Consumer beware don't waste your time!!! I recently visited BrandsMart Outlet with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by an alarming lack of customer service and professionalism. After making a purchase, I encountered an issue that required immediate attention. I approached the manager, Victor, expecting some assistance, but to my dismay, he appeared far more interested in his phone than in addressing my concerns. It was disheartening to feel like my issue wasn't worthy of his attention, especially from someone in a leadership position. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the management team at BrandsMart Outlet was disappointing. When customers encounter problems, they deserve timely and effective support, not distractions or half-hearted attempts at assistance. Overall, my experience at BrandsMart was regrettable, and it's clear that improvements are needed in their customer service approach. I left feeling undervalued and frustrated, and I will think twice before returning to this outlet in the future. Today I went to the LA store in Tamarac, FL, for the 2nd time in 5days. Not because of anything they did. What I purchased would not fit the space assigned for it. Sharma and Irladienne, got us right once again. Sharma worked really hard to help us help a family who was transisting. He had tge patience and love because we could not go over a certain amount. Once he found us a fridge that would work and fit; Irladienne, came through and made sure the purchase was well taken care of. My Samsung refrigerator's icemaker stopped making ice after a few years . I had trouble setting up appointment with the technician . So called Mr.Kumar who sold the refrigerator to me. Looking for a refrigerator, I visited Brandsmart USA's clearance location and was underwhelmed. Despite being a clearance outlet, the prices remained surprisingly high. What made the experience more uncomfortable was the overbearing attentiveness of the worker who greeted me. While I inquired about a potential veterans discount, I was told none existed, yet promptly offered a $200 discount on an appliance.
