My phone literally broke in half and needed a new screen which I was glad this is all it was…read more I found this place near me for a fairly reasonable price $95. Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. They have phone accessories and electronics you can purchase just not for my older phone alot of iphone stuff. It is located in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. The parking close y on busy times not always available but can always go to parking garage and walk there. I will be returning for any other repairs since conveniently located nearby and the service is very good. This is located n the promenade in coconut creek so sometimes

Sam came thru in a pinch, and at a better price than the competition! I recently needed to get my…read morewife's screen replaced on a 14 pro max to complete a trade in, and I called at least a dozen providers. I was getting nowhere on a reasonable price, as most were quoting 285-300. I finally gave up and had set an appt with iTech, as they didn't have the screen in stock I was forced to wait a week, and they told me very specifically they would have it Wednesday so I had arranged for my wife to be there Thursday morning. When calling that morning to confirm, I was then told maybe they'd have it later that day, and they wanted me to wait longer. The problem was that I had already started porting all my numbers and upgrading phones over to T mobile, and I had some time set aside later in the day on Thursday to complete everything, but I needed my wife's phone to not have a cracked front screen. So I call Sam at A1 Mobile Solutions, and he tells me he has it in stock, and my wife can be there in 30mins. Perfect! As she was already up that way, which is why I had scheduled everything the way I had. I assumed this would still cause a delay in our schedule, but Sam got the job done much faster than I was quoted everywhere else (1-2 hrs) and only took him 15-20 minutes, and for a bit less $ than everyone else too! My wife and him also hit it off having a conversation about homeschooling, as he was just recently starting to consider it, and we all felt like this was serendipity. Half the reason I'm writing this review is for personal reference, so if I ever need a screen repaired again I'll be able to easily find Sam through my review history. Anyway he's a great guy and great at what he does and I recommend him

I texted him and he acted like he wasn't sure about the phone I was talking about. He said he'll get back to me. A month and a week passed and he didn't get back to me. Around this time I had to go out of town. I contacted him and told him this. He said it will be done when I got back. Two months pass of him giving me the run around. I contacted him one last time and he kept on telling me he would call me back a family member is in the hospital and he's dealing with a lot. I just let him have it. I think he sold my phone or lost it. I ended up getting a new phone. I just wanted my old phone fixed. I counted it as a phone I was never getting back. In my previous review he replied and said I left my phone past the time. Which was not true. This guy lies a lot. He gives you the run around. He's not organized nor is he a professional business person. I am reminded how he stole from me. P.s I was going to take him to court but people around me said it wasn't worth it. I would have spent more money on the case than getting my property back.

Never called and said the part came in so my brother went 90 days later according to "lee" idc if it was 190 days later you didn't fix it correctly the first time so you should've reached out which he didn't. I would not recommend very unprofessional and his excuse was "he doesn't remember"

Truthfully, I have to say this Boost Mobile Store has the BEST customer service around town…read more I just switched to Boost Mobile and went to a few other stores located in Pompano; however they never had the quality of service like this store does. There is always great deals! The atmosphere is very clean and organized with a business oriented vibe. Best part is that hardly ever do you wait to be waited on for longer than 3-5 minutes. Everyone is pretty aware of what needs to be done and how to please all the customers...
