Really cute and unique finds. Very pricey (even for a boutique) but they were having a 50% off sale so more palpable. I bought some sequin joggers on sale for $85. The dresses were mostly between $135-265. Really cute bathing suits but they'll run you about $150 per piece or $325 for the entire suit. They are not on sale. Also the staff is not welcoming at all. I tried to make conversation the entire time and I was very friendly (southern) and she wasn't having it. She was very dismissive and just looked like she hated her job... maybe she did... What a great swimwear store! If you're looking for something sexy, chic, bedazzled or just want to blow everyone away with a killer suit look no further! All items in here were extremely high end and of great quality. The two sales associates couldn't have been more helpful! I was greeted by their friendly smiles as soon as I walked in and each time I would hold up an item I was asked if I needed any help finding my size or if I would like to try the item on. Started off with the woman working hovering over me as I was looking through clothing then as I was changing she opened the curtain to try to take suits I had not even tried on yet. I walked in and there were two ladies working here. Neither spoke, smiled or gave me any sort of acknowledgement. Maybe I don`t look like the about to spend $200 on a swimsuit type or maybe they knew none of the teeny bikinis would fit me, but still, don`t you speak to consumers when they enter your store Maybe I wasn`t going to buy a swimsuit, but if you`re selling $125 flip flops, then you better well speak to every single soul coming in the door. When in Rome... wear a Brazilian!!! My mission, as I chose to accept it, was to buy a bombacious Brazilian-cut bikini while in Miami. I happened upon this store while walking the shopping boulevards of Lincoln and Collins Street. I was immediately captured buy the itty-bitty-bikinis in the window. If you're in the market for a top quality swimsuit while in Miami beach, then Runway is your spot. If you want to spend $50.00 on a swimsuit I would not venture here. My two piece hit me at $150.00. The firecracker, red-head saleswoman was a gem! She was familiar with the brands I was interested in then schooled me on other brands I should know about. Thanks sista! The shop offers a mix of swimwear, hats, bags, jewelry, flip-flops and sunglasses. So if you forgot any of that don't fret! Runway swimwear has you covered. Ladies don't forget about ya man! There are board shorts for the gents as well. If you're not daring in the derrière, there is a beautiful selection of one-piece suits and 'American' cut bikini bottoms as well. But hey... Lots of designer brands with the latest styles. Most pieces sold separately. Cool DJ music mix with lots of bass in the background. There is a TV screen with VS models on the runway strutting bikinis in stilettos. This, surrounded by hundreds of quality swimsuits makes you think you can look like Cindy Crawford. Seriously, the swimsuits are stunning and will make just about anyone feel like a Super Model. They don't advertise, but they are willing to negotiate, so buy more than one swimsuit. The reason for my two star rating is that their accessories, such as purses and beach sandals are ridiculously overpriced. The ridiculously overpriced part gets me. Save your money and find those on Amazon or one of the other stores on Collins Street where you will find them fairly priced. The swimwear is designer and some brands I have only seen in the hotels in Vegas. The accessories, however, are more like Fashion Nova. The prices should reflect that. read more

Nothing special here. A lot of my favorite brand but why not just get it from them. I found the service to be really bad. I came in and was just looked at by two sales associates. Perhaps I looked poor? Maybe disheveled with ice cream still on my face? Maybe my middle looked larger than they were used to? Or more exciting, maybe I have somehow discovered the secret to invisibility! Either way, underneath my casual walking around clothes I was wearing a bikini they had on their wall! To those who think you can't find this stuff at home I suggest the smallest of searches on the Internet. You can get these same suits for cheaper from the people who make them ( better because they will take returns AND fix your bathing suit!). I only justify shopping for these things at boutiques because of service, the ability to look at new brands, and being able to try them on. None of which was offered here. Also I don't balk at spending $200 for a bikini top. If it makes my jubbles look and feel good I am in. So prices aren't really my issue. My point is when you have pricy suits that one can get from San Diego to Portland Maine then you better have a reason why I'm buying from you. On a brighter note its good they ignored me because now ill check out other shops! read more

