The store itself is small, well-stocked, and nicely displayed. There were about six customers inside, but only one employee at the register and possibly one in the back. When I walked in, I didn't receive any greeting. I asked the associate about sizing, and while she answered, her tone felt a bit dismissive and rushed. When I was ready to check out, I was told to wait and ended up being helped last after all other customers had left. I did find the shoes I wanted, so mission accomplished but while the selection is great, the customer service could definitely be improved.

We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside the store & we only took a few footsteps before we were directed to use hand sanitizer before we could continue shopping. Yasss - thank you for keeping the shoppers safe. The AC was blazing which helped to cool me down & the hip hop music had me in the zone. As I dance & shop I'm running up a tab. Charles was profoundly helpful & didn't seem to mind me needing to try on multiple sizes in different shoes before i could find the perfect fit. Over an hour later and 3 pairs of sneakers later.... Im extremely satisfied with my purchases. Soles has a wide variety of different sneakers that i haven't seen in retail or online. By the end of my adventure i had the opportunity to also meet Gabby & Malik. What a fun crew of young people all providing great customer service. I say this because they didn't seem annoyed or bothered by having to do their jobs- everyone was helpful and definitely didn't seem to mind assisting.

I walked into this little, crowded shop after stumbling onto the quaint oasis of Espanola Way located right in the middle of the craziness South Beach. More of that in a different review. The floor here was strewn with shoeboxes that were simply and sloppily stacked in the middle of the store. I maneuvered around them and found some cute, unique, and comfortable looking shoes. As I spoke with the two friendly gentlemen at the store, I became more comfortable. They told me about how and where the shoes were hand made. Luckily they had my size in the cutest, most comfortable shoes I have bought in years. I asked how much and when the owner said $50 I didn't even blink. Hey, I'm on vacation and I thought the shoes were worth $50. Only to look back later at the picture I had taken of the storefront and the sign that read "Store moving. Everything must go. All shoes $49 or less." So basically this "really nice guy" ripped me off. Bummer! I also found out that everything in South Beach is negotiable. Basically you offer half of what they are asking and then go back and forth until you aren't paying $50 for a pair of shoes. Why couldn't someone have told me this BEFORE I went out shopping!!? Argh. So, I liked the shoe's comfort and style, the owner is pretty cool, just remember to bargain for a good price!

First, if you want to walk in fine, hand-made shoes that feel like you're walking on clouds, then you're in the right place. I'm all about comfort but could never find gorgeous shoes for both work and beach life in Miami. If you don't believe me TRY A PAIR. I especially like the ones with straps that you tie around your ankles. My boyfriend goes crazy when I wear those. He says "honey, I want you to buy ALL your shoes from where ever you got those." The first time I was there, I bought 5 pairs. They range between $29-$79. But they last forever. Had a unusual awful experience here yesterday between one (for lack of better way to describe)…read moreheavier set woman, frantically reorganizing the perfume case following right behind me dropping perfumes and reaching over my head and bumping into me repeatedly with no excuse me or sorry almost rushing me out of the isle . to going into the next isle browsing the body washes and lotions, and a black older lady who reeked of either body odor or marijuana "Marlene "I believe was her name asking me if I needed help and I smiled responded with "oh no I'm okay " and she responded with a dirty look and said loudly" ok because you're over here opening everything up over here and in the the other isle, you can't open ! " then huffed & rolled her eyes then walked away ... I reminded her that all the scented body care is already unsealed and is quite literally only meant to be smelled and browsed before buying... she then just stood at the end of the isle talking to herself ... If this wasn't my Neighborhood store that I very frequently visit I definitely would have just left my items there in isle and left. but being that I come here so often and never had a bad experience I continued with my shopping .management definitely needs to review and provide better training ,this third world hostility and lack of common sense and self awareness will detour all the locals and bring in the wrong crowd .you're better off going to the river landing tj max right over the bridge ,huge store with a much bigger selection and 5 stories of amazing department shopping
