I was recommended to Ventilation pros thru a good friend that had a great experience with the company. Contacted them and got a response right away. With a busy schedule, a broken a/c and summer approaching Gil took the time to be at my house the day after I contacted them at 6:45 am to get to meet him and look at my a/c. He gave me a great price on a great Carrier unit. We agreed to do it on that Friday, he said, we'll be there at 7:30 am to start and there they were at 7:30 am ready to go. They installed the unit, cleaned the drain pipes and even though I asked about replacing the thermostat to a fancy one that you can control with your phone, he honestly said that mine was still good, no need to replace it yet, didn't try to sell me a new thermostat (which he said are about $350.00) that showed me honesty. So when I need a new thermostat, i know who i'll call. They followed up with me a couple of days later to see how everything was going and so far so good. Gilbert was recommended to me by a good friend. I had spoken to 4 other A/C companies that did not come out to inspect the unit but only gave me pricing to fully replace the unit over the phone. His company came same day and gave me options. First was to fix the main issue, but he was transparent that it might not fully fix the problem and the second to replace the unit completely, due to the fact it was already 12 years old. He gave me pricing which was competitive and fair. He promised he'd have the new unit the next day and replace it. His team came early in the morning and replaced both the condenser and the handler in a very timely manner, they left everything very clean and Gilbert supervised the job himself. I called this company as I was referred to them by a friend of mine that swears by them. I spoke with Gilbert who came out right away as my a/c wasn't working and gave me a estimate ( Which was a lot better than the big stores). He serviced my existing A/C unit to hold me over for the next couple of days as I had a relative do my electricity.
