You got a broken phone this is the place to go get it fixed. The service is spot on, professional, quick and very efficient, the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and very kind. Pay the $20 fee to diagnose the problem and within a reasonable amount of time (less than two hours) they'll contact you to let you know what's wrong with it and if they can fix it, some things just can't be fixed. Great place to get your iPhone fixed, I went to Apple to get my screen fixed for a backlight issue and Apple told me that it would cost $109 plus tax to get it fixed and when they finished with my phone and gave it back to me, they told me that they couldn't fix my phone and recommended that I buy a new one for $300, and I didn't want to do that so I searched online and found the iPhone factory, and when I went in they told me how Apple would try and offer me a new one for $300 and they told me that I was smart for not doing it, and they told me it would be $70 flat for getting my phone fixed, they took a few days longer than expected but they fixed the phone no problem for the same price they told me they would, I would highly recommend other people to come here and I would do the same if I had a problem with my phone again. read more

Had them fix my phone not once but twice now. 1st time my poor 5s needed a whole new casing, they did it for less than quoted after I explained to them I could get a replacement cheaper thru insurance. Plus I got the custom blue back plate to stunt on em. 2nd time just needed the screen replaced cost me $130 more than I was hoping but was out the door in 15 mins. I am new to the area so I was a little skeptical about going here as we know not all "fix it" shops are legit especially in Miami, my phone has fallen several times and eventually finally died out on me I went to best buy and sprint and was desperate pretty much led with no choices of repair or new phone due to the fact i didnt have any insurance on the phone so I would have been stuck paying a large amount of money at once, my last resort was to take the 50/50 chance of paying for a new screen and have it turn on atleast at this point I just wanted my phone revived! I took it to iphone factory and the sales associate was extremely nice! 2 hours later I went back in to pick my phone back up and it was like NEW!!! If you are smart dont go here. I wish i read the reviews before so i hope you are reading this and you want make the same mistake. I went to shop to fix my home button and same day my iphone started freezing and my screen came out which probably raphael did it on purposely. When i went here second day he lost someones iphone from the store he was offering used phone instead of that:)You can read the comments he did it to couple people also . I went back to change my screen he told me he had only white one . I said fine let me know when the black one comes i will come back and change it he told me 48 hours i called him the next day he was busy he hang up on my face. And i called him 3-4 days after he told me i gave u 48 hours its too late now u have to pay for screen again. Dont go here he will fix your home button or camera but he will make sure he do something wrong and make you come back to him to pay more money!!
