Our technician Antonio took good care of us, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He would be a great manager, he's very competent, and meticulous, rare these days! Next time we go there, we'll ask for him that's for sure. Keep up the great work!

After more than five minutes, Brian (apparently the manager) finally asked if he could help. When I mentioned my appointment, he seemed confused--even though Victra's own site offers that feature. I explained that I'm a senior and wanted a simple phone. We chose a model, but then Brian started pushing Verizon promotions: internet (which I already have through my HOA), plus a free tablet or watch--neither of which I needed. He began transferring my data and told me to return at 12:30. I came back at 12:40, but didn't get my phone until 2:00. Brian then insisted I keep my broken phone with a new line, which made no sense. He mumbled about Verizon issuing a replacement, then brought out an internet device and a watch (which looked ridiculous on my wrist). Meanwhile, the store was packed with about 20 other seniors, all waiting while staff scribbled transactions in a notebook because their internet was down. Feeling pressured, I assumed the "promotions" were free. Wrong. My first bill was $505, with ongoing charges of $296 per month--more than double my old bill. Thankfully, Verizon corporate helped me, advising me to return the equipment. When I tried, only one employee (Orelia) was working. She dismissed my online appointment, claiming Victra was removing that feature and that I should have called (though they never answer the phone). She refused to process the return, saying only the original salesperson could handle it. I was furious. Verizon corporate resolved the internet device issue, but because the watch had been opened in front of Brian, I had to return it to Victra. My son came with me, and despite Victra's customer service telling me I could return it to a Verizon store, the corporate Verizon manager explained they don't handle Victra's inventory. Eventually, Victra reluctantly accepted the return. This entire ordeal felt predatory--borderline elder abuse. Stay far away from this store.
