I was told that they could have someone come out the next day. The technician who came out informed me that we would have to replace the ancient AC that we inherited when we bought the house after going up and inspecting the unit/damage. We were expecting to replace the AC sometime so we weren't too surprised, but I thought it was great that he actually took a video of the condition to show me. (Back story: Techs from Richie Rich came out twice before for this AC when it stopped cooling and were able to prolong its life for a year until it finally gave out. They were recommended by a local developer as they also do commercial properties.) We scheduled for a replacement the next day and the guys came out first thing in the morning. At one point, I think I had 5-6 guys around working in the attic and outside to get the job done quickly. They were super conscientious about keeping the area clean of insulation and debris. They were also really great sports when a bunch of the water in the drain pan came raining down on them. I was impressed with their work and appreciate how communicative and friendly they were -- impressed enough that I am writing this review on Christmas night because I just realized I forgot to finish my review. Whoever Bradley is... this person is clueless about HVAC. Not only that, his communication is so bad. He says one thing, gives the wrong prices, constantly confused. The ladies in the office that answer the phones are so uncharismatic almost like they're doing YOU a favor to simply answer a call when I'm the one that's going to pay. The appointment was set and no one showed up, no one called to tell me if the tech was running late. Nothing. I call back and then now there's some "confusion" about my appointment. How hard is it to get an appointment scheduled correctly? How hard is it to make sure whatever is needed for the day of appointment? I spoke with the general manager I think it was Joe/ Joey there and he seemed to be the only one that knew what was going on and how things should be working and managed to get it sorted out for me completely without anymore added stress. But why do I even have to get to the point where I need to speak to a general manager? The issue I'm having is why do you keep these people that make it impossible for me and all the other customers?!? The cherry on top is when the "techs" come out, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING! Breaking tiles, breaking through the ceiling, leaving trash everywhere. Just a complete DISASTER. It's the only word I can choose. It's that bad. Run from this place. THey honored my 10 yr parts and labor warranty when my coil started to leak (I have had the unit 7 yrs) and replaced it with no extra charges. They also honored a service call when my a'c stopped working by blowing out the waste line and pouring a non clogging mixture in the line to prevent it happening again. So far I would recommend them for quick and efficient service.

He apologized for the situation and said that the pricing was done by a computer program and didn't take into consideration that my home is a condominium and that the ductwork was a continuous system and did not have 6 separate ducts.
