Usually I can't find anything that's in my size or not an odd color they tried out that didn't get a lot of sales but I was actually able to find a jacket that fit and was black. There was a mixup at the register and was rang up for cheaper but then fixed the charge to be more and took some time to fix. The Sunday before Christmas...what was I thinking? My older boy was in from NY and he wanted to go to the Sawgrass, so off we went. The store was packed! Crazy people trying to grab last minute gifts and bargains. I've always had good luck in this store and today was no different. Picked up some $148 pants for $39 and some shirts for the boys. Registers were busy, but moved. They do tell you that all sales are final....but if you have the app and a phone number attached to your account, you can always return to a store in the mall for a full credit towards another purchase. read more

They can search with their electronic wand and they know what inventory they have in stock They helped my college age daughter out and found the leggings that she wanted in the specific color and size she needed! They have great leggings, tops, sports bras, slides, hats, dresses, socks and more! We came on a Tuesday morning early and we were able to be in and out within an hour! UPDATED REVIEW: The Sawgrass Mall was out of control this morning and that was at the 10am opening. Parked way out in the front lot and did a frisk walk to the Lululemon Outlet store in an attempt to find a pair of Twill Utility pants. Finally made it to the store front which was packed with crazy humans hunting like vultures to find the best deals. Immediately I was greeted by an employee named Carla who assisted me in locating three different colors of the pants I wanted and they were on sale from $138.00 to $59.00, which is a steal. Went to the dressing room and the pants fit perfectly. The checkout lines are always massive as it was today, but they usually have three employees working so dont freak out. The employee advised that I can return the pants to any Lululemon retail store within one year for damage. Although, for any other reason, all sales are final No returns or Exchanges. Within ten minutes I paid for all three pants and left happy. read more

I made a purchase here earlier in the week and put it through a cold water and wash before wearing and the edges look afraid. I brought it back and was told that they don't have quality control at the outlet store. The manager assured me that I can bring it back to any Lululemon store and they will honor the item and make it right for me. read more

Spoke with Kaley about a return, she told me they dont accept returns at the sawgrass outlet but I can return the items at a regular store. I contacted the store in pembroke gardens and trinity told me that they do not accept returns from an outlet store. Never buying at a store that does not accept returns, I had no clue a brand name store like this would not accept returns for purchases with tags attach. read more

I have been needing work out gear and heard excellent reviews about lululemon. My hubs is Canadian and confirmed they have good quality products. I unfortunately was able to visit here once because there always seems to be a wait time to enter the store, due to COVID. I attempted to shop here other times but was not willing to wait. They may have lifted the "reservation" procedure since I was last here. This was my first time shopping here and even browsing their products. I never even researched them prior to entering the store! With this being said, I probably would have to try everything on prior to purchasing. I was looking for all sorts of gear. I needed sports bras because most of my existing ones had elastic that deteriorated. I also needed pants/leggings/shorts because what I had at home was just for casual wear and not meant for working out. I took my time browsing and picked up a bunch of items. Some items I grabbed two different sizes to try on, just in case. I must have had like 15 items and there was a limit to bring into the fitting room. There was an associate that offered me assistance and set me up in a fitting room. I could tell immediately after trying some clothing on that the quality was great. Most of the items fit but I did need help from hubs to help me remove a sports bra because it was too snug. I made my way to the register and checked out. The employee assisting me what friendly enough and requested my information so I could be on the mailing list. Which, in my opinion, has no incentive. I wound up spending over $300 but if I purchased everything at regular price, my tab would have been well over $600. I recommend their products either here or in a regular store. read more

This Lululemon location is in the Colonnade side of Sawgrass Mills mall. I love yoga pants and work out gear clothing. Living in Florida, it's my go to for clothes, while running errands in the hot weather. Or I used to wear these clothes, when I did yoga. This location is nice and organized in a good way. They have fairly decent section for men and women. My boss could not stop talking about the mens' pants they carry. So, if you are a guy, yes they do have men lounge pants. They are extremely soft and not tight like yoga pants. I was surprised to see some outerwear in the summer in a south Florida store. Since, Sawgrass gets a lot of tourists they carry some heavier material merchandise. Overall, a good location of Lululemon. Side Note: Parking is tough in the Colonnade side, park in the garage near Grand Lux Cafe. read more

