This Pembroke Lakes mall provides two completely separate sides for men and women at the Dillard's clothing, perfume and cosmetic store. Many big brand clothing and cosmetic companies throughout this store. While the wife was shopping for dresses I walked to the other side to the suit section and found a great selection on sale. The cotton sports coats were on sale for $205.00. The employee assisted me and tried on one of the coats which actually fit pretty well without the need of alterations. The color was not quite what I needed. I will continue to pop in here again to check the new inventory. read more

Pembroke Lakes Mall is mostly quiet during the week before 5pm so I went into Dillards for a dress. At first glance, everything was neatly stacked and easy to find by size. I was helped in the dressing room by an employee named Shiere who was friendly and very patient with me. Tried a few dresses but unfortunately none fit me. read more

This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The sales associates and even the manager looked completely disengaged and more interested in leaving than helping paying customers. Their lack of professionalism was shocking. I came in to make a return and was met with pure attitude from the associate handling it -- completely unacceptable behavior. To make matters worse, she actually had the nerve to say, "Next time come into the store earlier." That level of disrespect and disregard for customers is outrageous. If this is the kind of service this store finds acceptable, then it's no wonder customers leave frustrated. Management needs to take immediate action to address this unprofessional conduct and retrain their staff on basic customer service and respect. read more

I ordered a pair of shoes, (sizing was completely off), and they told me they don't offer exchanges. First time I've heard that in my entire life. They told me I could pay 10$ to ship them out and then re-purchase a new pair. Customer service offers absolutely no resolutions and is a complete joke. No wonder no one shops here. Dillard's has been in this mall for so long. It is a good store to find quality men's clothing for gifts. I have also bought men's cologne several times. (They have a separate men's store across from this one.) They have a wide selection and they also have some colognes that you cannot find elsewhere. I do not usually find any clothes myself to buy. I am not sure why but a lot of their styles do not appeal to me. I do like their shoe department for ladies. I have bought many shoes here and they have been high quality. I have also bought a couple nice Brahmin purses. The store does feel outdated. It is okay. I am glad it is in the mall but I am never real excited to come here. read more

Had fun shopping at Dillard's ,they were having a sale on costume jewelry and of course I can never get enough of this . This is like the final touch on an outfit, for that polished look. Its like what you put on a cake to decorate it. Although I have enough at home it's something makes me smile like new shoes or a bag full of money. This was my first stop in search of an evening bag that I had seen on the Dillard's website. While I am always a fan of this department store chain, the Pembroke Pines location seems a bit more disheveled than others in the area. On my hunt for the bag I encountered lovely woman working in the purse department. She spent so much time helping me comb through clearance for this bag. She even let me sit on the floor and go through their stock cabinets. Alas, it was no where to be found and most likely was sold since the inventory said they only had "1" left. However I will always remember the kindness and customer service the woman showed. Five stars for her! read more

Definitely a three star experience. Music and vibe is 5 stars. I sat down at the bar and the bartender (the one with the long blonde ponytail) was honestly the worst I've had. Barely made eye contact looked uninterested in talking to you. They jipped me a chicken out of the 10 wings so I had to ask for the 10th but the food was decent. My friend and I were in a good mood and she was giving this stand offing attitude to everyone at the bar. Then when the bill came I could see why because automatic 18% gratuity was included. When I asked for a box for the food she literally came back put it on the table and didn't even look at me or my friend and walked away. They should hire friendlier staff. read more

