They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. Aleksei was friendly, worked efficiently and left our home clean. I would definitely call them again for any urgent needs.

In the meantime, my cleaning lady stopped by and was going to do my laundry, but I told her the washer was broken. She replied "nonsense." The she went over to the washer and started it right off. Laughingly she said yo pull the on/off button, you don't push it. So, my washer was in fact fine. It wasn't broken, and I didn't need a new one like Nazar said. And he never did phone me back like he said he would. However, he was polite and only charged me $35.00 for his house call.
