Consumer beware don't waste your time!!! I recently visited BrandsMart Outlet with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by an alarming lack of customer service and professionalism. After making a purchase, I encountered an issue that required immediate attention. I approached the manager, Victor, expecting some assistance, but to my dismay, he appeared far more interested in his phone than in addressing my concerns. It was disheartening to feel like my issue wasn't worthy of his attention, especially from someone in a leadership position. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the management team at BrandsMart Outlet was disappointing. When customers encounter problems, they deserve timely and effective support, not distractions or half-hearted attempts at assistance. Overall, my experience at BrandsMart was regrettable, and it's clear that improvements are needed in their customer service approach. My Samsung refrigerator's icemaker stopped making ice after a few years . I had trouble setting up appointment with the technician . So called Mr.Kumar who sold the refrigerator to me. What made the experience more uncomfortable was the overbearing attentiveness of the worker who greeted me. While I inquired about a potential veterans discount, I was told none existed, yet promptly offered a $200 discount on an appliance. Highly recommended! Going to this Brandsmart clearance store was one of the best findings. It has great deals and product selection.
