Store is jammed packed with various household items. Very crowded today in here. It seems that the sections are split into large items against the far walls, not quite sure. Furniture is mostly at the front of the store. Large pet section toward the back. Decorative section has a bunch of cool items. The pasta sauces seem expensive per jar but most other items are pretty good prices in addition to several clearance shelves throughout. Plenty of staff around to assist customers. I love Homegoods. They have so much stuff to choose from, not only home decor, but also furniture, bed linens, kitchen stuff, wall art, etc. Last time I was there, I helped my friend Kevin pick a wall art item for about $20, which looked very similar to some that were selling on the internet for a few hundred dollars. I love to browse around the specialty food section. Sometimes you find some fun stuff like truffles, international cookies and cakes, snacks, etc that you don't see anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and they are helpful when you ask any questions. This particular store, I hit whenever I am near Sawgrass. I stop there and I stop here. Easy shopping. read more

This was my first visit to this location and it was last minute and spontaneous. I enjoy browsing these kind of stores because you never know what goodies you may stumble upon. I stopped here on a weekday, mid afternoon. I parked in the lot to make a phone call or answer a text and when I saw the Homegoods, I decided to stop in. There were not many people shopping in here, which I was glad to see. There were some items I have been meaning to pick up at any store when I remember so I decided to start with the kitchenware first. Of course I kept finding items I wanted and did not need whatsoever! I moved on to other departments and continued browsing. The store is large in size but some areas were difficult to shop and have space. After browsing the entire store, I found myself at the food and beverage department. I wound up picking up some mixers to experiment with. I made my way towards the register and did not have to wait long. I was checked out quickly and even though there was an issue with my card, the transaction went smoothly. The staff were pleasant. They were not super bubbly but also not rude. The store appears clean and tidy for the most part. I think the items could have been a little better in quality and maybe spread things out more. read more

They always have cool finds or something to buy such as kitchen stuff ,furniture , baby stuff animal stuff the list goes on and on even when holidays come around I'm like oh I have to have this item . I'm a big fan of TJ Maxx & Marshalls, so of course the Homegoods chain appeals to me too! I've been in this particular store a few different times, I'm usually browsing and not buying. Why do I mostly look? Well, I feel like some of the prices are just a LITTLE bit on the high side. I had purchased a new and bigger sized bed today, so I was looking for some inexpensive but decent bedding. I did find some good deals on a light Tommy Bahama quilt for $39 (on clearance) and sheets for $29, not bad for a king size bed. This place does have some nice home decor items, but I always feel that they are just a few bucks more than I want to spend. They do sometimes have neat furniture items, but they are also *just* enough overpriced to turn me off. I recommend staying away from electronics here. My husband and I have both had issues with blow dryers, flat irons and shavers from here not working on various occasions. Now where does this story go completely haywire? The line to checkout took 15-20 minutes, this is awful for a Friday at 4:30 pm. Sure, I would expect this on a Saturday at 2pm, but not on a Friday night. I don't do lines, if I had not truly needed these clearance items for the mattress being delivered the next day I would have walked right out. I probably won't be back here for a while. read more

You just never know what is waiting to be snatched. Kitchen, bedroom and bath, baskets, bagged and boxed food nonpareils, furniture, frames, floral & decor--everything for your home, and sometimes office can be sitting on the floor or shelf, waiting for you; as you make your way around the aisles. I just love chacharachas (ask her what that means lol, I think it's knick knacks) which I do, I do and I do. I buy tons of them and then I don't know what to do with them. But that's not here nor there... Back to my review. The place is shock full of stuff, you just don't know where to look first. This is not a bad thing. At the moment, most of those still are holiday related. Prices are great for the knick knacks, and decor. I wouldn't really buy furniture here, but they have lots of chairs, side tables, some consoles and rugs. They also have nice inexpensive art and mirrors. Walk in here with an open mind because they have a little of everything. I actually found entry to be sensory overload. There was so much to see, I'm sure I missed plenty. In addition to the usual household items, there were a few quirky things that I wish I had a space for or someone I was looking to gift. I loved the rag elephant head which was like nothing I have seen before but where would it live? We did make a purchase and the line was several people deep. I have to stop coming to this location. Even though it's close to me, their customer service just gets more and more terrible every visit. There were no functional carts to put a fairly large item in so I went to the cashier (Bob) who I asked if I can just leave it in the front while I look around because it's hard for me to hold anything heavy while being 8 months pregnant with terrible carpal tunnel on both hands around. He told me "are you buying this?" "Actually no we can't hold anything for anyone because there's carts right there if you really want it!" Meanwhile there's tons of smaller things on hold for other customers?? This store is very unprofessional. Save your time and sanity. I'll drive the extra 25 mins to get better service at another homegoods.. three stars only because there's two employees here who are amazing; Robin and another younger lady who is always helpful I can't remember her name! read more