If you are looking for a store that sells sexy fashionable swimwear than look no further. A range of designer swim suit brands for all sizes are sold here. If you can't find it in their brick and mortar store then check the website. You can find safe, middle of the road or risque styles that you can't find at other swimsuit stores. They sell fashion and accessories for both women and men. The selection of kaftans and swimsuit cover ups is also nice. The only disappointing part about shopping here is the sticker shock. The prices are VERY expensive but worth it for a lot of the unique styles that are featured on fashion runways. I've shopped here many times over the years. Customer service is not always warm and friendly however the store representatives are attentive and will recommend a style that compliments your body type. The Manager Goreth at this place should be fired. Never shop here as this is the shadiest and most over priced items, along with the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated here and I've been in sales and customer service for 20 years. I bought a bikini and robe here for half a grand on March 6th and was ignored once I made the purchase. There was no one in the store, but 2 sales associates. I spent an hour and a half trying on different bikinis as I made it super clear I was getting a Bikini for a music video the producer was paying for, so had to make sure he was happy with the selection. I sent him pictures and confirmed which one he wanted me to buy for our project. I spent about 40 dollars taking an Uber there and back and $540 for the purchase. I explained I was leaving to South America in the morning, so it was imperative to get one immediately. When I got back to the studio, I unwrapped the bikini to show the producer and it was the wrong one. I was confused and thought that maybe valet had stolen the bikini I picked at the hotel, while waiting for a cab after walking out of the store. I thought they may have over charged me and called the store, and even the hotel to see if the missing bikini had been taken there. I didn't assume the sales associates dealing with me for an hour and a half would put the wrong bikini in my bag. Once I realized what happened, I tried calling again and no answer. I left VMs and tried to call from South America multiple times, which has costly international fees. I finally came back into town, and I get a strange call June 4 on some random number stating they are the owner and would like to know what happened. I sent pics of my receipt and the bikini photos of the one I was supposed to get, but the so called owner never called back again like he said he would once I sent my info and after speaking to him about what happened. I was totally ghosted. I finally head to the store, spend gas, time, parking, all to be told by the manager Goleth that she would replace the correct bikini the next time I come in. Sunday, July 3rd, I head back to the store and the original sales associate that put the wrong bikini in my bag, Gigi, was there and says nothing can be done since the manager is not in. I asked her to call the manager, since the bag with the bikini I was supposed to get was set aside for me. This time the manager threatens me aggressively, yelling at me to go take drugs, and falsely accusing me of being a liar. All because I said to take back the robe I noticed has a fraye on it, and I could keep the wrong bikini placed in my bag instead and receive the correct bikini as the exchange instead. She doesn't speak English well and sounded drunk. Couldn't wrap her head around the solution and threatened to call the police on me. The sales associate told me Freddy Levi, who is the owner, would be in July 4th between 11 am and 2 pm. I called today, because I didn't want to waste time and money again going there for nothing again. Sure enough the manager is there and says the owner is not in and will be in on Friday after 4 pm. I asked why the sales associate Gigi said he would be in today, and she just said if I'm the bikini person from yesterday I am a liar and that she will not resolve the issue and then hung up on me. Despicable beyond degree. Again, never shop here. The same items from a Colombian designer, you can get a 1/16 of a price there in Colombia and pay the designer directly, who really is the one with the talent anyway. A flight to Colombia is cheap from Miami anyway. Clearly these people don't understand customer service excellence or rapport. Whether a customer is right or not, you always treat them with respect and professionalism and so your best to take care of them immediately. Never ignore a customer just cause you made a sale like these people. And certainly don't sell them the wrong item, it's basically stealing their money. I just want my refund and want nothing to do with them. read more