I've often joked that I may have to get a second job to support my Lululemon shopping habit, but thanks to the Lululemon Outlet in the Sawgrass Mills Mall there's no need to update my resume. I was in workout clothing heaven... I believe the deals change all the time, but on this particular visit I scored a $12 workout top (usually $48!), $42 workout pants (usually $98!), and a $29 zipup sweatshirt thingee (usually $99!). Now this is what workout clothes are supposed to cost! And I'm mad at myself for not buying one of their awesome gym bags that was on sale for just $24! Like many outlets the sizes are limited so if you're between a 0 and a 14 you may have to do some searching, but that's just part of the fun. I've always felt like the leggings from Lululemon come close to none. After seeing they had a location in Sawgrass, I stopped at the Colonnade to see if I would find a bargain deal on a new pair. I didn't really dig the return policy at all. Everything is basically final sale which irks me because certain items end up not working for you and you realize a day or two later. Certain items like shirts and sweaters are easy to size out but when you're shopping for someone else- it can definitely get tricky. The savings aren't monumental in any way and I had to think twice about the leggings I got. Of course they have the yummiest materials with breathable stitching and firm elasticity that makes a pair of these go a long way. I can't say I'm sold on this location because I was expecting more variety and friendlier service. read more

Fitting room attendant refused to acknowledge me because she was too busy flirting with a male patron. When she finally had no choice but to look at me, the first thing she said was, "What?". My family, friends and I are huge supporters of Lululemon to start off...We frequently travel from New York to South Florida and the Sawgrass Mills is my favorite outlet down here. My parents have purchased merchandise from this new outlet location prior to this visit. Unfortunately, this would be my first and last time I step foot in this Lululemon. We headed to the dressing room and my mom wanted to try on clothes together. The Dressing Room Sales Associate, Lavinia stated "No, you can't go in with her but you can go across to an available room, is that a problem?" Which is understandable since she was probably following store policy. My mom replied, "I'll just stay outside the curtain to see how the pants fit my daughter instead of walking back and forth." The sales associate walked away, continued to fold clothes and rolled her eyes. My mother and I definitely felt tension but did not confront her. I stepped out and my mom proceeded to try on her picks. Usually, while trying on items, an employee would ask "How does everything fit? Is there another size or color I could get for you?" But nothing. We left the dressing room area, I proceeded to purchase my items while my mom browsed through the rack of clothes. The same sales associate all the way from the dressing room loudly asked, "Are you done here?! My mom looked at her and simply replied, "Yes." The sales associate stated, " You are rude." My mom looked up and asked, "Excuse me, did you just call me rude?" The sales associate replied, "YES, YOU ARE RUDE. You walked out and didn't even tell me you were done." My mom replied, "I am a paying customer." and the sales associate replied, "GOOD FOR YOU!" Everyone, including customers and staff witnessed the verbal altercation since this is a small store. No one including the manager on duty asked what had happened instead co workers were smirking at each other. So we went to the cashier, mind you - I'm still about to purchase items in my hands. She was understanding and listened to the complaint, however her response was, "I'm not the manager so I could get the manager if you want, because I'm not even the manager." At that point, and with my prior experience in Retail Business Management, I knew the entire situation was handled poorly. I then stated, "It's not even worth it" and we left. I don't want to bring racial profiling, discrimination nor judgement regarding this situation but I couldn't help but feel my mom was judge for her nationality, looking haggard, no makeup, hair up, wearing flip flops, leggings with my dad's over-sized shirt as some people look coming off a flight. Despite her appearance, we went next door to Sandro Paris and Vince, they were so accommodating and I'm glad we chose to give our money to businesses with high quality staff and outstanding customer service. I called the next morning to speak with a manager and ended up speaking with Assistant Manager, Flora who was respectful and understanding. She assured me she would relay the message to the Store Manager but it has been over 24 hours and no call. I called Corporate, spoke with Kallie, a person who was professional and greatly represented Lululemon. I filed a grievance, and she assured me that the staff would go through Quality Assurance. I was offered a $50 gift card for the terrible experience which I didn't even want to accept, because at the end of the day, it's not about the money. Social Media is so powerful these days and I hope that this review helps someone else so they don't have to deal with this poor service from this particular place. I personally will continue to patronize this brand because I love the merchandise and have friends that work closely with the Lululemon Team. If anyone reading this feels that customer service is important then they should avoid this location as well. read more
