Zara is one of my go to clothing stores for me and kids as well. This store is very nice and they always have a nice selection for any occasion. The service is pretty much non existent. We were in the store before closing (9:15pm) and were told customers already inside could still try on clothes. At 9:42pm, when we were ready to try items, we were suddenly told we were not allowed. While this was happening, another customer speaking Spanish was allowed into the fitting room by the manager, but we were denied. When I asked for the manager's name (short guy with a bird, possibly Rahos or Raul), he said "I don't have to give you my name." This felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory. I went to Zara to check on sneakers and for less than $50 a pair, I thought that was a value proposition. I looked and tried a few pairs, but they did not feel as comfortable as other brands that I've bought before....like recently I got a pair of Brooks on clearance for about $50...that was a good buy. Horrible service. Came in with a friend to pick up something ordered online and it was a mess. First there's no sign anywhere of where you are supposed to go for pickup (this place is 3 floors). We ask someone and we finally find this tiny booth with absolutely no one near it. Employees don't have name tags so you have no idea who works there until logic tells you that the random people in the blue suit must be employees. We ask one employee and she said she'll be there , but was too busy having a personal conversation with a guest. We asked a second person which said "one moment" and kept going. One of the most organize Zara I've been to the staff does a good job keeping things organized, they offer self check out and cashier option. You can also skip the long wait for the dressing rooms by downloading the Zara app and reserving a dressing room on the app. I came in during their annual sale, so a lot of things were sold out. Zara is my favorite store! My recommendation is to utilize the other fitting rooms. The amount of time one must wait in line to try on clothing is unnecessary. If you see something you like online buy it because it may not be available in store and if it is available, the rate may not be the same. The mall hrs have been very shaky for me since the pandemic. so as it stands Zara opens at 11:00am. I got there pretty early thinking that it opens at 10 with the department stores. But anyways upon coming into the store it is super clean and everything seems in place. But no one greets you even though there was a large amount of ppl working this morning. They have a huge amount of smalls available in everything but the other sizes are scarce. Upon checking out the young lady said two things to me. "Next in line" and "your total is". The Aventura Zara is the closest Zara to anyone North of South Beach & Brickell. The new self service checkouts have made the lines more bareable and the wait is no longer 1 hour at minimum. Also, the fitting rooms are open but you must make an appointment on the app and rsvp fitting rooms in order to use. The Zara at Aventura Mall is located next to the Macy's, Serafina & Tap 42 Restaurants, & Apple Store so parking near those locations would be highly advisable. read more

To be honest very surprised by the low ratings for this store and location. In fact in my travels I have been to many of their locations even one in the airport in Spain which was fabulous. As for this location in Aventura it is over the top. You don't have one store you have multiple stacked on top of each other on two different levels in the mall. I stopped by the mall to find some new pieces to brighten up my wardrobe for Spring. However as you may know this mall is not low end. In fact it went the other way it is like a ginormous Bal Harbor with very exclusive boutiques. When you get to Zara it is packed mainly due to the variety of styles as well as very sharp price points. For instance I bought a white short sleeved fashion tee with cut out in the front for $24.90. Crazy inexpensive right and looks great too. At this price you can afford to shop. The only downside of Zara is the sizing is wacky no matter how many years you shop at one of their stores. So you must try every piece on or you will regret it and have to return it. That's what happened to me I had very limited time. Spoiler alert you can never shop at a Zara with little time you need several hours. Anyway I grabbed a t shirt a blouse , dressy white shorts and pants that were all decorated in colored stones. Well the T shirt I kept was a large the pants were elastic waist no problem there. Now the two fitted items it's yikes did I get fat?! Lol they were cut for a very small person. The blouse was fitted and so were the shorts so back they both went. When I went to return two weeks later the entire inventory in the store had completely changed. At these prices no wonder so if you see something you like buy it immediately or it will be gone. Also note if you do not bring your own bag they will charge you $.10. read more

So far this has to be my favorite Zara location here in South Florida. It is located inside the Aventura Mall. Ample space, wonderful service, impeccable fitting rooms with nice ladies helping me out, great discounts and promotions all over the store, good quality, and plenty of cashiers working quick and effectively, moving the lines fast. They need to make another Zara on the West Side of south Florida. This Zara is ALWAYS crowded with long lines and wait times. You can never find a sale associate to help you. Today was a game changer because their new self check out was in operation. I literally threw all my purchases in a basket and they were read in a second--perfectly. The reason I don't want to enter the store is because of their long lines and poor customer service but today was amazing. You do need to remove all security tabs but as consumers get used to it--game changer!!!
