I was very impressed with their Yelp reviews and also impressed with the fact that they were willing to go out of their way to come to my house. Based on how our interactions went I was expecting a smooth and seamless experience. On Sunday we confirmed 3pm Monday was good. On Monday I took time off from work and went home to meet the guy. Right at 3pm I contacted them, just to get an idea of when he was supposed to arrive, but did not get a response. I then contacted them again at 3:45pm to see whether we were still good to go but also got no reply. I waited and waited, but unfortunately they never showed. No calls, no reply to my texts, no explanation whatsoever. At 4:30pm I texted them to let them know I had to leave and that was that. In the end I waited an hour and a half and they totally ghosted me. Not cool at all, very unprofessional. UPDATE: I found a well reviewed installer on Task Rabbit and he did all 3 tvs for $200. So 5 Points who quoted me $450, was wildly overpriced.

Hello all, I have…read moreto say Corey's services and abilities are simply unmatched and amazing We had a few projects that I needed help with and Corey responded quickly and with a detailed response and good questions So we started off with needing to mount a new TV with an articulating, telescoping mount. Then needed to add ceiling fan installation and asked for help with a blinds track and mount. Now with reading the reviews I saw that Corey's where all 5 star and I have to say they where well deserved!!! Now the only issue is he is extremely busy with all types of projects from building bathrooms to professionally mounting TV's. He also took the time to show us how things worked and set up our new TV, ceiling fan and most importantly he adapted when our blinds where to long. He was able to actually trim down the mounting bracket by hand and had the forethought and knowhow to make it all work without any issues. When I moved, he removed the bracket and reinstalled it with my TV and speaker at my new place, along with a Samsung Frame TV and another speaker below. The setup looks clean and well done. I had a couple of concerns: during the Frame install, it sounded like he may have hit metal when drilling, and during the previous bracket reinstall, I briefly worried about the electrical panel behind. Also, the blue protective blankets left dye on my tile floors, which took a few scrubs to remove -- so a heads-up if you have porous tiles. Overall, very happy with the results -- just shy of 5 stars due to those small issues.

They were extremely polite over the phone, and answered all of the questions I had. I scheduled an appointment, and the next day they arrived right on time (they gave me a heads up that they were on their way, just in case I wasn't home yet). When they got here, they were, again, polite and very professional. They brought their own mount, extension cords, tools, etc. and worked at a fast pace. Whats more, they also offered to pass the cable through the back of the wall for no charge (other places charge for that). When they finished, the TV and shelf mount looked perfect. They were at the height I wanted, and were cable-free like I wanted. I think its safe to say that I am extremely satisfied with their work.
