I found a pair that fit but the price sticker was missing. Sonlie was working in that department and was very helpful. She replaced the missing sticker and then helped me look for additions options. She even went into the stock room to see if there were any that hadn't been put on the shelf. Always welcomed by employees when walking in and always someone nearby to answer questions. I frequently shop here with my daughter because of the wide variety of items they carry. They carry everything from housewares to baby clothing. They also carry some preowned designer items at a pretty good discount. My daughter always finds great name brand work clothes for much less than the other Nordstrom stores. This Nordstrom Rack is at Sawgrass Mills Mall. Whenever I want to browse around for some shoes, I usually stop at a Nordstrom Rack and this one usually has a great selection! They are located near the Baked Bear and the Cheesecake Factory. There's a lot super close to the store and the entrance is a quick walk from the parking lot. Inside is super well organized and you can find an array of things in here (usually more than I expect to get). This past visit, intended to get some heels but walked away with two sandals- one for every day and a pair for more dressy occasions. I also love that they have it separated by sizes and even have an athletic section for some shoe sizes. Overall a great spot for some budget finds! read more

I like coming here when I am at this mall. I wouldn't stop here special, but it isna nice store. They have items here that did not sell at the full line store. I believe they also receive their own items. I have bought some nice shoes here. They also have some beauty items that are fresh. You only have 30 days to return here unlike the full line store. I am not a huge fan of discount stores where you have to search and dig. Most of those stores are not well organized and searching and digging just takes too much time. In contract, this Nordstrom Rack, located in the Oasis at Sawgrass Mills Mall is fairly well organized. All of the merchandise is pretty easy to find and the racks are not a mess. I'm just not sure why the Nordstrom name is on the door. Not much of the merchandise here resembles what I see in regular Nordstrom stores. I know this is not unique to Nordstrom's. Many upscale retail stores have merchandise specifically for their "outlet" stores. I find Nordstrom Rack good for some casual wear staples. They do have the Nordstrom brand Halo t-shirts and plenty of designer jeans. I find it difficult to buy jeans and and dresses here as they hardly have any petite sized clothing. Near the register there are gifts, sunglasses, jewelry, and lots of make-up. By the time I am done digging through the racks I never have the patience to look at any of these items. I am always ready to move on to other stores in the mall. The only other Nordstrom Rack I have been to was the one in Fort Lauderdale which has a much bigger selection. I do not usually see much staff on the floor but dressing room and check out staff is friendly. Even when busy, check out lines move fast. And of course, you can use your Nordstrom's card and get Nordstrom's points at Nordstrom Rack. read more

Nordstrom Rack has some good finds. They have many of the brands the full line store carries. Some of the styles though don't seem like they would have come from the full line store. I have bought a couple pair of shoes here and like them. They definitely could have more seats for when you want to try on shoes. I had to stand and do a juggling act to try on the shoes I bought. They have some nice jackets here but I am pretty stocked up on those. If I wasn't, I definitely could have found at least one I really liked. I love their selection of sunglasses. They are high end brands at super reasonable prices. I also like that they carry sunscreen, lotions and other beauty products. They also almost always have four cashiers on hand. One for every register they have. Not like some other stores that put the fewest cashiers they can get away with, making customers wait in line an obscene amount of time (That's for you Victoria's Secret) I am glad to see Nordstrom putting the customer first, as always. read more

