Upon entrance to the store, a young gentleman named Bryce approached us to say hi and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for. He was very friendly and not a pushy salesperson, which is always nice. Michael Kors sells tons of handbags, wallets, apparel, shoes and accessories. I love the bold cobalt blue colored bags. On January 2, 2019, Michael Kors Holdings Limited officially changed its name to Capri Holdings which also holds brands Jimmy Choo and Versace. This Michael Kors outlet is located in the Colonnade, a row of luxury designers on the outside of the mall. They have a store for men and another for women. I love the MK purses and sunglasses and best of all, the prices are the lowest here if you find something you like. A brand new purse here is cheaper than the prices I have been seeing on used bags at the thrift store. My Charlotte bag was 78 percent off the retail price. If you can't make it into the store you can also shop the outlet online. I was lured in by the after holiday season sales prices and couldn't resist a purse refresh for the new year. Service here was great. I was asked if I needed help and then was left in peace to shop.. Sale bags were marked down and then there was an additional 20 percent off on top of that. I love the classic style but I think there is something for everyone's taste, from the fun colors and shiny metallics to the more minimalist designs. There was also jewelry, perfume and cologne, wallets, and other accessories. At checkout my floor bag was replaced with a one that was still wrapped in plastic. I had a very nice experience recently at Michael Kors. I went in to check on shirts and clothing and I was pleasantly surprised to see their line of luggage. I did not know they had a line of travel gear. I do have a TUMI carry-on that I love, but I liked the colors, designs and shapes of the Michael Kors carry on pieces. Outlet location at Sawgrass Mills. They are observing Covid-19 rules with masks required to enter, markings on the ground for one-way paths and distancing. They also have a maximum store occupancy so you may have to wait outside for entry if busy. They have good deals at this one with items clearly marked for discounts. It's setup boutique style so it's easy to shop and see everything. The staff greeted us and offered help if needed but didn't stalk us around which was nice. I believe this was my first visit to this outlet location. I have passed by several times but nothing caught my eye in the window or it was closed after we finished at a nearby restaurant. I was in the area shopping at another store and decided to spontaneously check out Michael Kors. It was rather busy for a weekday afternoon, which I found odd since it was not tourist/snowbird season. I immediately found purses I liked. They were having a really good sale so while I was calculating my final costs, I was sending hubs pictures for his opinions. Every time I went to another section of the store, I found another purse I liked lol. I was approached by an associate who offered assistance and informed me of their promotions. He also offered to find me wrapped bags of the bags I was holding. The associate provided prices as well. When I was finally done, I made my way to the cashier. A promotion they had was an extra 20% off if purchasing with a wallet. I did not need a wallet but I believe his name was Michael talked me into it because I would actually be saving more. When they rang up the wallet I chose, the associate at the register said it did not count towards the promotion. I was defeated at that point, to which the manager saw this and told the associate to give it to me anyway. I thanked her graciously for that since I was shopped out. This experience was much better than other MK outlets I have had. No one was pushy and were professional. read more

Last impression: The customer service is spot on with good vibes in the Michael Kors store in Sawgrass. Not to be confused but there are two MK stores in this mall. The big MK purses' store is being renovated and will reopen in the Colonnade part of the mall. I went to the smaller clothing store version when you enter from the Colonnade side of the mall. I'm not into MK bags/purses so I didn't care that the other location was being remodeled or not. This store had clothing, shoes, watches and I was happy to take a look. I usually like MK clothing designs and silhouettes. Being a local, usually I remember the promotions and sales of this store. They range on sale items anywhere from 30-70 percent off. Usually it's 40-50 percent on markdowns. I was able to get a blouse of good quality for $50 which was originally $100. The shoe category is just ok because they have a limited supply. But you know never know if you find your shoe size and you like the styles, they are at a bargain price as well. Service was quick and efficient. I liked two blouses, the sales associate connected with me immediately. She told me she will start a room for me to let me try on the blouses. I liked how one fit with great underlining material attached to it as well. After trying on the clothes, I was able to check out within minutes and was on my merry way. Beautiful store and merchandising BUT.... let me recap 1) Took forever to get a shoe from their stock room 2) Was quoted the wrong price for a shoe that didn't have a price tag on it and when we went to pay for it they didn't honor the price they had originally given us. 3) Manager is atrocious, super rude, tried to make us feel bad for the pricing mistake that one of HER people made. We left with out buying anything. Not customer friendly.... and certainly not efficient. read more

The workers there are very nice and helpful when I come to shop. What I don't like though is there has been several times that they don't have what i want and they ask me for all my information saying they'll let me know when it's in. I'll even call to see if what I want is in and they'll tell me to come in on a day when they have shipment and it's still not there. M Kors at the colonnades is definitely worth stopping in for. This is the one on the strip and not inside the mall. The one inside next to Starbucks carry more clothes and Less accessories They have great sales. I just Purchased a great pair of tortoise shell sunglasses and a white wristlet for the summer. They had great jackets. Mk hoodies. Handbags. Etc. 60% Additional after their outlet price. Of course we also love some of the higher end designers on this strip. But MK is great for every day wear. And sometimes you just don't want to wear your 1000 sunglasses. Also a great place for gifts. Men or women ... I even purchase cute small bags for my granddaughter and gifts for younger girls ! It's a favorite and you won't be disappointed. The staff is usually very attentive and helpful. I had such a pleasurable shopping experience today. The staff was friendly and helpful everything was 50% off in the store. I have been searching for the Michael Kors carry on luggage for a few years. It has never been on sale, but it was today half off of $549 so I only paid $274. I had to have it shipped to my house because I was out of state. I will be back to this store again when in the area. read more

Rediculous managemeent. Manager is there just for sake of it. Useless fellow. We bought a tote yesterday to carry 13 inch laptop. At the time of purchase they said 13 laptop will fit in.it did not so we went back and asked for rerurn for as they had given us wrong information and they dont have the one we want it. Manager stood like statue and he was giving only sorry. He did not even check in other outlet store.his other excuse was he was not the assiciate who helped us so he cant do anything.
