Their quality is very good and the people working at all Aldo shoe stores I have been to have always been nice. All the shoes had the price on them and their clearance section in the back was as great place to search for deals. I loved some of their colorful dress shoes....great for a funky party !!!!!!

The funny thing is they kind of meld together so for some items, picking the men's from the women's might take more time than a mere glance. I put a dress on hold to pick up later during a sale they had and called to confirm that i would pick it up before driving there, and all was ok. When my bf got to the store to pick up the dress after we confirmed that the dress was on hold still, the manager didnt want to honor the sale after we previously confirmed over the phone. It was a total waste of time , and seriously it wasnt even about the money at that point , it was about the waste of time and the fact that the employees dont even know what they are saying, they contradict themselves deceiving the customer big time. Never buying again from them they lost an excellent client.

This store seems bigger than the one on federal in the Whole Foods shopping center and even has the Lulu shoes available to try on. There's parallel parking (pay machine) available on las Olas directly in front of the store and the city's Heron parking lot near by. Side note: I think lulus are okay with dogs in their stores - I vaguely recall seeing dog bowls of water in other stores now that I'm thinking about it, but I happened to be pushing a stroller this time and there were 3 large dogs in the store plus lots of people. I found it uncomfortable and difficult to navigate between the racks, tables and people to avoid the dogs. Maybe just me but I didn't feel comfortable getting too close to unfamiliar dogs with a baby when the dogs were literally bigger than the stroller. Could be a testament to being a dog friendly place though.

Immediately when we walked in, I noticed the not so friendly bubbly staff, several employees at the entrance and counters but no greetings or even a hi from anyone... We went over to the men's section as Jason was looking for a particular type of polo, which he didn't find, and unfortunately no one offered assistance, this store had many employees just walking around. After being felt uncomfortable, we left about a 10 min after arriving. Yes, we could have asked for assistance, but we were already feeling uncomfortable as we entered. Typically at the more higher end stores, you're greeted with a "welcome" by someone! We didn't find what we were looking for so we exited. Perhaps next time we may have a different experience, if we do, I'll update my review then.

And PS. I didn't leave totally empty handed. I did get a boat neck top.
