I saw the Mikael sequin dress online but wanted to try it on before purchasing so I called the store yesterday (Friday) to see if they had it. The girl I spoke to over the phone was so nice and so accommodating. She took down my information and told me the dress was available in my size and in both colors as advertised online and that they would hold it for me to try on in store. I asked her where the store was located and she indicated that it was off of Kendall Drive and SW 137th Ave, next to Dandy Bear. I asked her about the stores business hours and what would be the best time to pass by, and she told me they were open till 8 PM and that I should go by today (Saturday) because the dress wouldn't be ready till today (again, Saturday). I specifically asked about the best time because Lotus Couture is located right up the street from my house so I could have come to try it on YESTERDAY but she insisted it wouldn't be ready till TODAY. When I arrived to the store (literally less than 30 minutes ago - I just left) the girl at the counter told me they'd sold the dress yesterday and they didn't have any left! I am so upset about this complete disregard and lack of customer service. I would have bought the dress yesterday had the girl over the phone told me it was available, but she told me it wouldn't be because they had to pull it from storage and it wouldn't be available till today! I can't believe that I was stood up like this, what a TERRIBLE first impression. I had my heart set on trying on this dress and purchasing it for my trip to Vegas. Thanks for nothing Lotus Couture!

The boutique has such a beautiful selection of dresses, along with so many gorgeous accessories to complete a look. Everything is beautifully curated, and you can tell there is a lot of thought behind what they carry. What stood out to me most, though, was the personal attention and genuine willingness to help. I never felt rushed or pressured--just very well taken care of. I had a truly lovely experience and would absolutely recommend Miro's Boutique.

Everything was boring and not to my liking or overpriced for the quality. At Miro's,There is something unique for every occasion. They also had amazing accessories, and clutches. The quality on everything was very impressive. I received tons of compliments on my dress by many people at the wedding and I highly recommended Miro's boutique to everyone. Not only do they have amazing dresses/clothing but the service was on point. Yvonne helped me out and was very patient with me. I'm a very picky buyer and I'm not a super model so only certain types of looks work for me. After trying on 7 different dresses I finally found one that I loved, thanks to Yvonne. Where's the New York location, I wondered, or is it one of those Miami places that love to piggyback on a famous city name like New York? Most likely the latter. Either way, I was surprised even more - it's a nice place (I didn't smell anything fishy when I walked in here) that looks clean, very organized, and is pretty inexpensive. They're nice knock-off clothings - but none of that bling-bling which you can find pretty much anywhere else in Miami. I'm not going to say that the quality is the best - because they probably are not. I'm not going to say that they're trendy - since it's all subjective, and I truly believe it's a person that makes a piece of clothing trendy or not. Find the diamond in the rough - and doing it here is pretty much an easy shot without hurting your pocket! Especially when comparing with other knock-off clothing shops located in warehouses around Miami that's haphazardly disorganized. This is a nice (and good) change. Now, if they could only have something for the men of the world.... Maybe a Kore Dubai next door? :D

Prices are very reasonable, and while it has some cute, trendy clothes (nothing of high quality), you aren't allowed to try anything on. This was the biggest problem for me because even though I found a pair of linen pants, there is no way I could buy them without trying it on first. So if you want to shop here, I recommend coming in leggings and a small tank so you can slip on the clothes without needing a fitting room. (But don't let them see you ... I think the rule is that you aren't allowed to try stuff on... not just that they don't have fitting rooms.) And I was followed around for several minutes (in case I steal something??) before I turned to the sales person and asked her if I was in her way. She said no and left me alone. Accessories are very lacking. Small selection of bags and shoes.
