I went looking for some costume jewelry for a recent event and got sidetracked when I discovered Icing had closed their doors. They were my go-to charm store for cute and unique jewelry styles. Well, luckily for me directly across the street, Charming Charlie was open. My oldest daughter is very familiar with them since they were known as Icing's rival store. (My daughter used to work with Icing.) We were welcomed at the door by one of the employees who was very helpful showing us, by pointing, what all of the departments had in them. I asked her (jokingly) if they had something to do with Icing closing their doors, she just shrugged as if to say, Icing who? I quickly left it alone. I wanted to browse the store, not cause any trouble. Lol! After searching I found the perfect earrings, necklace, and dainty but elegant bracelet, which got a few compliments at my event. All very affordable and stylish pieces that I was happy to find. My daughter bought a bag that was perfect for traveling. At checkout we were encouraged to sign-up for emails about promotions and online offers. I just took advantage of their 'Cyber Monday' sale and bought gifts for my friends for the holidays. They sell more than just jewelry (that by the way, is uniquely organized by color and design), cute mugs, wine glasses, ornaments, and so much more. I'm looking forward to my next in-store visit.

It seems like it will last for years to come. Pricing seemed a bit high, but what doesn't nowadays. I think they have such nice things that the pricing doesn't seem so bad considering these costumes and decorations look so nice.

The store was very well stocked and organized and the employees I came across were really friendly and helpful. Although not as big as some of the other Spirit Halloween stores that I've been to, they certainly were well stocked and they had plenty of animatronics set up and have made great use of their space. Like all of their stores they have everything from costumes to socks and plenty of indoor and outdoor decorations.

Coming to this one they stayed in the same plaza but took over a different store vacancy this time around. This place seemed pretty huge right off the bat and I found it to be well organized and clean. I might've lucked out or it's just too early in the Halloween season before it gets hectic. Each year I find myself impressed with the details and how terrifying those lifelike animatronics become. I don't stare too long at them because of that very reason haha. The selection of costumes was almost endless as well as the accessories. I found that there was a lot of new and interesting costumes/items this year. I think Spirit Halloween really knocked it out of the park with just the decor products alone this year! I cannot wait to go crazy and add to my Halloween stuff for my house. Definitely will be visiting throughout their temporary stay this year!

Whether it be candy, clothing, electronics, phone accessories or toys, they had a good bit of everything. Furthermore, this store was way more tidy than other smaller ones I've been to shoutout to the employees for that. If there's one thing about FB it's that they can be a total mess & luckily that's not the case here. Also, the few employees I saw were friendly & offered assistance. Some were actively organizing. They had most of the typical things you'll find across all locations. Since the store is big they also had things that I haven't seen at others. I found some cool "World's Smallest" figure that I almost walked away with but self control is huge in a place like this. It seems like they stay updated in terms of products so I'm looking forward to seeing what they have during the holidays (Halloween especially). Although I'm a fan, I'll be the first to say that some of their pricing is crazy. I can't justify spending over $10 on a product at a store that ACTUALLY used to have everything under $5. I understand times have changed but that's my biggest issue with them. It's in an easily accessible location & has plenty of parking out front. Although it's not the closest FB to me, I think it's worth the extra few minutes to come out to this one.

I noticed that they carried way more items than any other of their stores and there even had sections offering specific items like college dorm essentials. They had a huge candy and snack area with just about any candy you can imagine. I love the book section where you can find some great books at a great price. This is one of those places that you can definitely spend a lot of time browsing around. For a store this big I was actually surprised at how well maintained it was, things weren't thrown all over the place like I've seen at other stores. I had minimal contact with any staff there but the guy who was by the self checkout area was very nice.

This Sardine's blanket was on sale for $12.98. I used my $10 reward and paid $3.19 after tax and discounts. SCORE!!! Don't laugh because I got a Sardine's blanket, I literally made a comment to the staff working there that I didn't get this whole Sardines theme I kept seeing everywhere. They said it was part of their summer vibe. Funny enough, the blanket was actually very cute and we love it because it's a great throw blanket. All the kids fight over it. No joke!!! Haha. Instead of handling the follow-up professionally, the manager became very confrontational. He raised his voice and told me I was "out of bounds" for pointing out visible issues, saying that "no one looks that closely at tint." When I calmly asked him to stop yelling, the manager stormed inside, came back with the contract, and argued about a supposed 5% tolerance. He then used profanity and told me to never come back to the store -- all of this happened in front of another customer, who commented that the behavior was inappropriate. To be fair, the tint was eventually redone and now looks much better. However, having the same issue occur twice and then being yelled at and cursed at by a manager is unacceptable. Quality work matters, but professionalism matters just as much.

CLEAN UP ON AISLE 4…read more.. This mega clothing and home decor store had two security guards at the front and gave a quick smile and an evil eye upon entry. The security alert buzzer went off a few times during my shopping expedition. They offered clearance deals for many clothing items but alot of the exercise accessory shelves were almost bare and difficult to locate the price tags. Sadly a majority of the inventory on the racks and shelves were in complete disarray - either in piles, hanging off, or sprawled out on the floor (See Pics). I noticed an employee stocking inventory, although would require many more to clean up the mess.