This is probably one of the best locations of Nordstrom Racks in South Florida. My favorites of this location: They have expanded their make up section in the past year, which is nice. They carry many of the brands that are inside Sephora stores plus have MAC products as well. Their perfume and cologne gift sets are prefect in holiday times to buy. Also their shoe section is really nice with lots of size availability. I am not into their clothes section since I don't like the set up very much, but it's decent inventory. The clothes section is better in the Boca location off of Glades Road, near Barnes and Noble. Side Note: This location is located in the Oasis section of Sawgrass. I only discovered Nordstrom Rack a few years ago, as this did not exist in my hometown at the time I lived there. I've browsed the Sunrise location a handful of times and also others located in California. I mostly come here to look at purses and shoes. I am a huge Longchamp bag fan, this is basically a purse made of nylon with leather shoulder strap. This store doesn't have much of a selection of that particular item. I did pick one up in the California Nordstrom Rack for about 50% off. I think I've only purchased one item at this store, it was a $5 plastic water resistant cell phone case to take to the pool. Today I wandered around, but didn't buy anything. I'm a bit of a shoe addict, so I scoped out the men's and women's sections of the store. Some of the shoe prices were a bit on the high side, for example, i had purchased a pair of Sperry boat shoes at a Marshalls for $40, but they were $70 here. I did see a pair of Toms for $29, which isn't TOO bad of a price. I saw a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers for $50, that seems high to me. You could probably catch a better deal and selection at the Converse stores located in this mall. I don't really love this store, but I don't dislike it either. I don't find the prices to be a SUPER bargain, but if you are coming from Europe, you will definitely think it's cheap. My favorite bargain shopping store has always been Marshalls or TJ Maxx, I think you can do better there with your $. Another alternative to this store is Burlington Coat Factory, which is also located in this mall. read more

Nordstrom Rack isn't what or used to be. Gone are the days where you could get truly designer items at an exceptional price. Now is more like a normal retail store, or a lower end branch of a Nordstrom. They actually have clothing and shoe lines they make specifically for the rack stores. Having said that it is still an OK place to shop still find some pretty good deals on T-shirts underwear and that sort of thing. This store is located in the sawgrass mills mall. And it is actually the only Norstrom rack have ever been in so I don't know how it compares to others. It usually is a little messy but this time it was quite neat. The racks were for the most part arranged by sizes and were not too messed customers. I was able to get a couple of nice T-shirts. I also tried on a couple of expensive sunglasses but I could not get a perfect fit or feel because of a big bulky sensor they have right in the front, which I understand. I guess it is easy to steal a $300 pair of sunglasses if they didn't have a bulky sensor. I didn't really talk to anybody other than the cashier, and she was pleasant enough. Overall it was a good experience. it wasn't too crowded which is always great at this very busy mall. read more

This is an all-time favorite spot for many people who visit Sawgrass Mall. A ton of name brand clothing with low prices. That's not to say that it's perfect, it can take a while for you to find an item you like at the right price because there's a lot of undesirable items or overpriced items. However, it's definitely worth at least a peek because you might find your next favorite shirt or jacket here for a reasonable price. It can get incredibly crowded on the weekends, so I do recommend going on a weekday, and even early morning if possible. It makes for a much more pleasant shopping experience when it doesn't feel like you're running through Walmart the night before back to school. read more

Nordstrom Rack at the Sawgrass Mills is one of the better rack locations in South Florida. Compared to other rack locations this one has the best deals in town. Even though located in Sawgrass which can get pretty crazy specially on holidays we have usually found that it is a pretty easy location to shop at with ample parking with a garage located right behind the store. The store used to have a back entrance but in the past few years they closed that entrance as i guess it was becoming a security issue. Besides that they have great deals and a huge shoe section for both genders. I had a gift card, and a lot of friends speak highly of Nordstrom's Rack, so I gave it a try. I always try to avoid the Sawgrass mall because it is craziness. Being a south Florida native I know visitors treat this mall like it's s Disney World and it gets packed. I usually only go first thing in the morning to be able to find parking. This time I arrived around 6:30 PM and found a ton of parking in the garage located right in front of Nordstrom Rack. For an outlet store, everything is really organized. I expected it to be like a "Marshall's", but everything was in it's assigned spot and easy to find. They had really cute items, some pricing was lower than I expected, others were quite high. But they were designer. I had 12 articles of clothing to try on, the limit was 15, which was really nice. But I guess it didn't really matter because no one was there to check me in at the fiitting room, so I stood there for about 5 minutes till I decided to just enter on my own. The dressing rooms are quite small and don't have good lighting. Only down fall was, there was only one employee working the register at one point, so the process to pay for my items was a little slow. Moral of my review is, go to Nordstrom Rack for designer brands at great pricing, but plan your trip to the sawgrass mall and be strategic on the time you go. I came for a pair of jeans but realized afterwards that there selection for jeans is basically extinct. I do like a lot of their purses and accessories but the clothes selection is a bit off. There's no separation between the evening formal dresses and a rayon romper. A lot of their business clothes isn't very stylish but they do have that occasional blouse or skirt that make the trip worthwhile. It's a hit or miss here but luckily being inside of a mall you'll have viable options within walking distance. The shoes are great but my $60 sandals started giving out two weeks after I purchased them so the quality wasn't what I thought it would be. It all depends what you're coming for but it's not out of this world in any way. The thought of going into a department store to shop at a busy mall is not exactly the most inviting concept to me. In fact, I might go so far as to say the only thing that would be worse would be Disney World on the 4th of July. I really do not like to shop in general but I do like wearing nice clothes! With that said, Nordstrom Rack is the perfect spot for me to get in and out with some stylish items within an hour without paying a fortune. I live across the street so for me, the proximity of the shop could not be more conveniently located. The parking in the garage is located just outside of the store and you can usually find a spot within minutes. The size of the store is large enough to find a lot of different things in every category for kids, men, women and home! The selection often changes and updates weekly. Hit or miss for merchandise. If you're looking for something specific you should either call or go in a lot to check out new merchandise daily. They have a pretty good shoe department and only put one shoe out so you have to take it to the counter to get the mate. So that's kind of annoying if they're super busy. They also carry designer shoes and now TOMS. However the TOMS are not discounted because of the "one for one" thing that TOMS shoes does. Also, now they have the capability to ring up your purchase anywhere in the store with the mobile POS systems that each staff member carriers around with them, so that's nice. You just have to be paying with a credit or debit card when checking out with an employee at one of the mobile check outs. read more