I am prefacing this review with the fact that I love HomeGood, and have never ever had a problem with one before. I found a piece of furniture I wanted to purchase, and asked one of the employees in the furniture area how long they could hold it for. I was rudely informed they would only keep the piece for an hour. I said no problem, figuring if the piece wasn't there the next day (when I could transport it home) I didn't need it. I returned the next day with a truck, and the piece was still there. Great! Now just to find someone to help me out. Couldn't find anyone for 5 minutes. Finally I found a little old lady to help me out, but she only spoke about one word of English. She took me to the check out counter, and told the manager there "Furniture" and pointed at me. The manager looked at me and said alright, she'd be right there. So I waited for 20 minutes for her to do anything else besides check out other customers. Other employees walked by and she ignored them, didn't ask them to assist me, nothing. The rude employee from the previous day even walked right behind her to putts about behind the counter. Hands down, the worst customer service I have every had at HomeGood. Needless to say, I did not buy the furniture. I will not be returning to this location either. Hopefully corporate reads this and teaches the store employees how to improve their customer service. read more

This is one of the better home goods. It is a large location with quite a bit of an array of items. I usually leave here with something. Now it also is one of the busiest locations I have ever been to as well. So I guess it is no secret that there are great finds. The parking lot is jammed packed, so it may take some time to find a parking spot. The plaza has a variety of stores from Publix, boutique store, Ross, first watch for breakfast and the sawgrass mills mall is located across the street. I contemplated giving 2-3 stars at first. Reason being is there are certain employees that are working hard and helpful, that isn't why. However there is an employee that is not friendly, and act like the customer is in the way. She shows frustration, sighs, grunts and basically has you move out of her way. I am not there to make a friends, however what happened to being courteous and nice? I didn't give low stars due to the organization of the store, the variety and I didn't feel one person should pull all the others down. Hopefully when j go back in she will be off that day. This store is decently sized and well kept. They have so many different things to decorate your house with, it's crazy. The decor is all sorted by style, which makes it a lot easier to find stuff that matches with your home. I personally loved the selection of candles they have. I got a big Yankee candle for $9.99! They had tons of other candle brands too in every imaginable scent. The pets section had a bunch of cute food bowls for pets and treats. They also had great dogs beds (but I have a cat). Overall this store is a great place to stop by if you need to decorate your house for cheap. Everything they had was decently priced and they even have furniture pieces. They have tons of decoration pillows for really cheap too! read more

This is a well organized and well managed store. There are several items here that you can find a discount prices, compared to namebrand stores. They have five cashiers and associates that walk to store, everybody that I have encountered is very helpful and very polite. I particularly like their items in the pet section in the furniture section and the gardening section. I have found several gems of an item for a very low price. Everything in the store is kept in its place, as I mentioned before it's very well organized. It's a pleasure to find a store that has its items where there suppose to be and you don't have to find yourself running around the store to find what you need or what you want. Awesome selection of decor, mirrors, lamps, art, dishes, vases, towels, bedding, etc. When you find something that catches your eye...get it! b/c you won't see it again! I hear rumors that dedicated shoppers get the inside scoop on when the new merchandise arrives each week & scope the place out to grab all of the unique finds before anyone else. I get all of our bath towels here as they come at such a killer price but don't feel cheap or wear out after multiple washings. This store always has really cute seasonal items and also carries cool beachy home decor year round. It's not a huge store, maybe 10,000 sq ft but they do have A LOT of really cool stuff to browse through so you will spend a decent amount of time shopping here. read more

I am a lifetime homegoods shopper and have always been treated kindly with homegoods customer service, until today. After hearing a manager tell another client that she could look up what other stores had a specific item, I went and asked for the same. The manager looked at me and said "we don't have time for that in this store, you can call other stores yourself". I then asked her if she could point me in the direction of where they may have this particular item I was looking for. She said "I've seen those all over the bar area of the store". She pointed to a general area but never once offered to show me where she had seen the items. The excuse of being too busy was absurd as it's a Wednesday at 2pm. Never again! I was very disappointed with the way HomeGoods never contacted me to let me know that my account was closed. It's not the stores fault. It's corporate that decided to not call me and just closed see the account because I haven't used the card. When I called them, their answer was, they're sorry for the inconvenience.
