I stop at Grand Luxe for an energizing meal before my spending spree begins. Lots of high end stores ranging from Gucci , Versace & Balenciaga. Plus many other brands for what ever your needs are at the moment. Frank hit up Versace and purchased some leopard sweat pants and they are amazing... What a discount and even on sale for added savings.. I won't bore you with everything I bought but I filled my truck bags... SAWGRASS MILLS is the place I come to drop some coin.. I arrived at approximately 8:48 p.m. while the store's posted closing time was 9:00 p.m. I was looking to purchase a gift for my wife and had a budget of approximately $2,000. Unfortunately, the store manager, Karina, informed me that the store was already closed and that I would not be allowed inside. When I expressed concern that I had arrived before the posted closing time, I was advised that corporate would support her decision. Had I arrived after closing, I would completely understand. However, being turned away before the posted closing time was frustrating and not what I would expect as a customer. I made a special trip to your store specifically to make this purchase and ultimately left without the opportunity to shop. Why not I stepped inside and they invited me back to where the shoes are. I looked around and around. I tried on a pair of sandals. I really wasn't feeling anything talk to me. I ended up back in the front looking for a small bag. I found something very small, very classic that has a strap for my shoulder. It's my first Gucci. I am an excellent shopper whenever it comes to appliances mattresses food you name it. I do my research. I know my prices and I know what I'm buying. On this special day. I threw caution to the wind and just bought what I wanted and I did not care. I'm believing that because it's an outlet store. It was a decent price. The area is very walkable. Most drivers are courteous when you cross in front of them and they yield to you. In an Ideal World, I think Pembroke Gardens should have an automatic covering for when it is super hot or rainy. That is the downfall of this shopping mecca, several months of the year it is just not fun to come here because of the weather. Parking is another issue. I really wish they would build a parking garage because there is usually a problem finding a parking spot on the weekend. That just puts me and then annoyed state of mind when I'm going to a fun place. Definitely come to Pembroke Gardens when you want a fun and memorable they are night out.

Racial sensitivity should not be on the training or customer notification! I have not heard a word. That's unfortunate considering what their shoes cost! I will definitely be rethinking my brand loyalty! I am writing to formally bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding highly inappropriate and offensive behavior that I have observed within your store. On Sunday, February 23rd at approximately 2:30 p.m., I was shopping in the above company store.. As I was shopping in the women's shoe section, I was being assisted by a young African-American man named Keon (forgive any misspellings please). While letting me shop he became engaged into a conversation with one of his colleagues named "Cyrus" where Cyrus began to ask him what was acceptable to him in conversation. "You don't mind being called Black do you?" Cyrus asked. "What if I called you a nigger? Would you mind that? he further inquired. He simply said before I could make it around the corner to the front of the store where they were talking, ""No, I don't think you should say that." I applaud him for his demeanor. At that point I could no longer stand aside and I said, "I would and am offended that you would even say that." Cyrus apologized and said he didn't mean anyone to hear that. However, for anyone to hear that in a workplace as a colleague or a customer would contradict any decent company's values of fairness, respect, and inclusivity. Incidents such as these are a form of harassment and actions such as these have created an uncomfortable and unfair work environment, affecting employee morale and productivity. And this is what I heard among your employees one to another. No telling what that poor man may have to endure outside of the public's eye. I believe that addressing this matter promptly is essential to fostering a more inclusive and respectful workplace that your customers can be proud of. I kindly request that management conduct a thorough investigation into this issue and take the necessary steps to ensure that all employees are treated equitably and in accordance with company policies and legal standards. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and am confident that the company will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.
