I love this HomeGoods. It's always clean, you can find staff if you're looking for them, bathrooms in the back corner are always clean, and they are always getting in new things. Prices are very good for what you get. This store is in the Oakwood Plaza so there is tons of free parking in the lot. There is typically a line when checking out so I plan for that but it usually moves quickly. 10/10 recommend.

This is our neighborhood HomeGoods. My wife probably has the most check-in here than anybody else because she comes here all the time, she basically works and lives here. Sometimes I'd come in with her the check things out. If I were coming in by myself, I'd just quickly find out where the staff I am looking for in the store, pick them out and go straight to the check out register. But with all the good stuff (according to my wife) they have in the store, with some stuff going On Sale, my wife could have spent hours browsing throughout the store. She loves all the home decors they have in the store, and even though we have 100 pieces of glass wares, with their large selections, she loves shopping for wine glasses here. With my wife's store credit card, we get $10.00 cash back every time we spent more than $100.00 here. I guess it's like my wife said, the more we shop, the more we save.

Lovely store has all the goodie for decorating the house or apartment. I love all the stuff for the kitchen, cups , plates, pans vases flowers , paintings, furniture , lamps , pet stuff , bedding , and seasonal stuff. I can spend hours here looking at stuff. Parking is good.

In 1994 this plaza became a bustling shopping extravaganza in east Hollywood for years until the Dania Pointe mega shopping center stole a majority of it's customers. The parking lot has adequate spaces to support the plaza activity. Entry into the plaza is simple off Sheridan Street and Stirling Road. The Dave and Busters, BJ's Wholesale Club, Home Depot, Ross, City Furniture and Miller's Ale House have continued to stay in business but unknown if they are thriving. The Regal Oakwood Theaters is finally permanently closed and now the new ultra modern Regal Cinema has opened in Dania Pointe directly across the street. The Gold's Gym and the Big Lots are also out of business. There are several EV stations at the NE corner of the plaza. In my opinion, within the next three years, the Dania Pointe will eventually destroy all hopes of this plaza's lifeline.

After that deed was done, we wanted to go have dinner at Miller's Ale House and try their Osso Busco. Dinner was excellent! We got our bucket list item done and we were very pleased that coming to Oakwood Plaza worked out so well. There are a variety of popular stores at this mall, like Ross, Michael's, Marshall's, Office Max, HomeGoods, BigLots, Mattress Firm, and many small restaurants plus a movie theater. We highly recommend Miller's Ale House! Great food and great service there. You will find that most of the stores have good bargains and varied selections for all family members. Parking is abundant for all of the businesses there with wheelchair accessiblability.

Aventura Mall will always have a special place in my heart…read more Growing up in Miami Beach we often would take the S bus down to Aventura and just hang out. Back then, the S Bus would drop you off at the entrance of the food court and the mall was just 2 floors but look at Aventura Mall now! Completely unrecognizable to the Mall I remember as a teen. Especially since it seems like the average stores I remember are gone and it's all Prada, Gucci, and luxe stores now, but I'm not gonna knock it too much as I took full advantage and stocked up on my Nespresso pods while I was here. At least they still have JC Penny's. I was able to find a Miami Hurricanes shirt to bring back to my dad as a gift. They also have a Joe and the Juice store which I always stop by when I'm here and get a green tonic from them. I have to admit; I like how they revamped the food court so that its modern and has a wide variety of options. They even have a ramen kiosk! We also stopped by the new Eataly store, how can you not right? We didn't eat anything there, but I took advantage and bought some items they had priced on sale. In all honesty, I could see myself coming to Aventura often if I still lived in South Florida. I've always it made it a point to come here when I do visit and will probably continue to do so in the future.

From the moment you arrive, everything about this place feels elevated. The scale alone is impressive--it's not just a mall, it's an experience. You'll find an incredible lineup of designer and luxury boutiques, alongside popular brands, making it easy to go from high-end splurging to everyday shopping all in one visit. Whether you're browsing or on a mission, the selection here is unmatched in South Florida. What truly sets Aventura Mall apart is the variety. The store mix is perfectly curated--fashion, beauty, home, accessories--you name it, it's here. And it's not just about shopping. The dining scene is just as strong, with a wide range of restaurants and cafés that make it easy to turn a quick trip into a full day out. From casual bites to more upscale dining, everything feels thoughtfully selected and consistently high quality. Parking--something that can make or break a shopping experience--is refreshingly easy here. There are multiple garages and plenty of spaces, which is a huge plus, especially for a destination this popular. You never feel like you're fighting just to get in the door. The entire mall is beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern, open feel that makes walking around enjoyable. There's also an upscale, energetic vibe that makes every visit feel a little special--whether you're shopping, dining, or simply strolling. This is, without a doubt, my go-to mall in South Florida. I absolutely love coming here--it never disappoints. If you're looking for variety, luxury, convenience, and a polished shopping experience all in one place, Aventura Mall delivers every single time.

In 1958 Ross sold his store to a real estate developer who franchised the store to 6 locations. In the 1980's the stores were sold to real estate investors who grew the brand. The company now operates 1,483 stores in 37 U.S. states. I have a love hate relationship with this chain. Their prices are great and generally everything else is horrible. The checkout line is always long, the dressing rooms are disgusting, and they treat you like you have already shoplifted them. Still I keep coming back because where else can you find a dress for under $20 and I can find a gift for anyone on my list here. This Ross was a pleasant surprise. I stopped in because my friend got me hooked on sparkly, inexpensive, and surprisingly comfortable sandals by Andiamo. I lucked out and they had a couple of pairs in my size. Unlike my past experiences with checking out, this was painless. This Ross seems to be a bit better than some of the others I have visited.
