In no way did I cancel on him, that's a complete lie. I only found somebody days later on Task Rabbit, after he failed to show up or respond. He could have just said I forgot the appointment or I was busy or I changed my mind. All of those would have been acceptable. To make up this ridiculous story is completely laughable. Shame on you.

I was really impressed with NuAge. The technician (whose name escapes me unfortunately but I think…read moreit was Mario) was very friendly and knowledgable. My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy. On top of that, he even helped me get a very old A/V receiver hooked up to my surround sound system, something I'd been struggling to do for years. I will definitely be recommending NuAge to others, and will use them again in the future. Given the pricing and the quality of work, I couldn't be happier.

I left on vacation the other day and while I was at the airport my cousin who was house sitting called me and told me that i left the music in my room on. The first…read moretime, he installed a TV on a concrete column between walls of windows -- I was skeptical, but he made it look fantastic. When I moved, he removed the bracket and reinstalled it with my TV and speaker at my new place, along with a Samsung Frame TV and another speaker below. The setup looks clean and well done. I had a couple of concerns: during the Frame install, it sounded like he may have hit metal when drilling, and during the previous bracket reinstall, I briefly worried about the electrical panel behind. Also, the blue protective blankets left dye on my tile floors, which took a few scrubs to remove -- so a heads-up if you have porous tiles. Overall, very happy with the results -- just shy of 5 stars due to those small issues.

When they got here, they were, again, polite and very professional. They brought their own mount, extension cords, tools, etc. and worked at a fast pace. Whats more, they also offered to pass the cable through the back of the wall for no charge (other places charge for that). When they finished, the TV and shelf mount looked perfect.
