We had an awful experience with this store. We spent $540 on boots here. First of all the boots had no boxes and they were out of paper bags which was annoying. Secondly, my husband's boots felt loose after he walked in them for literally 1 hours. After a day we came to the store with receipts, tags detached & the lady was extremely rude. Should have listened to the reviews. Bought a pair of boots and after 2 days the boots fell apart. First they said they were on sale. Then I was told I got them wet. Then they said they cannot do anything until they check with the manufacturer and that could take several weeks. Why should I wait. They do not stand behind their product. I bought these two bags of Purina Altium from Griffs Feed Store and this is what I got. I could understand to a point how this happened. Although I go back to get a refund and they told me that I need a receipt and I ask the guy at the register to reprint it bc I know they can do reprints bc I worked there many years ago. Anyone that knows me, knows I would never go to any business much less a small business and make a claim like this. The manager came and he said that he would only give me back one bag. This store has all your country needs. It has boots, hats, clothing and much more. One side is dedicated to horse riding so I didn't venture over there. You can find men's and women's clothing, including Wrangler, Ariat and Stetson. There are plenty of boots to choose from. I already have a pair but felt I could find them cheaper elsewhere.
