPhone to have them fix a cracked screen. Was done and out the door in 30 minutes. I also bought a new case for my iPhone, so that it will not crack next time I drop it :). After finding a feature on the case that I did not like, I took it back the next day and they swapped it out for another one, free of charge. Great service, fast, friendly, affordable and knowledgeable. Went in today because my iPhone 6 screen shattered and LCD screen broke. The front desk, Joidee, was very nice and helpful. She was able to get my phone fixed within 30 minutes. The guy who fixed my phone was great! He said that this wasn't my first repair and where I had gotten it done they forgot some screws. That would explain why my key pad wasn't working properly. Now my phone feels brand new! I'm very happy with the service they provided! Will definitely come back if I have another problem, but hopefully i won't lol. read more

Had a problem with my iphone 6 charging. this morning it just stopped accepting charge altogether. tried cleaning the port myself with a toothpick and compressed air, but nothing worked. used different chargers and still nothing. i found fixapplenow online. these guys have some good reviews here and on google maps. so brought it there and within 15 minutes they figured it out. changed the charging port and im back in business. works great!! thank you so much.