I believe there are two locations of this chic Swimwear boutique or maybe more. On Collins, my boyfriend saw some swimwear on mannequins and kept telling me to go in to check out. I declined at first thinking... I don't need any more bathing suits but as my Boyfriend was standing infront of the window, looking at who knows what, I finally really took a good look. He mentioned to me, "you know you can't find these types of swimwears back at home". He was right! They were very nice and fancy swim wears that i never thought to look into. Maybe it was a hint to change my looks so i went in for it! Oh boy was he in trouble! It was my Christmas present and I went to town in that store! sorry not just one store, but we also visit the Lincoln store as well and bought more! They are very pricey. VERY PRICEY ... but their Swimwears are one of a kind. Im sure everyone sees those fancy designs in music videos, mags, movies but not in every day stores. It was worth the price I paid for. I mean c'mon they have Swarovski crystal bikinis!!! You can't ask for something cheap. Service were GREAT!!! they were very sweet and weren't pushy. They did of course recommended expensive pieces and accessories but you can politely decline and they won't push you for it. I had a really bad experience here. The sales person Oksana was very nice while I was shopping, however, I came in very late (I'm here on vacation) and I ended up purchasing about $830 in bikinis, which is a lot. The store was about to close though and I felt a little rushed. Also, the manager told me that a certain size in style I was really interested in of the brand "beach bunny" was definitely not at another store located just one block away (the store was closed at this point). I felt as though I was being rushed, and I should have just waited, but the manager said if I came back the next day to return one bikini that would be fine. (Generally their store only accepts exchanges). So the next morning I attempted to return a bikini and was told that they wouldn't do that. This was maybe 11 hours later! It would have been impossible for me to have worn it anywhere! And of course, the main style that I did want IS at the beach bunny store! Because I feel like I was deceived and pushed into making a purchase, I will never shop at this store again. I have shopped here on several occasions over the years because I visit Miami often, but there are lots of other bikini stores. So their rudeness and unreasonableness has caused them to lose a high paying return customer. read more

The service is pretty terrible. I just cannot get over this one lady, who seemed like the owner. She could not stop rushing people or picking at them. Maybe that is how people speak in the region of France she is from, yelling, but she needs to learn to be polite. She was very RUDE. I didn't see any signs asking not to take pictures. My cousin took a picture of the bathing suit I was looking to buy, and when she did the owner started yelling at her and pointing at a sign that showed the refund policy. However the owner very rudely chastised my cousin (who is a full-grown woman) and asked if she didn't see the signs! No lady, I didn't see signs either and I walked all around your store. And chastising is not the key to winning customers. While I was trying swimsuits on she was very impatient. She asked me what I thought of the bathing suit and was then annoyed at my response. When I was done, she rudely emphasized that she normally doesn't let people try on bathing suits on the sale rack. Talk about bitchy. I shouldn't have bought anything from there. I literally just wanted to run out of the store and not buy anything, but I found a good deal on the sale rack and couldn't pass it up. read more

I don't know about these other reviews but I had the completely opposite experience. I went in the store last night with my husband and son looking for a specific style bathing suit but it was super important to me to be made a really quality material. A lot of the shops in Miami had copies that were cheap, no lining, the stretch and feel of the materials used were something you know would not last after a couple times of wearing. This store has high-end quality bathing suits in brands that I was very familiar with (Vix, Vitamin A, etc) and it had other brands from Italy, Spain, etc. I need to buy bikini separates as my top is a completely different size then my bottom and this store had a lot of separates...which means you could even mix brands. I bought a total of 3 things... 2 Sundek (Italian brand) trunks...1 for my husband and 1 for my 7 year old son and 1 got a luli fama bottom. There were 2 saleswomen on the floor and the one helping me was EXTREMELY helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she brought me many different suits in the style that I wanted, she was calling other stores to see if they had same color trunks combination for my son. My husband and son were sitting in the 2 chairs they had near the dressing rooms and she was so sweet talking to my son. I was very happy with my experience and purchase at Runway Swimwear. Yea, I bought a pair of $30 flip-flops. Because I'm cheap like that. Like others have mentioned, this place is spendy. I saw a super cute embellished swimsuit coverup (a tunic), and when I looked at the price tag, I nearly