I was really impressed with NuAge. The technician (whose name escapes me unfortunately but I think…read moreit was Mario) was very friendly and knowledgable. My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy. On top of that, he even helped me get a very old A/V receiver hooked up to my surround sound system, something I'd been struggling to do for years. I will definitely be recommending NuAge to others, and will use them again in the future. Given the pricing and the quality of work, I couldn't be happier.

Navigating the rack system, multiple wires and devices, and then the technology behind each device (even those over 10 years old) requires significant knowledge and an understanding of how these systems are built. Thankfully, with Joe and team's many decades of experience, there's no problem too big (or small, Joe said to call him with any questions whatsoever). They go above and beyond, with excellent communications every step of the way and honest and fair pricing. Offering their distributor pricing on needed equipment is an added bonus, along with spot-on recommendations. Their staff in their local home office is great too, with both communications and invoicing. This is our go-to for any technology needs, we are so thankful we found them.

When our expensive outdoor tv stopped working a week after the warranty expired, Joe worked with their distributor to get me a brand new replacement at no cost, including shipping!!! Talk about excellent customer service! We are loyal Ultra customers for life, don't look anywhere else for help with your av needs!

I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. When I moved, he removed the bracket and reinstalled it with my TV and speaker at my new place, along with a Samsung Frame TV and another speaker below. The setup looks clean and well done. I had a couple of concerns: during the Frame install, it sounded like he may have hit metal when drilling, and during the previous bracket reinstall, I briefly worried about the electrical panel behind. Also, the blue protective blankets left dye on my tile floors, which took a few scrubs to remove -- so a heads-up if you have porous tiles.
