The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work.
