I thought it was strange that after my purchase, which the register is within 15 feet of the front door, the security lady had to look at my receipt and then put a yellow marker line through it. Hello, you just watched the cash register sales person ring it up and give me the receipt. I guess you can never be too careful.

As a size 10 girlie I used to always find great shoes here too but for the last couple of months, the selection has definitely been lacking. The smaller sizes still have plenty of cute options, but the size 10 aisle needs some love! One major highlight is Jeanette at the front. She does security and greets you as you walk in, and her energy is EVERYTHING. Morning or night, she's always positive, kind, and patient, even when customers aren't the easiest. Truly a sweet spirit and such a bright spot every time I visit. Parking is plentiful, though not always close to the entrance since the lot is shared with a few other businesses. The store is located right next to Five Below and Dollar Tree, which is convenient if you're hopping around. Overall, still a decent Ross location, I just hope the size 10 shoe section gets restocked soon!

Then we pushed the cart to a designated counter at the back of the store. A very friendly employee opened each box for us to reveal its contents. Some of the items in the boxes were hair, extensions, chargers, and some items which I could not identify. Their hours had just been updated on Yelp but for some reason, they were not open. They had a sign on the door that said WE ARE OPEN BUT PICKING UP INVENTORY so we waited a bit and then called. A male answered as if it were a personal line..."hello...?" There was a child screaming so close to the phone that I could not hear him well. I told him I was outside of the store and suddenly a woman came on the phone. I told her I was outside of the store and her reply was..."Noooo, noooo, not todayyyy." I had to ask her to repeat herself!! I'd heard correctly, "Not todayyy." Then she asked, "What do you need?" I told her "nevermind" and promptly ended the call out of frustration! This is what kills me about some small businesses. We drove all the way there after finding them on Yelp and liking the furniture in the photos. My suggestion, CALL FIRST or dont go at all because based on them not showing up to their business on a Saturday when they claim to be open, should leave you cautious about doing business with them.

Today's shopping experience was good, but the associate was on the phone while checking out customers. She was still kind and efficient with her job though.
