I went to this Metro store yesterday (Sunday, November 2) to activate my new phone line, and the…read moreexperience was terrible. The guy who attended us was rude from the start -- no greeting, no kindness, and it was obvious he didn't want to help. He even made a face when I approached his station, like he didn't want to do his job. His attitude completely ruined our visit. What makes it worse is that this wasn't the first bad experience with him -- my parents also had issues at this same store, where one of their phones ended up completely locked because of the same guy. Clearly, this location has a serious customer service problem. We left and went to another MetroPCS store at 10045 Belvedere Rd Ste 1, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, and the experience there was the complete opposite -- the staff was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was done correctly. I will never go back to this location and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. The tiny, rude guy working on Sunday at 3:00 pm (alongside a woman) should not be representing the brand.

I went to the 3rd party Verizon store called Victra in the Delray Marketplace to setup our new A16…read moreiPad. I came in at the right time because there was absolutely no wait. Ryan was the representative who helped me and he was terrific. He devoted his time to make sure everything was in the cloud and then installed on the new iPad. I bought a couple of accessories from him such as the screen cover to protect the glass and also the Case. I was concerned about the price which was extremely high and compared on Amazon, which of course was cheaper, but it did come with a full guarantee for life and I know he would the screen cover on properly that I wouldn't make a mistake. When he went to charge me the price on the register,It was $100 less money and he also waived the $40 fee for his service because I was buying the Accessories from him. There was an issue with some of the emails not coming through. So I went home and the next day everything installed properly before returning the old iPad to Verizon through UPS I went back to Victra and Ryan helped me make sure that everything on the old iPad was wiped clean. He had a great attitude and was a lovely man to help us. I highly recommend going to the store.

I went to this service center for a screen replacement. While the screen itself was repaired, the…read moretechnician ruined my front-facing camera lens during the process. The lens now has noticeable white residue/scratches, causing terrible flare and severely degrading photo quality. When I showed them the issue and even compared it with my older iPhone 14 Pro, they brushed it off, claiming it was a "different model" and making ridiculous excuses about the blue anti-reflective coating. Because of their refusal to take responsibility, I am attaching side-by-side photos comparing my device directly with an identical iPhone 17 Pro model to clearly show the damage. They damaged my device during repair and refused to make it right. Unprofessional service--I strongly advise avoiding this place.
