I think to be a Mega Store, you need to not share it with other labels under their brand. The Marshall's at this location is great and not to be underestimated in great finds. They have the fastest merchandise and the hottest styles for a discount store. On this visit, there were many employees restocking the shelves and they already seemed to be pretty full. I love their shoe selection and prices. Their men's department is not super big but there is a good variety. Their children's clothing and toys area seems to be their largest focus and it takes up a good part of the Marshall's side. There is only one checkout area for both Marshall's and Home Goods so the line gets very long at peak times which is why I try to get in before lunchtime to look for my bargain buys. read more

I rarely pass or drive by a Marshall's and do not stop.....It's always an adventure to go inside and see what they have on their shelves and racks....Most of these stores have inventory that changes constantly, so it's not a strange thing for me to visit a Marshall's once a month or so...... This particular store has a large footprint so the departments were well stocked and things were neatly organized. I love going into the gifts section and see what they have on sale or clearance ! Their men's section also had some nice stuff....it just takes a bit to look closely and carefully for what suits you best. My advice, come in when you have plenty of time to browse and look....you might find some nice treasure or deal if you look patiently. read more

This Marshalls truly is a Megastore. It's hard to resist the temptation to buy stuff I actually don't need. As you enter to the right is the specialty foodstuff and cookware. I know I have all the gadgets in the kitchen but I still enjoy looking at what's new. I like that they have lots of specialty teas and of course those Jordan almonds my Mom loves. I think they only bring them out for the Easter season. It was very tempting not to buy a bunny figurine but where would I put this? I keep reminding myself that I am a minimalist and hate clutter. Well even though I don't need anything I bought another pair of shoes, still trying to find a shoe that looks good and does not kill my feet. Will have to test them and see, but you cannot return them after you have worn them, so I have a lucky friend who likes all the shoes I cant wear. If you like the Marshals stores, this by far is the best one in my opinion. Parking is a breeze. read more

Omg! So much to look at! It seemed like we were here for hours. Lol. When we walked in the check out line was crazy and my husband kept wanting to get in line to hold a space but he ended up walking around the store with me. By the time we were done looking, the line really wasn't bad. I think the cashiers did a great job in getting everyone checked out. Although there were a lot of people, the aisles looked very neat. I'd had this place bookmarked for ages. I've been a Marshall's/TJ Maxx shopper for years and when I read about this "huge" mega store in previous yelp reviews that appealed. We were going to be nearby -- so we stopped in. It's not really that large a store, however, when you separate out the Home Goods store part that is there as well. In fact, it's the same size as my local Marshall's. But I did not know that until I visited there recently. Even so, I did wind up buying a shirt and a couple food items there, but overall was rather disappointed. I think my expectations were too high. It's not that prices were bad, but there wasn't that much more inventory. In fact, less than usual. Plus, there were big red signs all over promoting a huge clearance sale. I means signs hanging from the ceiling and throughout the store. But in reality, I only found 3 very small circular racks by the front of the store and one tiny area in the middle that had any clearance or marked down items. And on the Home Goods store side, one short shelf in the gourmet food section. Bottom line if you're in the area, it's a standard Marshall's. And you'd probably shop here if you like their stuff. Otherwise, it's not worth a drive. read more

COVID Safety Measures: The store has a limit of how many people are allowed at one time. There is a staff member standing in front to clean all of the carts for each customer. At each cash register, they have plexiglass and dividers for safety. I love this store!! They have such cute finds whenever I go. It's hard to leave empty handed. I found trendy items such as The Home Edit book, a cat hammock, and beautiful art pieces. I was able to find what I needed, as the store is organized in terms of categories. The only place that might need better organizing is the clothes section. (Just clearer labels for each area) The lines are always long, but the wait is typically short. read more

