While there were hundreds of other companies reaching out for my business, I never felt like Nick was trying to upsell me, rather, I felt as though he was trying to teach me how to get the most of my thinking. Not only did he cut me a great price, but he took the time to educate me on finding the perfect unit for my mancave. All in all, I am incredibly thankful for Frascona HVAC as I no longer have to read, write, and grade papers in the sweltering heat of my garage. Great work, Nick. I'll always think of you as I sit back in awe of your hard work amidst my icy cold a/c. Did I mention he did everything in ONE DAY!!! I mean we spoke on the phone the night before, but he appeared first thing in the morning, looked me in my eyes, and said, "Oh yeah, we can get this done TODAY!" Amazing.

SoFlow came on time and the installer was the same guy that initially inspected her old unit. Both gentlemen were very nice and they did a great job taking away the old unit and putting the new unit on a new pad and plumbing in the ducting and drain pipe. Their price was reasonable and the Daikin unit comes with a pretty good parts warranty.

From the very start of beginning the process of finding the right AC system, Emmanuel was extremely responsive to all texts and messages, at basically all times of the day. I had a million inane questions and concerns; he answered all of them. We narrowed the list to three 5-ton options. The most expensive one was of my choosing, an American Standard unit, and the other two were a Rheem and a GrandAire (which I hadn't heard of before, it's a subsidiary of Carrier). He recommended strongly that I go with the cheapest one, the GrandAire. He was absolutely correct! It saved thousands of dollars, and it works extremely well. He added a new Nest thermostat, as well. I couldn't be happier. The [minimum 2-year] warranty that he backs up his work with has to be one of the best.
