He stated that I should just carry the clothes in my hand. I asked for the manager. They started speaking in Spanish and then she asked me "how can I help you?" The parking is free and it is right in front of the store. You can get jeans for like $10 bucks and shirts and shorts for like $5 bucks. I love the accessories and they are super cheap. I bought a super cute Minnie Mouse purse for $16. They even have men clothes for cheap. I really like that they have they have sport shirt for super cheap prices. Went he today to find Halloween costumes and was shocked after an employee confirmed they did not carry any. They do carry t-shirts with professional sports and Disney designs. So no costumes, but if I see cute clothing I must try them on in the fitting room, but no such luck fitting me, which is unfortunately common. Big sections of just hats, sandals and jeans. This store is based out of the UK. I bought a few things there when I I was in England in October it's a cross between a target and a Kohl's. I was surprised to see this at the Sawgrass, but there was parking right outside, so I walked through. A little something here for everyone. This Primark is located in Sawgrass Mills Mall near the Target anchor. I don't get to this end of the mall very much but I admired my friends Earth day T shirt and she told me she purchased it here for only $5 so I came by to check the store out. After walking through Primark my impression was that this would be the perfect store to go to if the airline lost your luggage and you needed a lot of cheap clothes fast. Known for their bargain prices, Primark sells men's. women's. and children's clothes along with accessories. and beauty products. The prices are exciting, $19 for a denim jacket, $4 for a t shirt, and $9 pajamas. Look closer however and the quality isn't there. Instead of embroidery there is stamped pictures on clothes, fabric is thin and stiff, silhouettes are sloppy, and fit looks non existent. If you are dead broke however you can put together a passable interview outfit for under $40. After looking around I think it is best for juniors and children who outgrow their clothes fast. My daughter will probably love it here. I'll probably take her by the next time she's in town. I much prefer another European discount retailer in the the mall, H&M. They also do cheap but are much more fashion focused. Check out Primark for yourself though. If you find something you like it's dirt cheap. I saw people happily scooping up armfuls of clothing. The quality of the merchandise is very good for the price you pay. I got some nice comfy shorts and a pair of flip flops for a song. The downside is that it took me 45 minutes standing in line to reach a cash register. I know we have an issue with worker shortage nowadays, but why can't they have a cashier or two for "10 items or less". Yes, I know many people go to Primark and fill their shopping carts to the rim, no problem, but what happens when you only need a handful of items and have to wait almost an hour to check out ????? We've been waiting for a Primark here ever since moving from the UK so we were excited once this one opened up at Sawgrass! Despite of how big it is, it's always very organized and clean. They Have a great system for the fitting rooms as well but they don't allow baskets inside the fitting room, they do however let you take out whatever you want to try on and hold the basket for you until you're done. Make sure you ask about their return policy before making a purchase, I had no idea certain items couldn't be returned until we went to return them and they basically said the receipt has this information. Which it's terrible because you won't know you can't return an item until after you've purchased it so keep that in mind read more

I rarely walk all the way down to the farthest end of Sawgrass Mills; but I was looking to see what I could find during my holiday shopping; and I came across this huge, discounted clothing department store. (It is in the space previously occupied by the JC Penney's Outlet.) Primark was founded in Dublin, Ireland; and apparently they have been expanding all across Europe & now the east coast of the U.S. A. The first Primark in the U.S.A. Opened in Boston in 2015, and the Sawgrass Mills location opened in October of 2020. The first thing I noticed is the stacks and stacks of plastic wheeling shopping baskets and shopping carry bags right at the entrance. (The management knows that if you're like me; once you see the prices, you'll need a cart or basket to pile up all your intended purchases.). The second thing I noticed was that there are employees very visible throughout the entire store; greeting you at the entrance, offering assistance, and stocking/tidying up.). The store is very well merchandised! Many discount stores are a mess; and you have to search through cluttered racks where nothing is organized at all! Primark is not like that at all! Racks, shelves, and tables are full of organized neatly hanging or folded like items. Plus prices are very clearly displayed on signs and mannequins so you can see the great deals being showcased! The store has primarily clothing; but it's clothing for everyone! (Women, men, children). Plus they have shoes, accessories, and beauty projects. Departments are clearly marked and, like I mentioned the prices are great! (Women's jeans for $22, flip flops for $.90!). It's a great place to stock up on essentials like underwear, socks, t-shirts, pajamas, flip flops, kids' clothing, and hair accessories. It's also a great place to pick up trendy pieces that you may only wear once or twice for a very reasonable price. After filling my tolling cart, I was a little worried that I may have to wait in line for an hour. I got behind a few people in line by checkout, (there was a woman holding a "Line ends here" sign.). I was feeling discouraged; however the woman directed me to a blue dot; and there were so many employees monitoring the line and directing shoppers sling, that I was up to a counter and ready to make my purchase in less than 5 minutes! They had about 30-40 cashier stations and most of them were actually being manned! Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience in a cool new store with a very unique European feel! (It reminds me of what H & M used to be like when they first arrived in the U. S. A. I will definitely be making more visits to a Primark in the near future & I also bought each of my daughters a Primark gift card so they can stock up on things that they actually need. read more

I think I have found my new favorite store. Simply because of all of the Disney stuff. I found so many cute Lion King (my favorite movie) things for my unborn child that I just fell completely in love. They even had Lion King attire in the adult section but just not my size; bummer. I was able to even spot some Harry Potter stuff down to stationary. My son and I are huge Harry Potter fans. Now their big kids' clothes are a little sketchy. Maybe it just wasn't a good day that day because this store does strike me as a "once it gone, it's gone" type of store versus items being restocked. You kind of have to come here on shipment day (or the day after) to really get the pick of the litter. The women section was pretty good. The pajamas, night shirts, under garments, workout clothes were great. Huge selection. Even their business wear is top notch. I almost bought a few things but since I am expectant, I stayed away from clothing for myself for now. Parking really sucks if you come on a weekend - this store is attached to the mall. So I been going to Primark since they first open in Sawgrass Mall location. Store is clean have plenty of selection for adults to kids and pricing is very reasonable on top they sometimes slash the prices for items they need to move quicker that's the good part. Now let me get into some of the cons for last 2 years they don't have restroom available for their customers its close and they have remove the sign of the restroom from the door, mind that sometimes people spend hour or more to shop around but if you ask where the restrooms are they will tell you to go outside their store and use the restrooms in the next door store or go to Target or food court to use the restrooms at mall facility and that's a terrible practice now I don't know what the state laws are regarding that but it is not acceptable, there are seniors, pregnant women, kids and people with medical issues where they need to use the facility upon needed but they want you to go outside their store and either use the restroom in someone else store or in food court which I might add its at quite a distance so if you have an emergency need or just a need to washrooms you are out of luck, so shame on you to make your customers go to this kind of situation. Secondly, the young associates most of the time in the group of 2 or 3 just talking among themselves and not paying attention to customers I guess that is acceptable by the management , and if you even get the associates they don't know more than you know as a customer about in or out of stock or pricing, so on my recent visit I ask the young lady about an item I don't see which I saw previously and she waved her hand up and down and say if you don't see it we don't (now she very well be right) but her answer did not come with the sureness she just did not wanted to either check herself or check with the manager to see if they really out of it. Moving on went to the cashier and she started scanning the item and the price was coming out differently then what it showed where the item was display so I informed her that price is coming out different than what it advertise again she said that's the price I am getting no sense of helping me or getting a manager to verify if I am correct or not she simply say I can go back on the floor and talk to the person over there and then comeback and make a line again. Well disappoint on that treatment I decided to leave the store without purchasing the item. So its been a very disappointing experience overall. read more