It takes a lot to impress me especially when it comes to department stores but I am totally infatuated with this particular store. This is the best Marshall's I have shopped in because the store is clean, the employees are helpful and the floor is organized. I can spend a lot of time and money here so I am thankful the prices are pretty great. The home decor merchandise is awesome and they have it all in this huge megastore. Kitchen, bedding, bathroom, fun novelty items, gorgeous frames, I can find whatever I need & then some. The items sell quickly due to the excellent value/quality/price so if you love it then buy it because it probably won't be there when you come back. I love coming here and my only criticism is the busy parking lot and the store managment team can't fix that so I deal with it. This is a megastore so give yourself enough time to browse without rushing. I have fun shopping here & I am not a big shopper and tend to buy most things online. I have no idea how many times I have came in this store. Normally I'd drop my wife off here while I get my hair cut down a few doors down, but occasionally I'd come in and browse around while I am looking for my wife. This place is huge. No wonder my wife can spend so much time hanging around here while I am getting my haircut down. The area where I know my wife spent most of her time shopping was at the accessories section. They've got a large selection on purses and hand bags. Also they also carry a pretty good decent selection of designer watches. My wife doesn't not shop cloths much so even thought they have a huge selection on lady's fashion, you'll probably find my wife at the Home section of the store. Tons of stuff on cookwares like pots and pans, plus wine glasses which we already got too much off. They also got a pretty good section for your pets. My wife bought a few dog toys and beds there an our fur babies seemed to love them a lot. Overall, it's not kind of store for me, but if you're wife likes to shop and is always looking for good deals, this might just be the store for her....sorry. LOL! read more

If you love the idea of doing a Disney type line for checkout then this is your place! While this Marshall's is a rather large one, I have always felt that the selection has been rather poor. I think it might be because it's located at the Broward Mall and has high traffic. A good plus is that they have good covid measures at checkout. Food section is always hit or miss. Usually plenty of parking. Prices are very fair and sometimes you can find a really good bargain or just something out of the ordinary that will make your day. read more

This is one of the best Marshall's in Broward County. I'm always in the home goods department. They have excellent quality sheets, pillows, towels and comforters. This is a huge store so there are lots of great buys to be found. You will not find much staff on the floor at this Marshall's. There is also a long line to pay every time I'm here. Love this store and happy I was able to find what I was looking for. I've been to a couple of stores and couldn't find the stand that I needed. Came here early in the morning and was able to find a variety. They are following CDC guidelines when it comes to COVID-19. I was really happy to see that they sanitize the surface as well as the pin pad after every customer. I love this Marshalls Mega Store...why? Because it's HUGE and has so many options for the home, clothes, designer items, accessories, etc. Yes, this is a really big Marshalls and every time I come in, I get dizzy with the many options available. I always have to tell myself "you only came for one thing, now focus!". That's not always the case since I usually leave the store with a few bags in hand. This Marshalls is in Plantation, Florida and is located in the beautiful and well kept Fountains Plaza. Who doesn't love a mega store! This Marshall's located at The Fountains in Plantation is probably the best one in South Florida. It always has a wide variety of selection whether you are looking for a new outfit or that cute, unique home decor item. Most of my time today was spent in the furniture department where I was checking out the new side tables. They newer models all have electrical hook ups for your phones and other electronics. How clever no need to have extension cords on the floor. The store was busy on a Tuesday afternoon and 6 cashier stations were open. When we entered the checkout line there were about 8 people in front of us but with so many cashiers working the line moved quickly. Not fast enough for me to miss out on the impulse buy items! I had to give it one star but if I could give negative I would. I used to love to shop here so it's a shame. It was conveniently lovated for me and eveyone was usually really nice. One day I had a return with the receipt and the item still tagged. They told me I could return it because I stole it. Umm... I don't even know where to start so I'm not even going to. This is one of my go to Marshalls. This store has just about everything. I don't tend to buy a lot of clothing here (they don't always have much in my size) but I have bought almost anything else... purses, kids stuff, housewares and an occasional piece of furniture. I think for a a busy location, they do keep it pretty clean and organized which I'm sure can't be easy. This location always has a great selection and stock seems to rotate frequently. The only draw back comes from your usual messy isles with half opened items and things placed in the wrong spot that comes with any ross/home goods/marshalls/tj maxx type store. I don't even blame this on the staff but more on the people who come into the store and find it acceptable to open every kind of olive oil from the home section and then shove them one by one in between the clothing racks as they make their way through the store deciding which Rae Dunn mug and discount nike leggings should be added to their already basic b*tch starter kit wardrobe. The pet accessories and candle sections are my favorite. The beauty area does have a wide selection however be prepared to search if you are looking for multiples, matching or an unopened version of something you would like to purchase. read more

