My daughter found a swimsuit she really liked, but at first she decided not to buy it. We continued shopping elsewhere, hoping to find something even better, but nothing compared. We ended up coming back to Bikini Brasil and purchased the swimsuit she originally chose--and she absolutely loves it! The sales lady was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made us feel welcome and never pressured us, which we really appreciated. I put all my items back after being followed around this store while shopping. Why is an employee making unwanted contact with a customer 5+ times during a visit? Managers response was: "I don't know what to tell you." Look Kid, let me help you and your business get a clue: APOLOGIZE and train your staff better. Get some training yourself and take pride in your business. Hire staff without a language barrier. And acknowledge that you're losing sales by disrespecting your customers this way. Negative reviews on a clothing store are not a coincidence or an accident. This was a profoundly negative shopping experience. Frankly disgusted by the cavalier response from management.

I liked the women's top called The Noelani Bandeau Top for only $160.00. The bottoms are called The Noelani Skimpy Bottom $160.00. The accessory part for the outfit is called The Wildest Dream Skirt for $139.00. I also liked the Sasa Mini Skirt ($98.00) and The Alex Skirt by Summer Haus ($118.50). I like all of these choices in black. The bathing suits can look good in white or black with black cover-ups. Prices so far from what I have seen range from $16 to $165. Some of the items that caught my attention online are The Elsie Bracelet, Haute Summer Kaftan cover up in black, Hard Summer Full Bottom/Top in white and The Monte Carlo Rancher Hat in white. The Cabana Animal Towel in the pink, black and shades of orange complete this whole beach attire. The women's purses and sandals are still not to my liking so there will be nothing else to talk about on this matter. The make-up stuff still does not interest me, but it would seem these products are on their way to meet The Dodo Birds. Lounge Wear is The Next Big Thing it seems. The body forming clothing looked better than ripped jeans I saw. Example of what I am talking about is the Marlow Henley Top ($98 reg) on sale for $45. The Marlow Jogger(reg $98) on sale for $45. Throw in the Tre Duster coat to complete the total package. Oh, and add women's Black boots THAT ARE NOT UGGS or any other boots like it. Well, I think that just about covers everything.

Andrea was there to help boost my confidence, make other great suggestions and she made me feel right at home!!! My friend even bought herself a cute jacket and skirt. The ladies that worked there are extremely rude and treated me as if I was gonna steal or they knew I wouldn't buy anything. Also the merchandise is super cheaply made, but priced at an average of $15 per t-shirt. Upon entering, we witnessed two teenage girls running out while stealing. Another member of our party, who was waiting outside, also saw the same girls running out with merchandise and laughing. The store alarm went off and nobody seemed to care, so we shrugged it off and began shopping. We wanted souvenir shirts for everyone in the family. Unfortunately, if you have a stroller, good luck, because the kids clothes and kids merchandise is located upstairs. No strollers can easily access the second floor. My husband volunteered to make the two story journey upstairs. When he got up there, everything was so unorganized that it was difficult to find anything. The toddler sizes are not labeled toddler, they are labeled by months even through the toddler stage. We had to ask for help because it was so disorganized and oddly sized. A staff person did go up and help assist, but proved to be unhelpful. While my husband looked through the mess upstairs with the sales person, security approached me and attempted to make small talk. It was weird and unwelcome. Especially considering that multiple customers witnessed the two girls stealing from the store a few minutes earlier. You'd think security would actually do her job.
