Customer service was so aggressive and incoherent here it was embarrassing. THEY WILL follow you around the store the ENTIRE TIME you're shopping even after you tell them you're just browsing. Disrespectful and dismissive of paying customers. I put all my items back after being followed around this store while shopping. Why is an employee making unwanted contact with a customer 5+ times during a visit? Managers response was: "I don't know what to tell you." Look Kid, let me help you and your business get a clue: APOLOGIZE and train your staff better. Get some training yourself and take pride in your business. Hire staff without a language barrier. This is the store that does not care about its customers. It was sunny and warm Tuesday morning, and I was looking for a hoody in a small size. When I asked the person at the cash register if they have a small hoody, she told me that everything is on the floor. Well, it was unhelpful! Then I found a size medium hoody I wanted to try on. I went on to look for a mirror or for a fitting room. Another customer service person ask me if I am looking for a mirror, and when I confirmed, she told me that well, you just missed one. Then I saw a filling room and tried to open a door, and the same person told me that I did not tell her that I want to go to a rest room. Then when I stated that I would like to try on the hoody, the customer service stated that I should of explained it to her in the first place. After I indicated that I do not want to buy anything, she told me to go away, and that she does not care about me or my experience. When I asked her to call her manager, she took me to the first person at the cash register. I expressed my unhappiness with the customer service, but was told just to go away. I picked up a couple of souvenirs for my mom before Christmas while in the area. I think the pants were on a mismarked hanger so I accidentally grabbed a small. I also got mom the matching shirt in her normal size. I kept the receipt just in case and when I gave them to mom she noticed the pants were actually a small and the shirt seemed a bit too large. We weren't going to be back in the Miami area until the end of the month. The women wouldn't let me exchange for the same item/different size. So BUYER BEEARE in this sleazy beach shop. I wanted to picked up a Miami t-shirt for my little niece and a Hawaiian style shirt for my dad and came upon this store. If you are looking for souvenirs, I would recommend shopping here as the prices seemed cheaper than other stores and they have a large selection. It's great one stop souvenir shopping. I went to the kids' t-shirt selection and found they ranged in prices from around $10 to some that were $6 or cheaper if you buy 2. I didn't need 2 so was happy with a cute shirt for $6. Walking towards the cash, I saw Hawaiian shirts. My dad is a fan of them so I picked one up for $16. Convenient location on the corner of Lincoln and Collins. I'm not sure if this is due to the pandemic or not but we were able to find very affordable gear, including souvenirs. The worst service in jensen beach and the worst product. After spending quite a bit of money I Tried to return 2 items that had fallen apart and they refused to take them back. I was actually stopping back by before we left to go home to return the faulty items and purchase more tshirts and sweatshirts for family when the rude assistant manager refused to take them back and did it in a manner that was unacceptable. I'll preface this by saying that the items for sale here are very good quality. Excellent shirts and other merchandise. However it was the staff that gave me a bad experience when I was there. They had a promotion which basically amounted to "Buy One Get One" on their beachwear. However every staff member had a different idea as to what exactly was included in the sale and what wasn't. Even the manager showed up and was just as rude and ill informed as his employees. I just wanted to find a shirt to go with the sweater I fell in love with but ended up leaving with a really bad taste in my mouth and didn't get the bargain I had hoped for. They also have a plethora of beach-related essentials -- sunscreen, bathing suits, towels, etc. Wings' prices are pretty reasonable and they have an immense selection of t-shirts to choose from. Alvin's Island has a better selection of knick knacks than Wings, but since they're right across the street from each other you can easily hit them both up. read more

AWFUL Customer Service!! I bought an extra pair of sunglasses by mistake for my daughter, went back 10 minutes after the purchase and they wouldn't give me my money back. I had to exchange them when I didn't want anything else. My husband complained to the manager who yelled at him, said it's store policy and it's posted at the counter plus on the receipt that they don't give refunds. But who ever reads that?? When my husband started arguing, the manager threatened to call the police. Really HORRIBLE customer service. And we spent over a $100 here!!! Never again, what a sad experience when customer service should be their #1 priority. read more

Okay--I had two recommendations from hotel shops for where to find a sun hat (cause I forgot mine and despite lots of 50spf I was burning on the beach and staining my suit with white streaks) --the closest place was Atrium where I found a hat that both fit and was to die for--but it was $240. I die $100 cheaper. But: Don't let that price sway you from visiting: local is where it's at and the fact that the most expensive hat in Women's was the only one that fit and looked good doesn't change that it was a quality boutique. The second place was a little further from my hotel and it looked so tacky that I almost just turned around. But? The hats were in the back, and, given that the girl who recommended it worked at a very nice boutique, I forced myself down the aisle. I am no big fan of fast fashion? But? I bought two for $25. I feel guilty because I know that whoever made these worked for too little. I just will keep these and wear them often because they each have solar block, fit, look good and are more practical than the really expensive one (which had the hugest brim). I just don't want to look at a fourth place. read more

Hate to throw someone under the bus but... a little shady trick I didn't appreciate. I bought some towels and items from the Wings in South Beach that obviously needed a bag to carry out. The cashier said "here, have one of our bags to help you with your items". I even replied... VERY NICE OF YOU! Just looked at my receipt.. She charged me $4.00. Not that 4.00 dollars means anything now days... but I gave her credit for her kindness that she so willingly accepted with a big smile on her face ... now I want it back!!!! read more