The store is fair in terms of finding needed sizes. I tried on a couple of things and they were the wrong size. A couple other things I tried on where the right size but we're lacking in quality. The lady who helped me was really nice and offered to order me some of the items online. I really prefer to try something on in store so this way I don't have to go and return it if it turns out to be the wrong size. I do like the purse section they had a lot of nice brands. The store is "ok" but if you need to return something even if you bought it the day before.. OH BOY! very poor customer service when it comes to their return policies in the sense that you will waste a lot of time making lines for them to tell you that it needs to be in a different department. It's like a plot for the customer to get tired and leave. When you are ready to pay for your merchandise any cashier will take your money but it does not work the same way for a return. I made three different lines in order to return an online order, wth?? I mean a $36 item is not worth that amount of energy and time, I just went along with "their plot" to see how much worse it could get because it was insane. One cashier after another one sending me to the wrong cashier for a purchase I made online, the first one told me it was the women's section (I was at the dress section in the women's section!!.... but no this simple transaction was out of their scope of practice apparently... it was a jumpsuit what I was trying to return) I was redirected to a different cashier (another line) and surprise! this other cashier apparently specializes only on women's clothes for the downstairs section, I was redirected once again upstairs where they handle complicated women garments such as jumpsuits. These people that helped us here were top notch, i wish i would have taken some names down. The ladies here were extremely helpful and even assisted us with a return when we were a few days late. Overall this store was very clean and orderly, and had a lot of selections to choose from. While the mall was packed and this store had a lot of people in it, they were well staffed and very helpful allowing us to find the brands we wanted as well as help us with the exchange and the sale. read more

I rarely shop at Dillard's, but if I do it's to grab some make up from sephora. This particular day I came here to attend the Steve Madden event hosted by TV personality Julissa Bermudez & she was fabulous! After chatting & taking a picture with her I bought a sexy pair of Steve Madden heels & received a free umbrella for making a purchase. Also they gave out free Steve Madden's crop t-shirts, & his bags just for coming to the show. People stood in line for a autograph & pictures, but I didn't. I ended up touring the store instead. It's a very open space with a wide range of designers. Some I didn't remember being in here. (Where have I been?) I guess elsewhere but here. Anyway I ended up buying a Jessica Simpson dress & BCBG romper (which I love & can't wait to wear) All in all it was a win win for me! Yayyy Dillard's I will be back to grab more goodies soon. I'm giving it 2 stars only because they sell prestigious makeup lol. Where do I begin oh I know the shoe department which was the saddest thing I've ever seen the shoe displays were so close together which gave you hardly no space and even thou they separated brands from others I was confused and lost lol!! The displays were all made up of a plastic see through tables which gave you visible view of how gross there carpet was you just felt like taking off your shoe was a bad idea. Luckily for them they hired a singer and had a private dj in front of this scary display to distract you from the look of the store. The Christmas was definitely the vibe in there that day thank goodness for the make ups and perfumes i felt safe over there.. Please people your better of somewhere else. Lol read more

The manager at the dress section is horrible !!! She tears customers as if they were enemies. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy here. The rest of the cashiers at the dress section are also all friendly whenever they want to make the sale, and when it's time for them to explain something or help out, they become ghosts. read more

I came to this Dillard's to return a dress that was never worn and ended up being yelled at and given attitude by the disgusting white bitch of a manager which might I add had atrocious makeup that looks like she had spaz attacks the entire time she was doing it. I like this Dillards. It's not the most high end one I've ever been in and it's not your small town Dillards, it's right in the middle. They are missing some of the brands that higher end Dillards have but that's ok with me because I basically only go there for Antonio Melani clothing and of course for the purses and shoes. For men the Daniel Cremieux brand is one of my favorites. I sure hope Dillards stays afloat and doesn't shut down like the rest of the worlds department stores. read more

We had a great experience at this store. My mother-in-law recommended it after our futile shopping experience in Aventura last weekend. I had never been in Dillards that I can remember, so I didn't have any expectations. Well, actually, I had low expectations to be more accurate. I have found the main department stores to be pretty consistently stocked with the same awful styles and sizes, indifferent staff, and dismal prices across the board. We were quite surprised by Dillards, particularly the men's store and they really worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for. I am a regular customer at Dillard's in Premboke Pines. I went to exchange a tee shirt for a larger size and I was told the merchandise was stained and most likely worn. The sales person (Holly, I believe), who happens to be the department manager, took it for granted the shirt was worn or damaged and would not let me exchange it. I might have over-reacted with anger, but I felt this sales associate was provocative and perhaps inappropriate. If this is the manager of a department, I am of the opinion she does not need to be on the floor with customers. She made assumptions she had no evidence for. Luckily, I returned to the store later and found a much nicer and helpful associate (Alice). Not sure if I would ever return. read more
