The store owner here needs a few operational lessons in business management. A shop keeper down the road suggested I check this place out, since they would have the style of bikini I was seeking - the Brazilian cut. At first contact the sales associate was friendly with a smile and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Most of their swimwear is created by designers in Brazil, though they did not carry any of the designers I was more familiar with such as Triya, Agua de Coco etc. No biggie, the selection in the shop was reasonably priced and there was a variety of color options and bottom styles. After spending a good 30 minutes trying on different patterns and cuts, I decided on a black floral bikini. It ran me about $83.00. The sales clerk reminded me, as she had upon my entrance, of their buy 3 get the 4th half off promotion. Or something similar. I was not interested, but said thanks. The trouble began when I returned 30 minutes later to return the swimsuit. Literally 1 block away there was a shop that offered a selection of swimwear more in line with what I was looking for. Better colors, better fabric, better fit, better designers. I purchased something then immediately headed back to Bikini Brasil, where I was told I could only receive a store credit. No refunds. Gasp! In my polite attempt to explain that I was visiting from out of state and would not use the credit, a debate ensued. I can shop online. I should have read the fine print on the receipt etc. etc. I put my customer service manager hat on and went to work. After requesting the sales clerk contact the manager, I was told to call on Monday to see if the manager could process the refund. "To see," there was no guarantee. Monday arrives, I call and again, am hit with the you can shop online bit. Miss, if the service from your shop is going to be this difficult, I can promise you I will NEVER shop at your store again, online or in-person. She proceeded to explain the situation to the owner, whom apparently was standing right next to her, as I heard her say 'let her know I will try to process the refund.' What is the story with try? Are you unsure of your own business processes? The transaction was not completed on Monday. So I called today and left a voicemail. To my utter disappointment, her follow up was a text message with a screen shot of the refund being processed. And I quote "Hi Jaylena, this is Jodi from Bikini Brasil we already did the refund for you purchase of $82.18 , I will send you a photo to confirm that the refund will be shown in you account in around 2 business day. Ok. THANK YOU." The typos are real. She sent me a text! The icing? The refund was processed 9 minutes prior to her sending the message... today! Tuesday, not yesterday. 3 days to complete a transaction for a visiting customer is not a proper way to provide customer service. Management does not authorize their sales staff to process executive transactions. What is the point in having staff if you can not trust them to run all aspects of your business when you are away? You as the owner should then be on point all the time if you can not allow your staff to act on your behalf when absent. Terrible experience. read more

This shop is so so sooooo amazing! Was in Miami for Swim Week and needed a new pair of swimsuit bottoms. They had so good of a selection that I walked out with 6 pairs. Good quality, amazing fit, and unbeatable at $35-$40 a pop; girls reading this know that's insanely good compared to normal separates that are usually well over $100. A lot of great patterns, mix & match pieces, a large variety of styles, and a clean store layout. I found a sexy and sophisticated red one-piece bathing suit for a pool party and I love it. It wasn't one that i had originally selected, but on Renata's suggestion i tried it on and it was perfect! Renata was helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Im thrilled with my new bathing suit, and will definitely return for a two piece. The brazilian bottoms are very flattering-- sexy high cuts, but with great elasticity so it fits just right. They also have beautiful beach bags, hats, coverups, and sarongs. My only complaint is that they do NOT provide full refunds, even with a reciept and tags. I tried to return a bathingsuit that i had purchased only hours earlier, and I was advised that they'd only do exchanges or store credit. All is well that ends well- i got a different bathing suit, and a hat that i adore! read more

Great variety of Brazilian bikinis. Super cute options, many many different colors. You can pick and match any top and bottom. The prices is the best I've found in Miami so far. I will def going back for more. Aside from bathing suits can they also carry havaianas and Ipanema flip flops, beach saran, pretty over all, hum , is it called that in English? You know they cute dresses you wear over the bikini! That thing. They lady that helped me was extremely patient with my incision to pick 4 out of the "god knows how many" tried on. Lovely title gem. I wish I had found it sooner, but I never heard of them and completely ran into it by chance. If I was to suggest anything, was for them to advertise more. This is my favorite bikini shop in Miami. First of all, the brazilian cut bottoms are super flattering. They make your butt look amazing. They sell the tops and bottoms separately so you can mix and match colors and sizes. All of the bikinis are made of good quality fabric that's very soft and durable. I'm a DD so it's hard for me to find tops but the triangle tops here fit me perfectly and I don't have to worry about falling out. They have really good prices too. The last time I was here it was buy two pieces get one free. The owner is super nice too and they also have cute cover ups and hats. read more

Don't think they have a lot of stock?Think again. It's all organized and stacked by size and type. More bathing suits and combinations then you can imagine. The extremely skilled salesperson provides suggestions by looking at your body type. Not one bad suggestions and most items are mix and match. There a ton of nice bikinis here. They let you mix and match size and style. The quality is above average and the prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that they were out of my size in everything I liked. I did find and purchase a bikini, but it wasn't my first choice of color pattern. The woman that helped me was really nice and was good about pulling out everything in my size. When I left, I forgot my diamond necklace in the dressing room. I thought it would be the last time I saw the necklace. However, when I came back, the sales woman had wrapped it up and put it behind the counter for me. That says a lot about her character because there aren't many people that would be honest in a situation like that. read more
