Brandy Melville on Lincoln Road isn't the easiest place to spot--but if you know, you know! Once you find it, it feels like a hidden gem. They have adorable, trendy clothes for young adults--think shorts, tops, accessories, sweaters, sweatpants, and more--all at really reasonable prices. The atmosphere is fun and always feels festive, especially with the twinkling little lights that give the space such a cozy, cool vibe. Cheap crap with American name on it. No mirrors no refund police just a lottery scam.

This store is horrible. they had disrespectful staff who couldn't even bother helping a customer who had a question. All i needed was to swap a sweater off a manikin and offered to put a different sweater there and they refused to do that even though other locations allow me to do that that. I ended up getting a sweater but it was my second choice in which i felt so disappointed but i knew other locations aren't this disrespectful read more

This Italian founded designed chain store that opened it's first shop in Santa Monica a few years ago has finally opened in Miami Beach! It's outlet on Lincoln Road is only two months old, and it is a great simple fun fashion store with one big warning -- almost everything here is one size fits all. One size is somewhere between a zero and 2. The target market here is slim 15 to 25-year-olds Even though I buy some clothing here myself and generally like their concepts, the reason it doesn't get more than three stars is 1) The designs are limited, meaning there are 10 variations of the same type of sweater or a dozen different versions of the same plaid miniskirt. 2) One size fits all makes it simple to shop but also makes it frustrating when you sometimes want something that is going to fit a little bit better 3) there should be a sign inside the store that says don't text and work here at the same time -- on my most recent visit today the store had only one sales person and she never looked up from her phone until I went to the register to pay and then she put her FaceTime call on hold while she did the transaction and let me leave without making any effort at customer service. If I owned this store I'd be worried about that distracted service ruining sales Still, all in all, good to have it on the beach. read more

It's 11:15 on Saturday the store just opened. There's 2 young women working who are just happy chit chatting and have no cares in the world... it was actually annoying enough my daughter and I left the store as we were the only 2 in there and they were talking and laughing so loud. Never once a knowledged we even came into the store until I said "hi ladies". read more

My daughter has been begging me to take her to this store our entire vacation here in Miami beach. So I decided to take her our last day and our experience was great. There was a good selection in short sleeve tops and tanks since the weather is so nice here. But if you are looking for lots of sweatpants you are better off buying them online. This store is very big and much better than the one in our city, chicago. This store is very upbeat, affordable, and adorable store to come visit if you have a daughter, we loved their clothes so much we even got gifts for family and friends and walked out with $300 dollars worth of stuff! read more

My daughters always shop at Brandy Melville in Manhattan so they wanted to try out a Brandy Melville in Miami because we were on vacation. As soon as we walked in I over heard a girl at the register and a few of her employees talking about a costumer. While my daughters were shopping one of the girls that work there was hanging up clothes and while she was walking around by my daughter she did not even say excuse me and I stared at her and she stared back at me with a serious, snotty look on her face. What's the point of a making any customer feel uncomfortable. Brandy Melville has a reputation to give off that vibe and I think they should change. I don't understand why do Brandy Melville employees have such a stuck up attitude! I try my best to avoid shopping at any Brandy Melville stores, I rather my daughters shop online to avoid negative, rude people. read more

I enjoyed the experience at this store. I mean a brandy is brandy and you kinda always know what you're gonna get. What I enjoyed about this store if it had more variety than what you would find in pac sun or even online. The girls there are super friendly also. I'm giving it 4 starts because it's just way too far to drive. read more

My daughter likes their clothes. Brandy employees need a crash course in customer service. One stack of jeans only had smalls (I know some are only one size). I asked if they had medium. Cashier said NO. Not "We only have small in the store. May I order the medium for you?" Also, I saw a vest on a mannequin. I asked where I can find it in the store. She said "Up front. If it's not there, we don't have it." How about "Let me take it off the mannequin for you?" I would've spent an extra $100. Can't wait until my daughter grows out of this. They got 2 stars because she likes the clothes. read more

Closes randomly call ahead before you come. If phone goes to voicemail don't bother going. Says open but can be closed. No sign on the door or anything. Very frustrating. read more

the workers were nice but the worker was not engaging and talking to me when I was checking out, she was talking to her co worker, barely looking at me while checking out. Tik tok was right about the brandy girls acting the same read more

This is the only brandy Melville near me (Fort Lauderdale) and I honestly never regret going! The clothes are very cute and perfect for petiter women and the staff is full of very sweet girls. I will definitely be coming again! read more

workers are rude as hell. they need to go through some customer service training and stop being so judgemental.

