He stayed on the phone with customer service while dealing with multiple customers (BY HIMSELF.) He had so much patience as they transferred him to multiple departments and he never gave up until he was given the correct information. For the next hour or so, she introduced the options available to me and worked to find the best phone and plan for my budget. Easy going, helpful, and honest it was a real pleasure to work with someone dedicated who is both personal and professional. Anything regarding my phone or communications need, now or in the future, I will go first to Shaunna.