The clothes and bags were ok, but not enough designer items for my taste. Juicy seemed to be the top brand when I was there (& I'm not a fan). I love Nordstroms in general - I think I'm on my way to level 3 on my credit card with them (I shop @ Nordstrom WAY TOO MUCH), but I was not impressed with the selection here. I don't know what it is about these Rack stores discontinuing their plus size sections. As someone with a fashion and retail background, I totally understand supply and demand. But REALLY? No plus size at one of the largest outlet malls in the country. And to top it off, I feel like they redistributed about a third of the shoe floor to clothing. Poor moves when you have mega-retailer Century 21, Last Call, Saks Off-Fifth AND Bloomies Outlet in the same mall...not to mention The Colonnades. So instead of Nordstrom dropping all of their overstock and clearance to outlets such as TJ Maxx, Ross, etc. Nordstrom has figured it's better to open a discount store of their own. Basically imagine a TJ or Ross, but with much nicer stock and generally at a higher price, though usually, to too much. Ok. My experience could have been better. I don't know where did you guys hire the Adolf/Mario look a like but he wasn't the most attentive sales associate that I've ever encountered. If it wasn't for the young man in the men's section today I wouldn't have stayed and bought a few items that peaked my interest. The associate, Richard, if I recall correctly, saw my discomfort at the lack of attention and immediately stopped what he was doing to check out what I needed help with. Worse staff I've ever witnessed to work at a store. I had to go out of my way to write this. Today I went in for a return and saw a guy recording what seemed to be me. I asked the guy if he was recording me and he instantly choked up and responded "no, how" and acted as if he was looking in the toddler clothes section. Strange right? It was already a creepy encounter so went out of my way to mention it to the cash register lady and she didn't even show one ounce of car. So I figured the security might be interested to know this information; and he responded with the worse attitude "I can't control phone usage". I wasn't asking him to arrest the guy, I informed him to keep a close look as he may have been recording women and that was his response? He clearly doesn't get paid enough to care about safety. Beyond rude staff. I waited in line with my crying baby for over 20 min when the sales person then accused me of cutting in line when I finally made it to the front! I was shocked and asserted that I'd been in line waiting to return or get a store credit for a gift from my parents. Both items (shirts) had Nordstrom rack return stickers on the tags but I left the gift receipts at home. The staff refused to give me a store credit or honor the return stickers as "proof of purchase." They told me the only way to exchange gifts is with the receipts, regardless of return stickers on each item. Imagine this after dealing with finding parking at Sawgrass and trying to pacify a screaming infant. I will never be back to this location. Customer service does not exist here. read more

While I did score my favorite pair of jeans here, I have to say I rarely come for the clothes (some of it is still a little overpriced). Their shoe department, however, is simply the best.