I just find the staff rude when I'm literally coming in and spending 200 dollars on clothes like I expect help not nasty pissed off looks.

i came all the way from NC all the way to Miami just to go to Brandy Melville and i was very excited. The store itself was very nice and had a wide selection. However, the employees were VERY rude and unpleasant. they looked like they didn't want to be there. and as a result i didn't want to be there either. i made my purchase and vowed not to come back. read more

After making the treck to check out this store in NYC and Santa Monica, my daughter was so excited to see Brandy Melville open in Miami Beach on Lincoln Road! If you don't live on the Beach it is definitely worth the trip if you have a teenaged girl to buy for. The clothes are stylish, comfy and reasonably priced. Plus Lincoln Road is a fun place to spend an afternoon, so you can catch a drink or dinner while the teenagers shop. Win win! read more

I went here with my girlfriend and it was a very nice experience. The younger girls were helping her choose some very nice pieces and they made us very comfortable. One of my favorite stores I don't see the reason behind all the bad reviews. read more

The worst customer experience ever, the people working there have no customer service notion. The Yelp Apo says the stores closes at 8 pm and when I arrived they said: sorry we close at 7 pm so you can't get it because it is 7:05 pm. They treated me very rude and they didn't care. They don't value customers at all. Don't bother coming here, manager is a 18 year old girl with no idea of how to treat a customer. Besides, the brand should update the store hours in all platforms to avoid this bad situations. Girl at the entrance thinks she has power by letting people in or not, she is rude, snob and treated my little girls rudely. Won't come here ever. They should see what Amazon, Zappos do with customer service and learn from them. read more

all of the staff were so nice and i was not expecting that because of the ratings, but i was pleasantly surprised. all of the clothes were so nicely arranged and i am such a fan of the store. i 100% recommend, the clothes are so trendy and cute. definitely coming back next time i come to miami!! read more

sales associate frankie deserves a raise! love brandy melville and their staff!!!!!!!

I have been lucky enough to go to Brandy stores in Italy, LA, New York, Boston, and DC. Naturally, when I heard there was one opening in Miami I was filled with excitement and couldn't wait to go. I was thoroughly disappointed in the behavior of the employees; multiple times I was being stared at or not being attended to because all of them were too busy playing on their phones or hitting their stigs. If it weren't for the fact that I had driven from Coral Gables to Miami Beach just to go to the store I would've walked right out. Never have I been treated like this, defiantly my worst experience not only at a Brandy but at a store in general. It hurts to write this review given that I have only ever spoken so highly of the company, I never thought that I would have to face the stigma of a Brandy employee. read more

First time i ever went to brandy melville i was treaded amazing, workers were nice and helped me find stuff i couldn't find. second time i went was definitely not the same. the workers kept giving looks and no one helped me, maybe because there were a lot of people. the cashier was the worst. she had a look the whole time as i didn't just spend 100 dollars on the store. she had no experience at all. the manager had to come. my total $108 and i was gonna pay $70 with my credit card and my mom was gonna pay the rest. she said it didn't go through, and made me pay again, which only payed 10 dollars, they took all the money from my account. my mom had to pay the rest. i didnt get my money back until a week after that , i had 0 dollars for that whole time. train your workers! they know nothing about retail at all. i'll go again for the clothes, but the workers are the worst. read more

I was actually pissed at the employees they were the rudest teenagers ever I was smiling at them and trying to be nice but they were so insanely rude and following me like I was gonna steal something so I had to pull out my wallet and my credit card just to prove to them I am buying items and I ended up spending so much money there I expect better read more
