AUM Computers did excellent work getting my PC "debugged". Their Customer- and Technical Service (definitely FIVE STARS!) is very efficient, friendly and courteous. (Very rare these days, therefore even more appreciated!) When I visited the store, I received clear and concise information about other parts and services I had asked about, but was not pressured into buying anything. On the day before Hurricane "Irma", I called AUM in panic about not yet having backed up my PC. Murji returned my call that same afternoon and did the backup for me. (Again, very friendly, courteous service, and without pressure to purchase anything else!) All necessary paperwork, invoices, receipts, etc. were completed immediately and efficiently. AUM even sent follow-up e-mails to be sure I was satisfied with the work they had done. I did buy a backup system from them later. I can definitely recommend AUM Computers and will use the company again for any repairs and/or questions I may have in future. read more

Eli called me at precise appointment time, within a few hours of my calling into office for HELP. He corrected the "software" problem and gave me some advice to prevent same problem from recurring. The cherry on the sundae was that I didn't have to go to AUM's office or even get out of my chair in my office; because all corrections and work was done remotely via "Team Viewer". Eli quoted an inexpensive price which I was actually happy to pay. Now, I don't have to drive all the way to Boynton Beach to Best Buy, spend $98.00 for BB to ship my computer to a remote location to be diagnosed and maybe fixed. Then wait for computer to be returned via mail. Then drive back to BB to pick up computer. Lastly, people working at AUM are polite and knowledgeable. WOW! I was having problems with my computer yesterday and I was pretty sure scammers managed to get inside it to steal information. I searched for a company to clean up my computer and I found the Best of the Best! It was raining hard and I really didn't want to go out but I needed help right away. I spoke with Anji and she said I didn't have to bring the computer in. The work could be done remotely. I made an appointment and at 3:00, Kishor called. He was amazing! He went into my computer and I watched as he cleaned it. He also answered all my many questions. When I asked for a program to protect me from malware, he recommended and installed an inexpensive program. He worked from around 3-4:30 and the charge was very reasonable. I was having a problem printing from my Apple Mac laptop to my 4 month old Hewlett Packard printer. It printed colors, logos, etc. but would not print the verbage from emails or websites in black. After being on the phone with HP Support for about half an hour I was advised to call Apple Support. After being on the phone with Apple Support, it was suggested I call Google. Well, that's impossible! I called AUM and worked with Kishor. After about 15 minutes, he said all he could see was that I needed a new black cartridge. Well, guess what, after installing a new black cartridge, I was able to print everything! So much for HP and Apple Support - AUM had the answer! Thank you so much! read more

When I turned on my computer this morning, I saw a warning notice to call a toll free number but I immediately thought it was a scare tactic to mess up my computer. I decided to call AUM computers and spoke with one of their technicians. He worked remotely between his office and my home office. Within an hour, he had everything cleaned up in my HP desktop computer. My computer is working better than ever. We had many computer and printer problems. AUM did a great job of updating and repairing everything that we explained to them. They were patient and polite and very helpful in explaining what our our problems were. When we had to call them again about a problem that had not been completely corrected, they fixed it immediately. I had a bad crash on my old Mac laptop and Apple couldn't migrate a number of key files to my new machine. AUM extracted the data from my dead laptop and installed it remotely on my new Mac; I didn't lose a thing. And the price was very modest. And they are very pleasant to deal with as well. When it was discovered to be non repairable I purchased a new laptop from them at a very reasonable price. They downloaded my old files and remotely helped to reinstall my printer.
