I had an outstanding experience at BrandsMart USA and wanted to recognize the exceptional customer service I received. A special thank you to Irladienne, Ciara, Carmen, and Fabian for going above and beyond to make my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right washer and dryer. Consumer beware don't waste your time!!! I recently visited BrandsMart Outlet with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by an alarming lack of customer service and professionalism. After making a purchase, I encountered an issue that required immediate attention. I approached the manager, Victor, expecting some assistance, but to my dismay, he appeared far more interested in his phone than in addressing my concerns. It was disheartening to feel like my issue wasn't worthy of his attention, especially from someone in a leadership position. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the management team at BrandsMart Outlet was disappointing. When customers encounter problems, they deserve timely and effective support, not distractions or half-hearted attempts at assistance. Overall, my experience at BrandsMart was regrettable, and it's clear that improvements are needed in their customer service approach. I left feeling undervalued and frustrated, and I will think twice before returning to this outlet in the future. I hope they take the necessary steps to enhance their customer service, as a little attention can go a long way in creating a positive shopping experience. read more

I would like to recognize three outstanding Brandsmart employees who made my recent appliance purchase an excellent experience. I have worked with Sharma for many years, and he has consistently been patient and incredibly helpful in selecting appliances . This time I purchased a complete appliance package and once again SHARMA made the entire process easy and enjoyable. His professionalism and product knowledge are exceptional. When I completed my purchase, I was equally impressed by the cashiers IRLADIENNE and KETLY. They were warm, friendly, efficient and highly professional. They made the checkout process seamless and left me with a great final impression of Brandsmart. As the owner of a business with 32 employees, I understand how valuable dedicated customer-focused employees are. Brandsmart is fortunate to have Sharma Irladienne and Ketley representing the company. They deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience. I just had an outstanding experience with Mahavia at the Lauderhill BrandsMart . I called for help with a washer and dryer I couldn't order online, and Mahavia immediately figured out it was out of stock and then went above and beyond to find me a comparable set at nearly the same low price . Mahavia stayed on the phone with me, gave me the model number, guided me through everything, handled the entire order, explained all the details clearly, and even helped me save money . Mahavia also set up delivery, texted the receipt, called to confirm I received it, and let me know I could reach out anytime. Mahavia's kindness, professionalism, and thoroughness made me feel like I was talking to a friend . Mahavia is a true asset to BrandsMart, and thanks to her, the Lauderhill BrandsMart is now my go-to store. I'll be recommending Mahavia and the Lauderhill BrandsMart to all my friends and family. Thank you, Mahavia! T. Campbell read more

Today I went to the LA store in Tamarac, FL, for the 2nd time in 5days. Not because of anything they did. What I purchased would not fit the space assigned for it. Sharma and Irladienne, got us right once again. Sharma worked really hard to help us help a family who was transisting. He had tge patience and love because we could not go over a certain amount. Once he found us a fridge that would work and fit; Irladienne, came through and made sure the purchase was well taken care of. They were concerned about me making another trip to the store(which I did not mind) but they wanted to help me while we help others. THANK YOU SHARMA AND IRLADIENNE- YOU ARE AMAZING LOVE PASTOR POOLE. read more

My husband and I have always had nothing but great experiences with this store. We used to shop at the old location off Griffin Road and 441. This store is new, and they keep it spotless, and the entire staff is so polite! The inventory is constantly changing, and they offer a wide variety of choices. We have always dealt with Ruben, the manager, and our favorite salesman Nash! We are grateful that they are still working for the clearance center. Their professionalism is what keeps us as loyal customers. We have bought several TVs and many major appliances at very reduced prices and have never been disappointed. Happy, loyal and satisfied customers read more

My Samsung refrigerator's icemaker stopped making ice after a few years . I had trouble setting up appointment with the technician . So called Mr.Kumar who sold the refrigerator to me. Looking for a refrigerator, I visited Brandsmart USA's clearance location and was underwhelmed. Despite being a clearance outlet, the prices remained surprisingly high. What made the experience more uncomfortable was the overbearing attentiveness of the worker who greeted me. While I inquired about a potential veterans discount, I was told none existed, yet promptly offered a $200 discount on an appliance. The inconsistency left me feeling uneasy, and overall, the store failed to impress. read more
