I was hired by this company approximately 5…read moreweeks ago, after going through their silly 1970s videos in the HR office, I was handed some uniforms, two different shirts, two pairs of pants one of which did not fit. I was told they did not have the correct uniforms in stock they were waiting for them. This was an armed guard position, I needed to supply my own weapon I was told. Ok. No problem, I thought the uniforms would include a bulletproof vest at minimum, but no. I was assigned to a beach patrol from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.. the last several weeks have been melting hot outside, the only option you have is to remain in your car with air condition running, this cost me one quarter of a tank of fuel...every shift I work. I asked for some financial relief and I was told no, they will give me a golf cart, that never happened either. On my fourth week of working there I only saw a supervisor one time, I told him I was never trained at this location and I don't even know what my job is here. His response was just look around, nothing more. After 4 weeks of working there in my email the next day I received post orders explaining what my job is. So for 4 weeks I had no clue. I am a pretty easy going guy, I like to see people smile, so randomly I will ask somebody to smile, that looks at me with fear or anger . One particular evening a family walked into the restaurant which I was patrolling, and I said to the family can I get a smile.... It turns out that he was employed by the city and didn't like that, he made a complaint about me and today I was terminated. I'm not even sad about it because this is the worst company I've ever worked for in my entire life. This is my review and everything I said is a fact. I would never ever ever recommend somebody to work for this company.

From the time I called the front…read moreoffice, they told me to contact Manuel to make an appointment for him to evaluate our electrical issue. I called Manuel and he said he was told I would contact him. He listened to my electrical concern, told me he could come drive down all the way from Boca Raton to Miami and even gave me an updated ETA text prior to his arrival. He was at my parent's home within 2 hours. Manuel gave us a reasonable quote and even emailed us the tentative estimate. The next day his 2 service technicians came out on time. They fixed the issue and had done exactly what was needed. Manuel did adjust the quote accordingly to the service that was installed. He had emailed the revised quote and gave us all the options to make the payment convenient. Manuel and his team were very respectful, kind and so helpful in this process. Most of all the communication was top notch, I was very appreciative of that. Just getting workers to show up when they say they will in Miami is a rare find! We wanted LED recessed lighting and Jorge arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked diligently until the job was complete. He listened to what we wanted and everything came out exactly as promised and he was neat, cleaning up after himself. He also fixed a faulty electrical outlet we had outside. It has been over a month since the work was done and everything looks great and working well. I will be using him again for future electrical work!

I hired them to install a security camera system consisting of an NVR and 7 wired cameras in 2023…read more Price was fine and installation was fine but when it comes time to set up the app on my phone the installer asked me to hand over the phone, I tried to follow what he was doing but he was installing apps, scanning device bar codes, assigning device names account user name passwords...all done very quickly and he asked me only for a password to use. It is an app called EZVIEW I later on went back to try and understand different settings and configuration but there is no manual to follow. But on the day of the installation all were working fine so I figured I will retrace the app settings and figure things out. The issue is post installation support. A year later the app stopped working unless I was on WIFI I was disconnected from the cameras. I texted the installer and asked for advice, he said the issue is with my mobile data. Mysteriously two weeks later the app worked again so they fixed whatever bug it was. Another month gone by suddenly one of the camera in color would have images in B/W only after raining hard, I thought those are IP64 or 65 devices, texted again and no reply. Finally one day my app freaked out and deleted all the devices and I need to set it up again. I texted him again for help and offered to pay for his time to set things up again and he said next week may be. Next week came and gone texted again says tomorrow may be. After that no more reply. Last year I need to upgrade phone and I wasn't able to migrate the EZView app to the new phone, it is no longer on Android playstore, I haven't been able to use this app on the new phone and so I have to carry two phone, the new phone for everything else, and the old phone to use EZView and only works on WIFI (since it has no SIM card). The NVR and cameras still work but if you need post installation support it doesn't exist.
