Horrible and LAZY. I go there on a Sunday to have a repair for my phone and understand 1) is it not repairable 2) if it is what is the costs so I can submit that to insurance. Talk with the manager/owner then his friends come in and completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Says he doesn't have the tool come back tomorrow. Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?" I'd prefer to shop at a small family shop like this, so would love to endorse, but lack of integrity and can't even provide a written quote of what he would charge. #shame on the lack of integrity; it represents everything currently wrong with Miami, when there is so much good in this wonderful city read more

replaced my screen added aftermarket parts that do not work one week later broke again

I brought my iPad in to get screen repaired. Seemed like a fair price. They said that I had to get a new LCD as well. My iPad was working fine for two weeks then out of nowhere the screen is black with colored lines up one side. The glass screen had also shifted so it is not straight. When I brought it back to have them fix it they said only the screen was under warranty and not the LCD. I spoke with The "owner" Henry a few times and he just kept saying I have to buy the whole screen and another LCD. NO HELP! Lesson learned about 3rd party business... read more

Terrible experience. Came to have the back of my iPhone repaired (pretty simple issue), and when I got it back the Face ID did not work anymore. I came back to the store to have it fixed or at least get an explanation and was put on the phone with the owner, which in a very condescending and rude manner, explained that had nothing to do with them and there was nothing they could do. Seems to me that if you give a phone that works perfectly and get it back two hours later no working the shop messed up somewhere (which the owner could absolutely not hear, and kept interrupting while I was explaining this simple fact). In the end I had to leave with my phone not fixed, and a $20 discount on a $150 bill (what a gracious gesture). Avoid this shop at all cost. read more

I happen to be in the shopping plaza of 305 Wireless and asked how much it would be to repair the cracked back of my iPhone. Not only was it cheaper than the other places I had been to, but the customer service and repair were both great. My phone was ready in about 45 minutes and the gentleman was very professional. I ended up being back my sister in law's phone and the same gentleman remembered me, fixed the front at a great price, and added a screen protector. They are definitely in a convenient spot and not highway robbery like other places. read more

Never ever use this service. I sent my daughter Ipad to change the screen that was broken. Right after I get it fixed (on 1st day) I tried to put the kids ipad cover and the new screen broke. I came back to the store to ask to fix it and sales person called the owner (Henry) and put me to talk with him. He simply said on the phone that he deliver it fixed and would charge again. When I said that I would not paid again because was a very poor service and should be on warranty he literally said that I should Fu.. myself and started screaming, insulting me and hang off the phone. Horrible service. The guy didn't even look up to speak to me. After I explained what was wrong with my phone, he just grabbed it and started to work on it without explaining what he was going to do to the phone or how much the service cost. He didn't like that I asked him to explain what he was going to do to the phone before he started taking it apart and he responded "Apple is a block away" and gave me back my phone. Definitely NOT worth the convenience of the location. I went to get my screen repaired and they claimed that their service is among the cheapest (it's not) and that their screens are of the highest quality (they're not). They told me that if i had any issues with the screen, I could come in and have it fixed. A few weeks later, my phone screen somehow got damaged and half of the screen went black. I went in to have it fixed and they refused to help. They told me that they could replace my screen with an original Apple screen that was cracked so that I could go to the Apple store and have it fixed there. However, after he opened my phone up for 15 minutes, the technician returned it to me with the same exact screen I had given him and said to just go to the Apple store, event though he had just told me they wouldn't accept my screen... When I asked him what the difference was now, he told me to stop asking questions and just go. I kept asking how I could go to the Apple store with a screen that was not an original iPhone screen and he told me to get in my car, drive to the store, and give them the phone. He was extremely rude and condescending. To make things better, the salesman asked me where I was from and then when I told him, he said "Oh no wonder, i've heard women from there like to fight." That is absolutely no way to treat a customer, let alone anybody. If your screen is cracked, save yourself the money and make the trip to the Apple store where they can fix it for about $40 less than here.