ran the other way. I get it - it costs money to look cute but $225 for a piece of see-through polyester and some beads seems a little insane. The bikinis are even worse at $125 per piece (like top is one piece and bottom is another piece). They are really cute and look very well constructed with great details though. I really didn't have an issue with customer service. They weren't overly warm or welcoming or helpful (but then again I wasn't seriously considering any of the suits and definitely didn't try any on). I did get the feeling they were watching me closely as I browsed, though. If you're in the market for a super cute bathing suit and want to spend the money, this is the place to be. And if you're in the market for cute, comfy and reasonably priced flippies, you'll like this place too. read more

Just snagged 2 amazing bikinis from Runway Swimwear!!! The prices seem high, but these are REAL BRANDS! Plus, they have awesome sales towards the back and center of the store. Terrible service. I fully intended to purchase a bikini, but found the saleswoman extremely pushy. I politely told her I'd prefer to browse, and after that she followed me around the store telling me not to touch any of the bathing suits. She then demanded that I had to put my starbucks coffee (I had not spilled it, and it had a safety lid) at her desk, or leave. I opted to walk out. i was shopping for cute bikinis and came across this store. i went inside and found all the same bathing suits as everything but water (bathing suit store). knowing the brands and designers at everything but water i expected the prices to be the same. Everything but water sells their bikini the same price as the designers do. in runway swimwear the bump up the price by $72!!!. my suit coast $248 when i looked it up on designers site the total was $176. The only reason I would tell anyone to go here is to see a bathing suit you may like, but do not buy it there!!!! Go online or to the actual store of the brand. They raise the prices drastically and the owner is a cheap-ass. There is no returns even for unworn items. I recently was dumb and bought a Sauvage swimwear bikini and a runway swimwear coverup and my total was $521. This was about 2 weeks ago. The bathing suit was really cute and the total for it was $331.70 w tax, But It wasnt so cute after I went online to the actual Sauvage swimwear site and the price was $238. When you sign up for emails they give you a 20% off discount and there is also a code for free shipping. That brought the price to $190. Thats a $142 difference in what I paid at Runway Swimwear. That is ridiculous for a bathing suit. If it was a $25 difference, who would really care, but that is a big jump. The Coverup was cheap as hell as well and had a rip in it that I didnt notice till I took it out the bag. It was almost $200. For something to cost that price, you should at least get a few wears out of it. I confronted them about the price difference and the owner did not want to accomadate me in any way. I even had a few of the staff tell me the owner is extremly cheap so I would be wasting my time to ask. I will definitely be sharing this information to everyone. Although it took a while for my bikini to arrive (it was very limited in quantity in my size), the staff was very nice and sincere with this out of state customer. They responded to all of my questions and concerns. I can tell they take very good care of their merchandise because when my bikini arrived, it was in mint condition in its cute little package. The other day I came into the store and I bought a cover up to go with my new bathing suit. By the time I got home I took off the tag ready to put it on when I realized it reeked of Mexican food. I tried to spray it down with some of my perfume but couldn't get rid of the stink so I put it in a bag and went on my trip to Key West without it. When I came back two days later I tried to return the item because I had previously spoke on the phone with the manager of the store telling me she was holding the item for me and I told her of the situation when I arrive to the store. she told me she could not return it and had talked to her boss and the reason being is because there was no tag on the item.. even though I specified to her that I had taken the tag off over the phone. While the two co workers talked among themselves in Spanish while laughing at me as I pleaded with them to please just exchange the item because it also had a pull. She looked at me and told me that it was my fault because I had worn the item and it smelled like me. I explained to her it was the perfume I sprayed to try to get rid of the Mexican food smell. After being treated completely disrespectful I finally gave up and left the store and went to another location where they were extremely nice to me let me return the item for a new one and apologized. If you want to be treated with the respect while shopping at the store do not go to this location!!!! I was humiliated in front of everyone in the store! read more
