Since I live far away, I called the store hoping there might be a solution. Denise was incredibly understanding, professional, and eager to help. After listening to my situation, she took the initiative to see what she could do. A few minutes later, she came back on the line and let me know she was able to make an exception. Within minutes, I received my pickup confirmation email exactly as she promised and was able to pick up my order that same day. When I arrived, I made sure to thank Denise in person because service like hers is becoming increasingly rare. The cotton sports coats were on sale for $205.00. The employee assisted me and tried on one of the coats which actually fit pretty well without the need of alterations. Edwing works the Versace fragrances, while Lisolette is for Jo Malone, however, what makes these two such a great team is that they both help each other if someone is busy! And I love love LOVE that so much! At first, we were looking for the newest Jo Malone scent that was brought back, Ginger Biscuit. They didn't have it yet and so, my sister decided she wanted to spray the ones that they did have so she can smell them. It was funny because while I was spraying on the tester sticks to smell them, I think she could've sprayed every inch of her body with a different scent! lol She was so cute! Lissolete was super helpful with bringing more suggested scents out and Edwing was awesome with assisting my sister in matching her pH with the best scent for her! It worked cuz the ones she chose were delicious on her! I have smelled the Versace fragrances before, my daughter wears Dylan Blue, but there were several scents that I haven't been introduced to. Idk howcome! Each Macy's receive different inventory skews, therefore, we must browse each one a few times per month. This is a two story Macy's with the gown section just an escalator ride up to the top floor. I sat in a green velour chair hoping the wife finds a great gown. Macy's offer most high end brands of purses and perfumes including an actual ToysRus section. Before shopping began, we hit the Macy's Café on the first floor near the main entrance and ordered some drinks.

The area is very walkable. Most drivers are courteous when you cross in front of them and they yield to you. In an Ideal World, I think Pembroke Gardens should have an automatic covering for when it is super hot or rainy. That is the downfall of this shopping mecca, several months of the year it is just not fun to come here because of the weather. Parking is another issue. I really wish they would build a parking garage because there is usually a problem finding a parking spot on the weekend. Their children's clothing and toys area seems to be their largest focus and it takes up a good part of the Marshall's side. There is only one checkout area for both Marshall's and Home Goods so the line gets very long at peak times which is why I try to get in before lunchtime to look for my bargain buys.
