Typical Zara.. I usually visit a Zara or two in the state wherever I am traveling. Sometimes you fond different styles depending on the location. Not bad today, I only spent $113. Shirt and some cologne. read more

Beautiful two story clothing store in the Aventura Mall with a ton of inventory. A well supplied men's section on the 2nd floor but poor selection of XXL clothing. Definitely a strong Euro concept in full effect. After hunting, I found one soft cotton shirt XXL but manufactured in Turkey which translates into "its gonna shrink". The self checkout digital kiosks were a nice addition. Hopefully the wife was having a more productive experience. read more

Zara is one of my go to clothing stores for me and kids as well. This store is very nice and they always have a nice selection for any occasion. The service is pretty much non existent. A lot of self checkout, not complaining; but on the floor it was hard to find help. They have good price points for the quality and have great sales a few times a year. read more

I understand and respect that Zara has a 30-day return policy, even though I genuinely thought it was still 60 days. My items were brand new with tags and only 54 days old, so I politely asked if an exchange or store credit would be possible, even if I had to pay the difference. (I live an hour and a half away so coming here isn't as easy) Unfortunately, the manager was extremely dismissive. Before I could even explain my situation, he repeatedly said it was "way way past" the return window and immediately shut down the conversation instead of handling it with professionalism or empathy. What was even more disappointing was that when I asked for his name so I could provide feedback about my experience, he told me employees don't give out their names. I've never experienced that level of resistance at a retail store. There was also confusion regarding receipts. I asked an associate if I could have a printed receipt, and she told me they don't provide paper receipts at all. When I asked the manager, he said they absolutely can print them if a customer requests one. The inconsistent information only added to an already frustrating experience. I wasn't expecting anyone to break company policy. I simply hoped to be treated with courtesy and respect. A polite explanation goes a long way, and unfortunately that wasn't my experience. Customer service should reflect the brand, even when the answer is no. read more

I love this Zara location. It has two floors for woman and the diverse selection of clothes, accessories, and shoes is amazing. It's my go to when I need an outfit for any occasion. The prices are obviously on the expensive side but it's worth the quality you're getting. The service was great, especially with the self checkout option made it super quick and easy for me to check out my things. Highly recommend read more

This review were also sent to : Florida Commission on Human Relations Department of Justice - Civil Rights Division Better Business Bureau Terrible and discriminatory experience. We were in the store before closing (9:15pm) and were told customers already inside could still try on clothes. At 9:42pm, when we were ready to try items, we were suddenly told we were not allowed. While this was happening, another customer speaking Spanish was allowed into the fitting room by the manager, but we were denied. When I asked for the manager's name (short guy with a bird, possibly Rahos or Raul), he said "I don't have to give you my name." This felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory. Completely unacceptable behavior from a manager. read more

I went to Zara to check on sneakers and for less than $50 a pair, I thought that was a value proposition. I looked and tried a few pairs, but they did not feel as comfortable as other brands that I've bought before....like recently I got a pair of Brooks on clearance for about $50...that was a good buy. The store is big and has lots of merchandise, most of it, at good values.... read more

The main young lady cashier on Sunday was awesome! Everyone in this mall should take customer service lessons from her

This store had a ton of variety, I found some really great finds and many very high end finds. It was pretty busy, they had alot of employees on the floor but minimal employees at the registers during such a busy time of year. Alot of bilingual employees available for assistance. read more

Great prices. Large selection of clothes. Quick check out if you use the self checkout.

Horrible service. Came in with a friend to pick up something ordered online and it was a mess. First there's no sign anywhere of where you are supposed to go for pickup (this place is 3 floors). We ask someone and we finally find this tiny booth with absolutely no one near it. Employees don't have name tags so you have no idea who works there until logic tells you that the random people in the blue suit must be employees. We ask one employee and she said she'll be there , but was too busy having a personal conversation with a guest. We asked a second person which said "one moment" and kept going. Finally asked a third person who actually looked busy and she ended up helping us. Overall I rather order Extra to have it delivered home. read more

Even though we're still in sales , it is very organized , the people at the fitting rooms were really nice and understanding, if you ever need a different size they will get it for you right away and if they don't have it at the store they will let you know where you can find it , so I was very pleased for that the store was very tidy , the lady at the cashier was also very kind and helpful, I was very pleased with my visit and all the selection they had with the sizes and the prizes read more

One of the Zara stores I love in Florida! It's incredibly spacious, with excellent staff who efficiently restock items, ensuring you can always find your size. You will find your online favorites here's for sure, huge selection! Prices are very reasonable. read more

One of the most organize Zara I've been to the staff does a good job keeping things organized, they offer self check out and cashier option. You can also skip the long wait for the dressing rooms by downloading the Zara app and reserving a dressing room on the app. I came in during their annual sale, so a lot of things were sold out. Overall really nice store. I went to the one in Chicago not too long ago and it was not as nice. Overall, this is my favorite in south Florida. I would recommend going early as it can get packed, especially on weekends read more

Zara is my favorite store! My recommendation is to utilize the other fitting rooms. The amount of time one must wait in line to try on clothing is unnecessary. If you see something you like online buy it because it may not be available in store and if it is available, the rate may not be the same. Also I wish there were more of a selection like the Zara in Nice or NYC since this is Miami. read more

Such an incredible place, I highly recommend it to everyone who's looking for fashionable accessories. Great service and attention overall.

