Great decision in going to NetStf. James knows his stuff, and worked his tail off in getting my…read morelaptop up and running again. He spent 2 days isolating virus issues, registry problems, etc., and ultimately repaired everything. In fact, it not only works now, but runs like new. It was taking 5 minutes to login, and now up and ready in a minute (keep in mind this is a 7 yr old gateway). James was also gracious in giving me advice on wifi issues, new laptop advice, and virus protection. In fact, he loaded some free, new anti-virus and clean-up software in his "spare time" (the guy doesn't sleep). Don't waste your time waiting in line for geek squad, just to get 2nd rate service. Call James/ NetStf. It'll be your best decision of the day.

My mom went to fix the screen of her MacBook Air and they charged her almost 400 dollars. A little over a month after the service was done, the screen showed these lines like you can see in the photo and they said that's because she dropped her computer (something that never happened).... now her computer is not working anymore and she already paid almost half what a new computer would cost even though it says that the warranty for any service done is 90 days on her invoice! Don't come to this store, they're cheaters and scammers! My mom is gonna talk to her lawyer and pursue a case against then shortly.

It started slowing down a lot two years ago even though I stopped gaming and only turned it on a handful of times a week. I brought it to Carey, and he returned it to me the next day. We talked about why it was running slow and what he did to improve its performance. Carey was great to work with because he explained what he did in a way I could understand, being a non-tech savvy person. I recommend Carey and Computer Media for anyone who wants to give their system a tune-up and make it run better, or anyone who needs a website built since that's another one of his specialties.

I almost never bother writing reviews, but this place is such a disaster it honestly needs to be…read moreshut down. Zero stars. Total scam. Oscar is rude, unprofessional, and even admitted that putting screens on is basically "Russian roulette" because he doesn't know if the screens are good or bad. Are you kidding me? I brought my phone in to replace a cracked screen with a black line--no lag issues at all. After his "repair," the camera stopped working (it was perfectly fine before) and the phone began freezing, which were brand-new problems caused by HIM. I had to return twice. He admitted messing with the camera but brushed it off like it didn't matter. Huge warning sign. I was charged $170 for a cheap, off-brand screen that obviously didn't fit my iPhone 16 Pro Max properly. He never warned me it might not work right. The black line returned just from being in my backpack, and instead of taking responsibility, he tried to blame me. The screen protector was intact, no dents, no cracks -- clearly the screen itself was defective. The receipt claims "FREE EXCHANGE" if the part's bad -- that's a lie. Then it got worse. First he said he'd charge me $70 for a "better" screen. Then it jumped to $120. Then $180. All because I was "upset," which he flat out admitted (and who wouldn't be?!). At one point, he even said $400 total, which is absurd -- I could've just gotten an actual Apple screen for that. In the end, I spent around $340 on a non-Apple, low-quality screen, because he kept changing the story. He's careless, disrespectful, and takes advantage of people to squeeze more money out of bad parts. He rushes the work, doesn't handle the phone carefully, and when problems happen, he gaslights you and tries to shift the blame! No legitimate business man operates this way. Do NOT go here unless you want to get scammed, lied to, and overcharged.
