The vaulted ceilings had rounded pottery with ferns and other greenery hanging out. Immediately, the wife's smile turned to a frown when a blast of pine cone scent hit her in the face. I noticed that it was strong but she absolutely loathed it. She pushed through the thick scent and still browsed the cute clothing in an attempt to fight off the nausea by keeping her mind preoccupied. Drove to Pembroke Gardens to check out this store since the wife loves the Altar'd State clothing line, but the overpowering scented diffuser finally won the battle and we left without a purchase. Prices of the long floral dresses were high and 50% less on Amazon. The staff was very friendly, weekday parking was plentiful and the store had a large variety of clothing.

On this particular night, we decided to check it out. My daughter has been shopping more so she this place caught her eye. Altar'd State has a primo location at one of the main corners across from Lululemon and Cheesecake Factory. This is a high traffic area and an ideal location. They are opening a Crema Gourmet right next door where it use to be a Starbucks. The store exterior and interior are quite stunning with beautiful decor. This is mainly a woman's clothing store and also carries accessories, jewelry, hats, purses, formal dresses and a huge section for clearance/sales in the back area. Altar'd State also has one of the most beautiful dressing rooms I've ever seen! It feels super bougie and beautifully designed with a lounge chair right in the middle of the dressing room space. There are plenty of dressing rooms. The prices here can be a bit expensive, but if you find the right sale or clearance item, it's fairly affordable. They have the funniest hats and lovely sweaters. I wanted to get the "Sorry about my Husband" hat, but not sure my husband would appreciate it. Lol.

What makes Covetique truly special is that they've dressed me through so many different stages of my life -- from work events and professional moments to date nights, girls' nights, and everything in between. Jackie just gets it. She somehow always knows exactly what I need before I even do. I don't even live in South Florida, but that doesn't matter. If I'm not in town, they ship pieces to me wherever I am. The level of service and attention they give their clients is exceptional. One of my favorite examples: last year I was in Puerto Rico and needed an outfit, and they actually found a way to have it hand-delivered to me. That kind of care and effort is rare. Beautiful pieces, incredible styling, and truly personalized service. Even though I don't live locally, Covetique will always be my boutique.

In the past years I…read morethought this location was more expensive than other retailers selling the merchandise of Furla. For it being a outlet store I expect significant discounts. That being said they are inexpensive compared to European locations. Recently, their prices have become more attractive and good sales for the holiday time. Their rich colors for the season are very nice. The employees are better in customer service with being more attentive etc. I really liked my last visit with all they had to offer for gift ideas etc. This location is pretty small so most likely you won't find all the colors and styles. But it is worth a look if you are shopping in sawgrass area.

I finally decided to pop in today to see what the products looked like up close. One of the sales associates came over to talk to me, she told me it's an Italian brand and it's been in existence for quite sometime now. The store itself is nicely designed and well lit. I liked the designs of the bags quite a bit, they did have a classic style to them and a lot are quite timeless. They do still have some trendy pieces, but a lot of the bags are more simple leather pieces. Leather quality seemed nice, nothing super fancy, but not cheap either. The prices here seem to be more on par with the Michael Kors Outlet. A small backpack was in the $200 range. It's also worth looking at Coach, but they tend to have more seasonal items. I didn't buy anything, I was only looking. However, it's worth stopping in to look if you want a staple classic item for your wardrobe.

Super disappointed and dissatisfied in how the manager/owner handle my recent and LAST visit. My…read morefriend and I was out shopping for a birthday outfit in the Broward mall Mother's Day weekend, when we came across this store. While my friend was trying on stuff I decided to browse. Some of the items are OK while some looked very cheaply made (legit China bulk items) and overpriced. Nonetheless, I took a chance because I was SUPPORTING A SMALL BUSINESS! I tried on a few peices myself, spent close to $300 after receiving a 10% discount. A week later I decided to wear one of the peices. The first tights threads came loose, I sewed. Second piece, thread came loose again! I decided that I shouldn't be sewing BRAND NEW clothes! Especially if I was not squeezing to get in them! My friend said she had the same issue with hers too! So I decided to return/exchange the piece I didn't feel like sewing. Upon entering the store and explaining the above to the manager/owner she pointed to the receipt that there's NO REFUND NOR EXCHANGE and suggested I should go home and sew the item, lol . (Mind you there's more peices at home that I haven't worn yet!), I thanked her for her time/experience, because she was on her defense and seemed rude and I'm not one for public attention, so I left. Safe to say I will return and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

From the moment I walked in, I didn't know where to begin browsing because everything caught my eye: There were tables full of the most perfect everyday tank tops, bodysuits, skorts and shorts and lots of racks filled with truly unique and beautiful dresses, blazers, pants, jeans and more. I absolutely loved everything. Then, in walked the lovely owner (Deena), who could not have been more friendly and helpful. She introduced herself and immediately started suggesting items that would work well for me. I felt like I was shopping with a girlfriend. I tried everything on and purchased most of what I selected. As I approached the register, I found even more great items on the shelves such as beautiful jewelry and hair clips. I grabbed the cutest claw clip to add to my pile. I can't wait to take my daughter back to shop. It's hard to find great clothing boutiques nearby, so I'm thrilled to have discovered G. Marie Boutique, and it will most definitely be my new go-to destination for that special something to wear.