The mall hrs have been very shaky for me since the pandemic. so as it stands Zara opens at 11:00am. I got there pretty early thinking that it opens at 10 with the department stores. But anyways upon coming into the store it is super clean and everything seems in place. But no one greets you even though there was a large amount of ppl working this morning. They have a huge amount of smalls available in everything but the other sizes are scarce. Upon checking out the young lady said two things to me. "Next in line" and "your total is". Anyways I would still come back because their clothes is something I definitely have to try on. read more

It's always a great whenever I go to Zara! That location is nice, lot of selection and

The Aventura Zara is the closest Zara to anyone North of South Beach & Brickell. The new self service checkouts have made the lines more bareable and the wait is no longer 1 hour at minimum. Also, the fitting rooms are open but you must make an appointment on the app and rsvp fitting rooms in order to use. The Zara at Aventura Mall is located next to the Macy's, Serafina & Tap 42 Restaurants, & Apple Store so parking near those locations would be highly advisable. read more

To be honest very surprised by the low ratings for this store and location. In fact in my travels I have been to many of their locations even one in the airport in Spain which was fabulous. As for this location in Aventura it is over the top. You don't have one store you have multiple stacked on top of each other on two different levels in the mall. I stopped by the mall to find some new pieces to brighten up my wardrobe for Spring. However as you may know this mall is not low end. In fact it went the other way it is like a ginormous Bal Harbor with very exclusive boutiques. When you get to Zara it is packed mainly due to the variety of styles as well as very sharp price points. For instance I bought a white short sleeved fashion tee with cut out in the front for $24.90. Crazy inexpensive right and looks great too. At this price you can afford to shop. The only downside of Zara is the sizing is wacky no matter how many years you shop at one of their stores. So you must try every piece on or you will regret it and have to return it. That's what happened to me I had very limited time. Spoiler alert you can never shop at a Zara with little time you need several hours. Anyway I grabbed a t shirt a blouse , dressy white shorts and pants that were all decorated in colored stones. Well the T shirt I kept was a large the pants were elastic waist no problem there. Now the two fitted items it's yikes did I get fat?! Lol they were cut for a very small person. The blouse was fitted and so were the shorts so back they both went. When I went to return two weeks later the entire inventory in the store had completely changed. At these prices no wonder so if you see something you like buy it immediately or it will be gone. Also note if you do not bring your own bag they will charge you $.10. read more

Disaster H O R R I B L E -- management!! SLOWEST service eva!!! Mariselle from management should be placed in the warehouses opening boxes! Been here twice and it's the same crap! You wait almost an hour for the fitting room and when you walk in there's like 5/7 empty rooms! This company couldn't care less about their costumers. It's all about the Benjamin's. Be careful and inspect the clothes well. We came across two pieces on clothing that you could tell had been worn. The pants had creases near crotch area and the shirt had arm pit stains. Pretty gross! Not worth the crowds, the fitting room lines and the cashier lines are out of control and the clothes is over priced for what it is. Cheap materials! read more

This store has the nastiest rudest people that work there they treat you like they're so more important and they're so grand you try to ask for help they ignore you. You're not there to stand around and you're not that cute, but the worst Zara I've ever been and I've been in Zaras all over the world and the worst one I've ever been in is Aventura mall the absolute worst even the manager there they're all nasty arrogant people really? read more

So far this has to be my favorite Zara location here in South Florida. It is located inside the Aventura Mall. Ample space, wonderful service, impeccable fitting rooms with nice ladies helping me out, great discounts and promotions all over the store, good quality, and plenty of cashiers working quick and effectively, moving the lines fast. My cashier was not just nice, but he also folded delicately my clothes before placing them in the bag. Thank you and see you soon! Hasta ahora, esta es mi sucursal favorita de Zara de las que estan aquí en el sur de Florida. Está ubicado dentro del centro comercial Aventura. Great prices !! My son loved this place because they have his style of cloths and I love the look for both of us

I'm not surprised this store has 2 stars. If I could give it negative 2 stars, I would. . Management is unprofessional. I tried to exchange two items and they didn't have the exact items so they told me to go to their brickell store. Their policy is you can only exchange for the exact item without the receipt. Carlos was one of the managers. He refused to give me his name as I'm calling corporate this week. I have never experienced anything like this. Sadly I like their kids department and will drive to west palm beach next time, but will never go into this store again. I'm reading similar reviews. Unprofessional and pathetic. Once they have your cash. They do not care. Zara the owner. Could not possibly know what's going on. Just really bad customer service. read more

I love Zara fashion, but this store always have long lines! Long lines for the fitting room (even with the app to reserve) and freaking long lines to pay at the registers. They need to add more cashiers to make this shopping experience go faster. I'm writing this as I've been standing in line for over 20mins to pay. This isn't the first, I shop here often, but today is my last time. It's not a pleasant experience to shop here. Be aware. read more

They need to make another Zara on the West Side of south Florida. This Zara is ALWAYS crowded with long lines and wait times. You can never find a sale associate to help you. Great store! But too many people, long lines for fitting room and at cashier. Lots of missing clothing sizes.

Although the store has great clothing options, it has a terrible return policy and customer service. My son received a gift that was too small for him. They did not have the same article of clothing in the store and an associate told me that I could only exchange it for a similar one.
