Another great spot to purchase seasonal decorations. I was so tempted to purchase a few items!!! This department has just about everything... I was able to purchase shampoo/conditioner. They have several high end brands..that you would normally find at a hair salon for a better price! Like Bio Silk, biolage, 10 and much more. We purchased a pair a jeans. Top and 2 working pants for my daughter. They have a section for pets needs too! I was able to purchase my dog a cushion for the crate... they had a variety of colors and sizes. The only suggestion I give is to go early because the line does get long! read more

I was not very pleased with my recent visit. I picked up a skirt I thought was cute and only had one item in my hand when I went to the fitting room. An elderly staff member stopped me and asked if anyone had checked me in. I said no, and she responded, "Next time, have somebody check you in." I understand there may be policies, but it came across as if I was at fault for not following something I wasn't told. As a customer, I expect staff to guide me through the process rather than being spoken to in a way that felt dismissive. I also noticed there were security cameras, so the situation was already being monitored. Tjmaxx, please have your staff communicate policies in a more respectful and customer-friendly way. read more

Tj maxx is a great store if you shopping for Home good or clothes. they have great prices and compare to Marshals and Ross. every week they get new shipment of items and once in a while they will have a large sale to clear out old inventory. the location is in a convent place with ample parking. usually the store is not to busy unless its the holidays. If you looking for name brand clothes at discounted prices this is a great place to shop. the cashiers are usually quick and makes sure the line does not stay long. the store is very organized when compared to other locations and the competition. read more

I love the hunt in this store especially the costume jewelry .The store has a fine selection of purses, luggage, house ware, pictures , men clothing. baby clothing /ladies clothing, juniors, bathing suits, towels, curtains. and even baby bathing suits, snacks, condiments, gardening stuff, cards, books , furniture and more. I love the store, but the service I received was horrible. I came in around 11:00 and picked up the items I needed. I handed the lady a $100 and she said "we just opened, you realize we haven't made any money yet. How am I supposed to give you change?" Muttering to herself that now she's going to have to borrow change from a different register. I think it's very unprofessional for her to make comments and complain in front of a customer.it left a really bad taste in my mouth. I understood her point but as a paying costumer. Someone complaining about being paid in a higher bill is uncalled for. I may end up going to another tjmaxx Further away. read more

This T.J. Maxx location has an excellent selection of handbags. They are constantly getting in new items and the have a tri-fold mirror right there where the bags are located. I didn't buy a anything today however I usually find something special at least once a year. Right next to the handbags is the jewelry department. My friend bought nice Sterling silver ring. I bought some earrings from Italy for my daughter and a necklace for work. Antoinette was super friendly and helpful! Next we checked out the clothing and pet products. I saw a dress I really wanted but they didn't have it in my size. I like this location better than the one out West. It is a bigger store with more to offer. read more

I've never been to this location and was happy to see that it was very orderly. Their dressing room area even looked fancy! There's a lot of different things to look at from shoes, houseware, bedding, animal toys/clothes, food products, beauty products, furniture to clothing. I will definitely come back! read more

Great location for a tj max! The plaza has many options like ross, youfit and abc liquor store. Everything is a nice open lay out and well organized. The sale items are usually displayed on one table with the prices marked on them. And the the sale clothing also are placed under clearance. The store is well organized and clean. Have never seen an issue with anything unclean left around. The employees are great at keeping up with the cleanliness of the store. Also the cash register line usually runs fast, sometimes it can run slow as usual. I believe they do offer a senior discount on a certain day. But overall great location and easy parking. read more

The store has a lot of merchandise for sure. A lot of it is not in place so it's hard to find what you are looking for. The line was ridiculous and they had three cashiers on hand. I saw 23 people in front of me. I only stayed because I had a gift card I wanted to use. The setup of the clothing looks similar to Goodwill or Salvation Army. It is not organized very well. To me, it does not look like new clothing which I believe it is supposed to be. A lot of it is faded. Many of the perfumes I saw were brands from the 1990s. I used my gift card to buy panettone and Ghirardelli chocolates. Both were fresh and delicious. I am not really a fan of the store and there is nobody on the floor to help when you have a question. read more

