So not only did they overcharge me, but they installed an inefficient unit for my house. I learned recently that an oversized unit cycles too quickly and doesn't dehumidify, and short-cycles in hot, humid air, which likely caused my unit to struggle, wear out components faster, and develop persistent operational issues like shutdowns and poor humidity control. I had an electrician do some work around the house and he showed me all the mistakes Direct Air made when they installed my unit. I won't go into detail here, but it was terrible. Similarly, I had my ducts replaced and the company showed me several areas where my new AC was not installed up to code. That was in 2015. Maybe they've improved since then, but I've had other issues more recently. They never could get my unit to stop shutting down randomly, causing me to reset it at the breaker in the middle of the night. I had one technician come out and tell me I needed to replace the condenser fan motor for $500+. A few months later, I had another tech come out (this thing always needed maintenance), and I mentioned the condenser fan motor -- he took a look at it and said it was fine. Other dude obviously tried to scam me. They're always really nice and respond quickly when I call, but man, the issues with the installation are awful. This company scammed me.

You sold me an extended warranty for that system as well, so hopefully it will not break because I now know that your company will not honor the warranties that you sell. Just in case you don't have a record of it, attached please see the invoice for the serial number that you mentioned in your reply. In your reply to my review, you claim that the warranty requires for me to use your company to provide regular services in order to maintain the warranty. That is clearly a very important and expensive detail, so if that is the case, an honest company would include that exception somewhere in the paperwork that you required for me to sign at the time that you did the work. However, as you can see from all the fine print on the invoice, that is not mentioned anywhere. When i brought this up to you yesterday, you claimed for the first time that the labor warranty was covered by a policy issued by a third party. You never mentioned that to me verbally or in any of the documents i signed at time of installation. Nevertheless, even the policy that you sent me does not require for Dade Super Cool to provide the service for the AC. The policy simply states that the equipment must be maintained in accordance with the service requirements set forth by the manufacturer and, as per your own admission, i was using a different company to provide service to my AC. Please see attached excerpt from the policy. I now realize that the reason you want me to transfer the labor warranty to a different service provider is because you agreed to set prices for certain jobs with the warranty company and now you are not willing to do the work for the amount you agreed to. As i said in my initial review, i think it is very important for your customers to be extremely wary of any work your company provides.

    Due to the good reviews, i decided to call for a Fridge Analysis. Spoke to Delieen, (Very Nice),…read moreDiscuss rate (Applicable to Repair) and decided to repair. Ray (Tech) came by accompany by another tech (2-Vans), Open the bottom freezers analyzed and concluded it was a Fan. They were out of part and had to place an order. The part is a special order and no one local had it ($387.21). It would take 10-14 days to arrive. The Part arrives, Technician is schedule to come by, I asked to please notify upon arrival, for me to be present. When i get home, I learned the Technician had left and was unable to repair because the part was incorrect. I cancelled everything, i did not like the fact of not being notified upon arrival, ( as Asked), waited a week and half for a wrong part supposedly not local and later to find out by the Deileen it was local. Lost $65.00, Found my Fridge was still under warranty and the heck of it found the part in amazon for $35.00. Therefore , you make you own conclusion.

All I can say it's You won't be dissatisfied with their service.
