I've yet to have them come out more than once every 3-4 years for each property because they do it right the first time. If you tell them your inquisitive they will tell you what's wrong, show you the part that went bad and why, what needs to get done now and what you might want to consider in the future. Quality service and value! I had asked about getting a unit cleaned and was told not to spend the money as the unit was clean to schedule a cleaning for next year. We all know any other company would have taken advantage even when it's not needed. On another property my partner had been collecting quotes from different companies on duct replacement and was quoted different ranges btwn from 15k-40k for a house that is 3k sq feet. We called this the old & stinky house. We had the house professionally cleaned and could no get the odor out so duct replacement was next. ACR came out and notified there was only 1 soft flexible pipe in the attic space with a tear which they recommended to replace. ACR informed the rest of the duct work was all hard metal and did not recommend changing the ducts due to the quality of what was currently in the house instead recommended a cleaning. Their air cleaning consisted of dust /debris removal, sterilizes and removes odors. House is still old but no longer stinky. This company is honest, professional, arrives on time, and focus on getting the job done right the first time.

From the very start of beginning the process of finding the right AC system, Emmanuel was extremely responsive to all texts and messages, at basically all times of the day. I had a million inane questions and concerns; he answered all of them. We narrowed the list to three 5-ton options. The most expensive one was of my choosing, an American Standard unit, and the other two were a Rheem and a GrandAire (which I hadn't heard of before, it's a subsidiary of Carrier). He recommended strongly that I go with the cheapest one, the GrandAire. He was absolutely correct! It saved thousands of dollars, and it works extremely well. He added a new Nest thermostat, as well. I couldn't be happier. The [minimum 2-year] warranty that he backs up his work with has to be one of the best. I was given the choice of three estimates which were way out of my price range and told the guy would need to call somebody else to get another estimate. The estimates were anywhere from the cheapest of $1500. Approx to over $3000. I was totally shocked as my unit is not that old and was told that the motherboard was not sending signals to the compressor to turn on and if they replace the motherboard, it still may not send the signal and then I would have to replace my compressor also. I called another company that was also recommended to me and a technician within 10 minutes found the problem to be a $240 capacitor, which was changed in less than a half an hour and I had air again!! I can't imagine a company trying to rip off somebody buy so much money and completely miss diagnosing, a simple problem and trying and turning it into a huge disaster! Precise Air Conditioning: Please Be Aware…read more Jose "Tony" Perez, the owner of Precise Air Conditioning, recently hit and destroyed my mailbox while driving through my neighborhood to perform work. According to my neighbor, who was walking his dog at the time, Tony did not initially stop. My neighbor flagged him down and directed him back to my house. I have clear video and photographic evidence of the incident. Tony has repeatedly promised to reimburse me $353.10 for the replacement mailbox and told me several times that he would send the payment through Zelle. Despite numerous follow-ups and missed payment deadlines, I still have not been reimbursed. I gave Tony and Precise Air Conditioning several opportunities to resolve this matter privately before making this post. On Thursday, I filed a formal complaint with the State of Florida regarding this incident. Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone considering Precise Air Conditioning exercise caution and carefully document all work, communications, or property damage. I personally would not feel comfortable hiring this company. This post reflects my personal experience. I have photographs, video, receipts, and written messages supporting the facts stated above.

I decided to contact Precise Air Conditioning, and I am glad that I did, because Mr. Jose Pérez also know as Tony, gave me a full explanation of the posible cots of fixing my old A/C, he went above and beyond to also explained me the different options to replace it for a new unit. He made me feel like more than a client, he treat me as a friend from day one. Tony was responsive to all my questions, via call and texts. He came on time to both appointments, to the estimate and actual installation. His crew was responsible, attentive and did an excellent clean job. (Refer to the attached pictures). Tony authorized his crew to the installation without receiving a deposit from my end. A lady of his staff took the time to prepare a detail invoice and do the registration of my new A/C warranty paperwork. And to top it all I am so happy with my new Honeywell Thermostat (WiFi) worth $250.00 which it was included on the installation. This is a Trully family business !