Marshalls/TJMaxx/HomeGoods for me are either strike gold or strike out. I never know what I'm going to find when I go in there. I go in with a completely open mind, but when I need to find something for certain or find something fast, I avoid this place like the plague. The organization here isn't the best. You know HomeGoods is on the right and Marshalls is on the left, but within that, it's kind of a crapshoot. I was looking for candles in HomeGoods and I expected it to be in "decor", nope. Kitchen stuff. Ummm, ok. Then when I get to shoes, there's a pair that's marked as $34.99 as the Marshalls' price but "clearance" priced at $32.00. Not much of a clearance price to me, but the red tag gets most people's attention. The clothing here is very hit or miss, and as is the case in these types of stores, you have to search the racks because people don't put things back in the correct spots. A random size 0 will be floating in the plus sizes meanwhile the rest of the small sizes are 4's. That being said, I typically don't find many small sizes here-but when I do, I strike gold-I'm assuming that's right after the new shipments come in. Just lucky I guess. My main problem here is the checkout lines. It's ALWAYS a nightmare. They have between 8-10 registers and the robot voice that will tell you where to go, and yet never have I walked in here and gotten out of the checkout line in less than 15 minutes, even on a random Wednesday morning. I get that this is in a large shopping center, but there has to be a more efficient way to check people out-or hire more help. People get frustrated when they're standing in line for 30 minutes to buy a sweater. read more

Your manager Michael was so unnecessarily rude tonight. I came in to return two items I purchased less than 5 days ago from this store and I guess the person who rang me out scanned the wrong item...but Michael proceeded to accused me of mixing up my receipts even though all my other items were on this same receipt. Upon checking,.i was OVER CHARGED initially..and he was unapologetic and straight up rude. He was unwilling to help and unwilling to come up with a solution for me. He acted as though I was inconveniencing him and his staff. I was nothing but polite up until he accused me of forgetting where I purchased these items. All my items showed the Marshalls skus and were UNTOUCHED from the day I purchased them. You should be aware of who is representing your location. read more

Absolutely terrible. I used to go to Marshall's every once in a while, but I will never go back after this experience. I was in desperate need for a shirt, so I walked over from the Courtyard Marriott next door with my belongings. I was planning on heading to the airport immediately afterwards. Anyway, I found a shirt, and went to the fitting room to try it on. There was no attendant there, so I assumed that they did not check items before going into the fitting room. There was an open stall, so I went in and took off my clothes. A few seconds later, the door gets unlocked, and the attendant comes in without knocking. I am in my underwear, and she does not apologize or leave. Instead of apologizing and closing the door, she stays there and starts scolding me, saying that I had to check in my items with her first and tells me to put my clothes back on. How was I supposed know that I need to check items in with her if she wasn't in the fitting room? I was in shock, and I was too busy trying to cover myself up to do anything. She left me so I could put my clothes back on. I felt completely violated, and she did not apologize until I mentioned to her that she was making me uncomfortable. Only after that did she apologize, but she continued to rudely tell me not to try on any clothes until I talked to her. When I put my dress back on and exited, she tried to take all my items (my blazer, my food, and my suitcase) to check them (I guess to see if I was stealing?). Never in my life have I had such an awful experience in a fitting room. read more

Great store, but have you ever shopped and ran across items that just don't match the tag..like a well used handbag that is tagged as hundred dollar plus bag that you know someone returned and switched, but no one would normally accept it because its well used and dirty. I have seen items in the store than no customer could have possible returned. They are either having their friends return bogus items or they themselves are stealing items. Shame!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
