The lobby has been rearranged since my last visit and feels much more spacious, with drinks and snacks available for customers. After chatting briefly with Gigi and another customer, my car was ready. The tint is laser cut for precision. I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. They ran coax underground for about 40 feet, ran audio and coax along my pergola, connected outdoor speakers, mounted a 65 inch tv and connected everything to a Sonos connect amp. Did a custom install of the amp. These guys can do it all and at a very reasonable price.

I was very impressed with their Yelp reviews and also impressed with the fact that they were willing to go out of their way to come to my house. Based on how our interactions went I was expecting a smooth and seamless experience. On Sunday we confirmed 3pm Monday was good. On Monday I took time off from work and went home to meet the guy. Right at 3pm I contacted them, just to get an idea of when he was supposed to arrive, but did not get a response. I then contacted them again at 3:45pm to see whether we were still good to go but also got no reply. I waited and waited, but unfortunately they never showed. No calls, no reply to my texts, no explanation whatsoever. At 4:30pm I texted them to let them know I had to leave and that was that. In the end I waited an hour and a half and they totally ghosted me. Not cool at all, very unprofessional. UPDATE: I found a well reviewed installer on Task Rabbit and he did all 3 tvs for $200. When they got here, they were, again, polite and very professional. They brought their own mount, extension cords, tools, etc. and worked at a fast pace. I found out the previous owners were using horrible materials and they had to redo the tints for many customers. They immediately accepted my warranty and redid all my tints. Those are in mint condition, after 3 years. I decided to go back since I had such a good experience and I took my new car.
