UPDATED REVIEW:…read more Store moved last month to the other side of the mall into a new bay. Big advertised 50% off sale on every item, but every item today is high priced. A tie is normally priced at $89.99 but now half off. I went into the fitting room to try on a long sleeve shirt for under my sport coat. The largest neck size of 18" was too snug. The manager said that they only carry dress shirt sizes 18" or lower. No sale today.

While my hubby was trying to find a dress shirt to match his suit, I was in the lightly stocked women's section browsing the mixed attire. The clothing was way too preppy style for my taste, almost like an Ivy League theme with a big price tag even with the store wide 50% off sale. Very nice looking store just not for me. Just my humble opinion.

Immediately when we walked in, I noticed the not so friendly bubbly staff, several employees at the entrance and counters but no greetings or even a hi from anyone... We went over to the men's section as Jason was looking for a particular type of polo, which he didn't find, and unfortunately no one offered assistance, this store had many employees just walking around. After being felt uncomfortable, we left about a 10 min after arriving. Yes, we could have asked for assistance, but we were already feeling uncomfortable as we entered. Typically at the more higher end stores, you're greeted with a "welcome" by someone! We didn't find what we were looking for so we exited. Perhaps next time we may have a different experience, if we do, I'll update my review then.

I'm a Polo outlet Shopper. In years past, it was their corporate classic clothing and dresses that…read morewere perfect for work that I enjoyed purchasing. And the outlet was my entree for more affordable quality. I'm on their list to get emails and try to take advantage of all their discount offers. My purchases now are their more casual lines and tees. In fact, my "uniform" tends to be one of their logoed tees and a denim skirt. For the last couple years, I've tried to buy new long sleeve tees to replace some old ones. Sadly, they haven't had any with a v-neck or u-neck. Every outlet I've been to. They say, either they haven't come in yet -- or try the men's side. Nooe. Even the men's side here that had long sleeve tees were high neck crews. Sooooo disappointed!!!! Oh well, I'll keep trying... And PS. I didn't leave totally empty handed. I did get a boat neck top.

The wife picked out a few gowns and the staff lady was quick to provide a fitting room and the frenzy began. The men's shoe section at Dillard's has always impressed me offering companies like Cole Haan, Polo, Sperry and Ecco including sandals from Reef. The only negatives here today are as follows: The upstairs bathroom in the women's section was out of order and I was directed to the bathroom on the first floor. The men's dress shirts are probably your best deal. Where else can you get Joseph Abboud for under $40? Customer service is not the best. Generally, the staff spends more time chatting with each other than assisting paying customers. The cashiers have a bit of a hostile attitude even when you are pleasant to them.
