Its a small clothing boutique with a "husband seating area" near the fitting rooms, which I am a super fan of whenever with the wife. Good assortment of clothing crammed into a small space that kind of resembles my wife's closet. Decent selection od accessory jewelry too. My sister brought me here to find something for my birthday. What a gem this place is. I love the different styles that she carries and she has them in a variety of colors so you'll find what works best for your skin tone. I must have taken over 20 items into the changing room to try on. I bought 2 beautiful tops, one lavender and the other black (see photos) For my birthday my sister got me a pair of grey satin pants and a charcoal grey top to go with it. My daughter and I were looking for Isabel Boutique this morning at 11 o'clock. It's Sunday morning about 12 o'clock. We called because we were lost and the phone rang and rang and rang and no one answered so we thought maybe it wasn't open yet. We arrive at Isabel Boutique at 12:12 1210 or something in that neck of the woods and there's a young woman in there saying she had only had two hours sleep and some boy called her in the middle of the night and said he loved her and the bottom line was she was on the phone the entire time we were there did not greet us and did not offer to help us. This boutique has so many cute and trendy outfits to choose from! The owner and are always there to help you put together an outfit for any occasion you need. I love that they are not pushy and they are honest. When I tried on something they would give me honest feedback which I love because I like having another opinion when my girlfriends aren't available to shop with me. They have a variety of all sorts from very dressy to cute casual. I loved that the owner and her daughter asked if I was looking for a special occasion and then once I chose some pieces and asked them to choose as well, they showed me how I could use the same pieces in different ways for different looks. Their prices are good, not cheap but also not too expensive. They have tons of accessories to add to your outfit. I ended up with the cutest earrings and bad a$$ bracelet. The inventory is always changing adding new cute items. I love coming here because their selection is unique and I've always got compliments when wearing my purchase. I have been frequenting this store for years and have had times in the past where customer service was not optimal and hadn't gone back for a long time. I just recently went back about a week ago after leaving the wax center and the owner is there with her cute little Maltese. I scored some freaking adorable pants that I want to live in so I headed back over to pick up another pair. The owner recognized me and brought me several outstanding blouses and pants. I didn't even get the chance to look through the store and already had like 14 things to try on. Once I did get a look I found this awesome dress that feels like I'm wearing a night gown. I'm in love! Everything is so reasonably priced and most imported from Italy . How does it get any better than that? I feel like I'm shopping in Italian boutique owned by a charismatic fashion designer and dresser! She picks out the best stuff that I love on. I've been to this store many times and I've always had a positive experience. However, today I realized why several individuals left negative reviews due to poor customer service. When I walked into the store, the middle-aged brunette woman was on her phone and didn't look up as she gave me a lukewarm hello. I picked up several items to try on and she curtly told me that I could only take 5 items a time. That was new! I've never been told this before and I was last at the store 3 weeks ago. A few other women walked in after and this woman's demeanor completely changed. She was friendly and gregarious! Based on the conversation I could tell that one of them made a recent purchase. Little did this woman know that I've been a customer for years. Even worse, I think this woman is the owner! In any case, customer service always wins over a product. There are lots of great boutiques around with fantastic customer service. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

If you are considering purchasing anything at Isabel Boutique, don't. They refuse to do a return on items purchased or give store credit. Useless. I was given a Xmas gift by my children and needed to return it for another color. They did not have what I wanted in my size and refused to give me a store credit. The clerk, Diana, stated that she could not give a store credit without the owner's approval. I asked her to call the store owner and she refused. I was told to return on Tuesday to speak with the owner. I live 30 min away, so that was not a feasible resolution. I expressed that to Diana and she kept saying that I was not worth losing her job over. Reality....she will lose her job anyway when customers refuse to purchase items in the store and it fails. About twenty minutes later, the store owner Karen called and immediately began to yell at me about her policy. I asked her to listen to what I had to say. I told her the cost of the item was irrelevant. I frequented her store when in the area and directed my family to her store for the holidays rather than sending them to a national chain. As a consumer who regularly visits and buys products from small business owners by choice, she should have a better policy in place. At a minimum she should have empowered her employee to make a reasonable decision to keep a customer happy. Her response was that she normally does not work on weekends and that her employees are not to disturb her. Not surprised the owner's lack of engagement mirrored her employees. There are other local businesses in Weston that are respectful of customers with reasonable requests. I suggest all of us moving forward spend our money at those establishments rather than Isabel Boutique. TURNSTYLE anyone? read more