Great finds at bargain prices. The store was very clean and presentable. The clearance items were very noticeably marked. The dressing rooms were very clean. Very nice selection of designer brands at low prices. The staff was very helpful. The line moved very quickly. The sales associates answered all questions and we're very patient. I can't even begin to explain what a disaster this store is. The store was a complete mess which given 3 days before Christmas, didn't come as a shock. However the things I witnessed while I was there left me in shock. First of all, as browsing one of the aisles, I hear a loud noise and a bit of a commotion. When I turn to look, an older woman that had attempted to sit on one of the recliners that was on sale, completely fell backwards because the bottom piece was not attached to the seat and there was no balance. The employees that were notified could not care less. They kept insisting they had no idea what anyone was talking about. However about an hour later when I passed that same spot, the chair was no longer there. Which leads me to believe they became aware it was a hazard but did not want to admit it was a mistake on their end by having the chair out on the floor to begin with. The second thing I witnessed was the disgusting bathroom situation. I went in and it smelled horrible!! When I looked to the side, there was what appeared to be feces covering the wall between the stall and wall! It was one of the most disgusting things I'd ever seen! I will not be going back to this store ever again and do not recommend it to anyone else. read more

TJ Maxx is another great store for those that don't want to spend so much on fashionable clothes, purses, shoes, jewelry, etc which is definitely my kind of store! I love to save wherever I can. This TJ Maxx in particular isn't that big, and I find that the men's and jewelry selection is slim in comparison to others (like the Kendall-London Square locale). It's more catered to the ladies, because they have a big selection for us women in clothes and purses. Best time to go in my opinion is during the day and middle of the week, but I know that's not possible for people that work 9-5 and M-F. So at least go during the week to avoid the longer lines and also to have more selection. read more

I absolutely love this place but no matter what time of day I walk into here, there are never enough cashiers. Ever! If you're in a rush don't even bother. That's really the only negative feedback I have about this location but it's a pretty big one. Currently waiting in line and there are only 2 registers open. Who knew that TJ Maxx and Marshall's were affiliated? I did not, so I love learning new things. This TJ's is always clean and has a great variety!!! I love looking at the ticket prices which are pretty valid at Macy's or somewhere and then what they are charging. Seriously, these places are amazing. TJ Maxx has a great selection of POLO too for all the POLO people. they also had MK purses on this visit. You never know what you will get, so you have to go various days and times. Just remember weekends, the pickings are thinner! Besides the clothes,I have bought great picture frames from there as well as unique furniture pieces. Just a reminder though, they have that 30 day return policy too! read more

I'm the kind of guy that lives by Kramer's (of Seinfeld fame) credo : "Paying retail is for suckers", Having said that, I shop for clothes at TJ's before I think of going anywhere else. TJ Maxx is Marshall's neater, cleaner sister store as they are owned by the same parent company. I have been to a few TJ's in my days and this is my neighborhood location. I have found more quality items of clothing at less prices than at any other TJ's I've shopped at. Lucky Jeans? Found them here for 30 bucks. I needed some clippers and went to Target to look for some and paid 30 bucks. Knowing I should've stopped at TJ's first I went to see if they had any. Found the same brand of clippers in a smaller box for 10 bucks. I felt like I was sticking it to the man as I bought my new clippers and returned the other ones at Target. I love looking at the clothes I buy and comparing the suggested retail price and the sale price. Do yourself a favor - stop paying obscene markups at the mall and hit up a TJ's. What a difference a little county line makes. After my bad experience with one of the TJMaxx manager in Miami I decide to go back to my hood in Broward. I walked and the manager Randy was standing at the front door with a huge smile and saying welcome. There was absolutely no line (Monday night closing time). I walked over to the cashier. A friendly young man named Donell. He processed my returns and ask me for my TJMaxx card for the refund. No lecture, no pretentious attitude just basic common good customer service. I told him about my experience in Miami and he just smile. Lesson learned I will stick to my hood ;-) read more

This is just a Marshall's with another name. Seriously, I think they are owned by the same company. This store in particular is not that bad, although the prices are higher than the Ross a few doors down. I guess when you are looking for something in particular and you didn't find it in Ross, you can just come here. Good prices nevertheless and you'll get some good finds if you are patient and look throughout all the racks. Good luck. read more

Always great deals. Recently started buying my hair wax there which at the store I would pay about $10 but got it for $5. Not bad. The only thing is they don't have men's shoes so they get a 4 star, if your into purses (which I'm not) then this is the store for you! read more
